A plan for an international government based on two proven concepts: the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature.

Who has what you want?
Our first focus is on revenge, and how to discern when someone is getting revenge.
Revenge is based on five power games. It brings together five people or groups of people, and each plays one of the five power games. The games are based on misunderstandings that if you play them, you can get your life on a higher level, but there is always a backlash to the games because they go against Universal Law. To understand whether someone is getting revenge, the question is "who has what you want?"
We go into greater depth on this in our Power Series books that are associated with the Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal, but now let's start to help people overcome the effects of the games and the misunderstandings that are dragging people deeper into crisis.
There has been a battle over the plan for the international government, and those who are stealing the plan are playing power games that are based on weaving an illusion. When the games are played, the truth doesn't overcome the lies. It just reaches the point where no one knows who to trust. The ripples of effects are going out to drag in more and more people, and there is a log-jamming effect where the later ripples are reinforcing the earlier ripples.
Let's use the character defamation of Saddam Hussein as an example, because that is the overview perspective. There are several people in power who are being defamed and they have no way to defend themselves. In the future, the disputes will be handled in court, but at this point in time, there is no court, and no one will stand up to defend them, except perhaps, me.
The preemptive strike on Iraq was justified by a Grand Lie. There were no WMD found in Iraq, so we can assume Saddam Hussein was attempting to comply with UN sanctions and therefore innocent of the charges against him. The US legal system is based on the premise that someone is presumed innocent until proven guilty because you cannot defend yourself from prejudice and ulterior motives.
Our Constitution guarantees to every American our unalienable rights to be able to live our lives without interference, to be treated fairly and equally, and to have a voice in our government. These rights come from our Creator, not from our Constitution. They are based on Universal Law, and when you deny another his or her rights, you lose your own rights. People who have been defamed and the games associated with character defamation lead to the loss of unalienable rights, so we are addressing the principles associated with Universal Law.
The misunderstandings have arisen within the United States because our collective perspective has narrowed to the point where we only see two levels of the legal system when there are actually three. Court cases are based on federal law and as the dispute goes through the appellate courts, it reaches the Supreme Court, who decides whether the law is Constitutional. What is forgotten is Universal law.
There are three levels to the Universe--the Principles, the Power and the Project--and the application of that within the US legal system is Universal Law, Constitutional Law and federal law. In religion, there is the Father, the Mother and the Son, and the Father/Principles level fixes the "family" on a particular level. Universal Law is immutable. It is fixed. It is based on the principles of Equality, Liberty, Freedom, Compassion, Abundance, Capacity and Tolerance. The Power aspect --Constitutional Law is the application of that, but when certain principles are omitted, this level can devolve based on misunderstandings and fear. It is evolutionary. The Constitution can be amended to demonstrate where the United States is at the time. Federal Law is a combination of the two, but when the principles are left out, and the power games are played, federal laws lead to chaos.
There is the intent of the law and the letter of the law. The intent of the UN Charter, for example, is to prevent unprovoked attacks, so imagine that when war is imminent or being justified, someone is playing power games, and the product of the games is wars and genocides.
The UN Charter has five main flaws. It doesn't treat all nations fairly and equally. It bases the power a nation has on behavior rather than unalienable rights. It denies nations a voice in matters of grave concern, and then no recourse to change what is unfair, and then a nation does not have to be a signatory of the international courts so disputes between nations are not resolved in court, but the battlefield. The UN has proven it cannot end or prevent wars because while it is a noble endeavor, it is not standing on the principles of Universal Law. It is based on power games.
At this time, Donald Trump is playing a similar power game against Kim Jong Un, but this time, no one is disputing that there are WMD involved. Does that make Kim Jong Un guilty, and therefore, he deserves to be "decapitated" and the entire nation of North Korea to be annihilated?
The only thing anyone can trust is Universal Law. The basis for the proposed international court system is Universal Law, so how will it solve this crisis?
For conflict resolution, the first requirement is that both sides be considered equal. Does the United Nations treat all nations fairly and equally?
If Kim Jong Un is being defamed--framed--by Donald Trump, who has what Donald Trump wants?
Donald Trump is playing power games related to revenge, just as George W. Bush. People who defame others are coming from a lack of capacity. When you admire someone, you deny your own capacity. They admire someone, and compare everyone to their hero. In the case of George W. Bush, it is his father. Their goal is a combination of respect and abundance, and they believe their power games will achieve their goal.
The Russian connection is problematic for Trump because Putin seems to be the one who has what Trump wants. The problem with revenge is, no one who is getting revenge has the same goal and they undermine each other.
The fourth row of the World Peace Marketing Strategy demonstrates how conflicts devolve. The preemptive strike on Iraq triggered a global genocide, and that was the first cycle of conflicts. Obama was not able to stop the cycles, and so there was a flip-flop effect, and now Donald Trump is taking the conflicts to the next level more extreme, continuing on with the devolution of the global conflicts. Just as Bush didn't see how it was one small step for him to invade Iraq preemptively, Trump is one small step away from dragging the entire planet into a global conflict, and kicking mankind back into the Dark Ages.
The illusion is very strong, and so are the fears we are all facing as a planet. There has been a battle between Light and Darkness, so at this time, mankind is all working our way through the fourth row of the Marketing Strategy, but the spiritual hierarchy has been working to introduce the Light for a long time, and it is just fears that we are facing. Illusion. For world peace to come, every person on the planet had to be exposed to Universal Law, and that has occurred. Half the population on the planet had to pray for peace, and that has occurred. Peace can now come. We have a solid foundation for peace, and all it takes is to remind people of what they already know.
If you ask Donald Trump, "who has what you want?" what will he say? He cannot get his life by getting revenge. He cannot get his life by trusting Vladimir Putin when he swore an oath of office to uphold the US Constitution.
The hell associated with revenge is that you think the revenge will help you get your life, but you don't see that you already got what you wanted when it occurs. You got revenge. Trump cannot get respect and abundance by trusting Putin.

The Choice
When you are in circular thinking patterns, that you must do something, but you don't know what to do, but you must do something....
The combined energy of many people in circular thinking patterns creates hurricanes. Studies show that there are many more major hurricanes now in one year than, say, fifty years ago. Whether this is coming from global warming, I can't say today, but what I can say is this is a time many people are in circular thinking patterns, and therefore in a crisis, and the solution to the dilemma is to do what is in everyone's best interest.
Mankind always has three choices--three options. When you are in a crisis, your perspective narrows to the point where you see only two, and both are untenable.
Donald Trump has just made his first speech to the United Nations General Assembly, and lambasted Kim Jong Un, who has been backed into the corner by sanctions to the point where he sees only two options, also, and rather than to continue to be squeezed into the corner, he is choosing to come out over the top of the larger force. He was offered the opportunity to function on a higher level but Trump is forcing his own agenda and it seems that there is no option to go up.
At this time, it is becoming apparent that the United Nations is unable to prevent or end wars, and mankind is therefore on the edge of the abyss of a global war. This is collapsing the United Nations, but also shifting the focus to the alternatives--the rise of an emperor or an international government that treats everyone fairly and equally.
How many world leaders are jockeying for power? How many times will the planet be pushed to the breaking point before it becomes apparent that there is really only one option?
