The Logical Solution to Disputes Between Nations

President Trump is threatening to wage war with North and South Korea in response to North Korea's progress in developing a nuclear missile with the capacity to reach the mainland United States. It is in no one's best interest for any war to break out, worse yet, nuclear war. We are therefore focusing on our first government proposal, An Exit Strategy for Iraq. 

Our first government proposal is a U.S. economic stimulus plan that plugs the drain on our economy to the Middle East. After 14 years of conflict, the United States cannot continue to afford to wage war, in terms of loss of lives and loss of resources and intangibles, like the respect of other nations. Conflicts leave rifts, which are tears in the energy fabric of the planet, and leave the people with a sense of helplessness and hopelessness. Rifts last long after the conflict has been forgotten, and must be healed before the people can once again prosper. The solution that benefits everyone is to create an international court system so that disputes between nations are resolved in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies wasted on war will go to the people instead.

The first step in its creation is what is the logical step when a battle ends, which is to get everyone to a place a safety and triage the injured to prevent more damage to those who have been dragged into the conflict.

The conflict in Iraq is the worst case scenario for the planet--a global genocide--and so we must address what causes a genocide, including the definition based on its root cause, because solutions that are not based on the root cause of the crisis make it worse. Genocides are based on weaving an illusion, and so the web of deceit must collapse, and the truth come out.

The illusion is very strong, and he truth won't overcome it, and so the only thing we can trust is Universal Law. At this point in time, every person on the planet has been exposed to the teachings related to Universal Law, and that will be the basis for the international legal system.

Universal Law of Cause and Effect doesn't leave anyone out. It has a scientific perspective, and a religious basis. The Golden Rule is taught in kindergartens. It is the rule that allows people to get along with each other, and because it applies to every atom in the Universe, even little green men from Mars, if there are any, are subject to it. By basing the international legal system on it, the entire planet is fixed at a very high point in our evolution.  By basing an international court system on Universal Law, when mankind moves out into the Universe some time in the future, that will be the opening to the dialogue that allows both sides to understand we come in peace.

Then, after we address Universal Law, we must start to address what happens when you break Universal Law, and how to overcome the effects of the backlashes when you break it. Think of all this as the logical process of the legal system.

Recently, there have been reports of doctors in the US performing surgeries on young girls as part of their culture, but in the United States, those surgeries are unlawful. Religions have their associated laws, such as Sharia Law as part of the Muslim religion. Religion is a cultural interpretation of Universal Law, so Sharia Law should only apply to the Muslim cultures. It will never be accepted as a global legal system. This is the type of law that must be addressed as part of purifying the legal system, starting with the international legal system. It cannot dictate of culture and religion, but it can only guarantee the rights of people to leave a nation if the people believe they are being oppressed.

Just as the Universe has three levels (the principles, the power and the projects), the US legal system has three levels (Universal Law, Constitutional Law and Federal Law) and Muslims have Sharia Law, and its three levels, (Universal Law, Sharia Law and the laws themselves.) The principle level is fixed and pegs the institution at a certain level, and the power level is evolutionary, and if the project level is not based on both, it causes chaos. Mankind creates by intent or by default, and when people play power games based on a lack of power, then the power level and the projects level must be purified. One of the things our organization is working on is to purify the US legal system of laws that have created chaos before we introduce the US Constitution as the basis for the international government.

It is not up to our organization to attempt to purify Sharia Law. In this court case between Iraq and the United States, or between any other nations, we must address the authority we have for creating the international legal system. Both nations believe in the same Creator, but from different perspectives, and so we are working to unify the world's seven major religions first through the Faith of the Pure Ray project at http://www.pureray.org 

100 Days of Major Global Changes

Today in the United States, Donald Trump looks back over his first 100 days to assess his progress as president. There is also a response from the Democrats and from the media. People all over the world are watching what appears to be a major shift in the Washington DC political arena. 

Changes are expected when anyone is elected to an office. Sometimes changes are extreme, but what is remarkable now is this same shift to the ultra-right is occurring in many other nations, also. 

As the existing structure has proven to be unable to end or prevent wars, this put mankind on a slippery slope, a slow slide, and then when the majority of the people realize the dilemma mankind is facing, we will hit the edge of the abyss. The alternative is for one individual to maneuver his or her way to the top, and then to great a global empire, which is in no one's best interest, and therefore will lead to a global conflict. 

While this dilemma has been occurring, putting many people into circular thinking, what has become apparent is that neither option is tenable, and that there is the need for a solution that benefits everyone, and treats people fairly and equally. 

As the last 100 days unfolded, our organization has continued to make slow progress. 

If you are an entrepreneur, when you see the proverbial dark cloud on the horizon, you create a project based on your talents and gifts and experience to solve the problem. You enter the cloud and then move forward through the crisis, keeping on course. It takes another individual to see the that the existing structure is not working, and then start looking for alternative plans.  People start looking for plans, and then decide which one it will be. Your project must be in existence for it to be accepted, even if it is on a very elementary level. Then, you must stand up and talk about it, and explain how to benefits everyone. Then, everyone works together to bring it about. 

At this point, no one has said Stop to what is occurring out in the world. It takes just one person to bring the idea into mainstream thinking, and collapse the existing structure. 

Everyone has a problem, and everyone has a solution, and the trick is to bring them together. 

The Passover Lesson

Our inalienable rights granted to us by the Creator of us all include to be able to live our lives without interference, to be treated fairly and equally, and to have a voice in our government, but the power games that governments play deny us these rights. While the games may seem to work, there is always a backlash to the games.

Students of the Faith of the Pure Ray have focused on the principles of Judaism, and the sacred holiday of Passover. Moses taught the principles related to productivity, which involve bringing together the people who will help you, and the manifestation of that is family relationships. Productivity also deals with what you have and how much power you will wield, and finding a balance between the two. 

The story of Moses freeing the Hebrews from bondage could be considered a monumental battle between two superpowers, and what destroyed the Egyptian power base was the backlashes from the games they played. The Hebrews were the Chosen people, but doesn't mean they were loved by the Creator more than all others forever, but their culture was at the point in their evolution that they had the proverbial ears to hear the message. 

Each of the seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge necessary to create the life you want, and students of the Faith of the Pure Ray spend each year learning lessons from each, and this time of the year how to overcome the curses that are the backlashes from the games.

The Hebrews didn't fight the Egyptian army. The Egyptians made the Hebrews slaves, and that comes from the power game of Lust, which is based on the fear of loss. The ultimate conclusion of that power game is that you lose your relationships. 

As the superpowers fight their way to the top of the mountain by playing power games of revenge, war, genocide, massacres and terrorism, they will eventually face the backlashes, just as the Pharaoh did. The backlashes are known as the Seven Deadly Sins, and they include financial loss, diabetes, cancer and stroke, and death. 

Everyone plays the games. The games are bad, not the people. There is no judgment from our Creator, but by playing the games, we set up the circumstances where the opportunity to get our dream life is lost to us, and that is when we die. 

The plan for the international government guarantees to every person on the planet their inalienable rights, so as the world leaders continue to play their oppressive power games and then face the seven curses that were heaped on the Egyptians during the time of Moses, students of the Faith of the Pure Ray will be walking forward to create the life each of us wants. 

 

To stop the global genocide, defend Saddam Hussein

In March of 2003, the United States perpetrated a preemptive strike on Iraq against Saddam Hussein. While many people, including Iraqis, supported the end of the regime, many others around the world gathered in protest. The U.N. weapons inspectors had been tasked with attempting to verify the charges against Saddam Hussein, but even during the run-up to the invasion, they hadn't found any evidence that Saddam Hussein had WMD, and advised against the strike. Not long after the strike started, the UN ambassador who was sent to Iraq, Sergio Viera de Mello, tasked with ending the conflict, was bombed and killed, along with 20 other representatives, and the rest of the United Nations delegation retreated to Cyprus.

Saddam Hussein went into hiding. The United States military, along with the Coalition forces, staged operations, but they were not able to stop the rise of the insurgency. The conflict devolved into sectarian fighting--a civil war. Total deaths began to rise. The conflict became a quagmire, with only two options and both were untenable. We could not stay and we could not leave.

The transitional government helped the Iraqi people to write a constitution, and many Iraqis proudly voted for the first time in their lives for a new leader. But, the new Iraqi government was instated by an outside force and would never be accepted by the people of Iraq. To quell the resistance to the new government, the Shi'a became as brutal as the Sunnis were under Saddam Hussein.

In December of 2006, after appearing in court for his brutal reaction associated with a previous assassination attempt, Saddam Hussein was hanged by hooded men who appeared to be Iraqis.

The conflict continued to drag on and spilled over into Syria, and has spread out into the rest of the world in the form of ISIS sleeper cells in every nation and every state of the United States.

President Obama announced the withdrawal of US troops during his administration, in agreement with the Iraqi government. When the conflict worsened, President Obama sent in advisers only, to keep US involvement from sinking back into the quagmire. The resistance continues on in Iraq, but as ISIS neared Baghdad, the larger outside threat has brought less infighting.

The question is, what will end the conflict in Iraq? If the United States went into Iraq to get control of their oil reserves, as many people suspect, the civil war has prevented anyone from getting control of the oil, and the conflict has become a drain on the US economy.

President Trump announced on his first trip to the CIA his intent to go back into Iraq to gain control of the oil. He believes President Obama was not tough enough on ISIS. Any attempts to get the oil will lead to sleeper cells within the United States to wake up, and the United States will become another Syria.

The solution to every dilemma is to do what is in everyone's best interest. The conflict devolved as a character defamation campaign, which is an individual form of genocide, against Saddam Hussein, and the solution is to defend the person who is being defamed. The United States perpetrated an act of revenge against Saddam Hussein. The United Nations proved he was attempting to comply with UN sanctions, so the United States was bullying Saddam Hussein.

The UK under Prime Minister Tony Blair had joined with President Bush in the preemptive strike, and recently released the Chilcot Report that addresses their role in the Iraq War. Blair wasn't acting alone. Now it is time for the United States to do the same thing. There is no other way to end the Iraq Genocide.

By targeting an innocent man, the power games back-lashed on the United States. Until that time, the games worked, but they no longer work. There is always an immediate backlash to the power games.

Once George W. Bush told the grand lie to justify the preemptive strike, ripples of effects have gone out to draw in every nation on the planet. The preemptive strike created a schism in the US government and around the world, with some people believing the lie and others standing on the principles. The moderates took back power, but that has flipped again and led to the rise in power of the Right and Ultra-Rights, and the oligarchs who are grabbing for power.

During the years the Moderates worked to undo the damage that was done, the plan for the international government, including our Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal, has been introduced, and opened to debate, and many people around the world see that it makes much more sense for disputes between nations to be resolved in court rather than the battlefield and for the monies now wasted on war to go to the people instead. The diplomatic community and many world leaders approve of the plan. Third world nations see a way to become equal to the other nations.

Now, if President Trump attempts to perpetrate a preemptive strike and regime change in nations like North Korea, he will face an immediate backlash, but it will be more than one nation fighting one nation. It will become a global war, with the United States against the entire planet.

God v. Science

With a very Christian Vice President who doesn't believe in science, according to a recent video by Neil DeGrasse Tyson, wielding so much power over the future of science in the United States, today is the perfect day to address the battle between Science and Religion. Our organization can end the conflict by bridging the two sides.

We are not judging Mike Pense's religious beliefs nor Neil DeGrasse Tyson's scientific beliefs, although we believe both men's perspectives are limited. If you read the Bible as an historical document, you can run into problems. It was meant as allegory, and if you read it as such, it opens many doors to understandings that are valid today. When you talk of an infinite universe, you can imagine that your perspective is wide, but that is not necessarily so.

In "A Manual for Peace," Seth tells us that our perspective of reality is like holding a piece of paper with a pin hole in it at arm's length and attempting to perceive what is on the other side of the paper. That is how little we know of reality.

Scientists believe the universe is infinite, but that is in time and space, but there is also a universe within a universe, and that is also infinite. In fact, we have a booklet, "The Prime Universe Speaks," by the Prime Universe, who tells us what is at the end of mankind's evolution. No scientist probably ever imagined what was at the end of mankind's evolution, and how many Conservative Christians even believe in evolution?

No one has all the answers. No one is all right or all wrong. What is ironic is that Science and Religion say the same thing but just in a different language, and each explains difficult concepts so if you bring them together, you can understand the larger picture better. You get a bigger picture of what is on the other side of the paper.

In "We Are One," Seth explains the Unified Field Theory, which is the scientific name for God. It has been considered the Holy Grail of Science and Mathematics, and brilliant scientists, including Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking, didn't find it while spiritual people have always known that the Universe is sentient and its name is God. Her name is Lady Gaia, and she is one of our guides, too. She is Earth Mother and Universe Mother.

And what is remarkable, that sentient God is willing to answer questions posed by the mathematicians and cosmologists at Oxford University as part of our Oxford and Stonehenge event, which is part of our Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal. We will bring in Islam, too, and if you look at the history of Islam, you will see they are scientific and very progressive related to mathematics.

World Peace Plan: Earth Day

One of the rights we have is to live in a pristine environment. Today, people all over the world are directing their collective energies on solutions that enable future generations to live in that perfect world. 

People are protesting unfair practices that tear apart the environment. Unfortunately, that is not enough to encourage the world leaders to set aside their personal agendas. When you stand in protest, your voice will not be regarded unless you can offer a solution that enables everyone to function on a higher level. 

The Earth is a closed ecosystem, and what occurs in one place affects the entire planet, so the environment must come under the auspices of a global institution with the power and capacity to resolve environmental issues. The existing structure has proven to be political, and so issues are not resolved. The only institution with the capacity to solve the problems is the proposed international government. 

Its Department of the Environment will work with the other departments to ensure the environment will stay in its pristine condition.

Today is Earth Day, and the focus is on what can be done today, but unless it is the start of a movement, what lasting impact can any efforts achieve? There is one thing you can do today. You can become an affiliate member of our organization. You can add your name to the growing list of affiliate members, and join the debate on the plan for the international government.  

World Peace on the Individual Level

We are all citizens of the Universe, and under Universal Law, we are granted by our Creator our inalienable rights to live our lives without interference, to be treated fairly and equally, and to have a voice in our government, but the power games that governments play are oppressive to the people, and prevent us from enjoying these rights.

Under Universal Law, when you prevent another person enjoying their inalienable rights, you lose your own rights, so the end result is that the oppressor is fighting the Universe. The ultimate conclusion of playing the power games, which go against Universal Law, is that you lose your power.

On the individual level, we must learn how to overcome all the oppression and intolerance that has led us to the point where we believe we cannot get our life. We must be rising in power while the oppressors are falling in power. Everyone plays the games. The games are bad, not the people, so it is all a matter where there is no judgment against us, but more that the mankind just never reaches his full potential.

World peace requires every person on the planet to live the life they were born to live. Until this time, spiritual teachers have taught that each of us creates our own reality, but now the message is changing to how to create the life you want. It is time to reintroduce the knowledge base related to creativity, which is something that will reunify the entire planet.

World peace requires the active participation of every person on the planet, but on the individual level, that is to fulfill their purpose in life--to reach their full potential. When we rely on the power games to help us get our life, eventually we reach the point of understanding that the games don't work, and if we don't step away from the games and learn how to use the tools of creativity, that is when people die.

You can't change what someone believes. Unfortunately, once we reach a certain point in the games, gentle guidance won't get us back on track to our goal, and we must reach the point where we face our end of life crisis. The games must reach their ultimate conclusion.

When one person is facing his or her end of life crisis, it is a difficult time, but imagine that now all the power games are reaching their ultimate conclusion at the same time. It is a difficult test for the entire planet.

The government proposal involves taking disputes between nations off the battlefield and putting them into courts where they belong, and the first step in creating the proposal is to bring in the professional publishing team to help disseminate the information on how to create the life you want. They are responsible for helping to disseminate the information on the fact that you create your own reality, but now it is time to take the teachings to the higher level, how to create the life you want. Then, it is up to each of us how we apply that information in our own lives.

Confirming Judge Neil Gorsuch

Today, the US Senate is confirming Judge Neil Gorsuch as a Supreme Court justice. His confirmation will have a profound effect on the US legal system for the next 50 years, but also for the next thousand years, as this contentious process demonstrates major issues that are creating chaos in our legal system, and they must be purified to prevent the chaos from spreading onto the international level.

In the future, once the plan for the international government moves forward in its progress, our organization will work with the Supreme Court justices, including Justice Gorsuch, to purify the US legal system, and so today, we will focus on what has made his confirmation so disputed.

Neil Gorsuch is a judge with many years of experience. He leans toward the conservative end of the spectrum, and that is not the issue. He says he stands on the law and is an "originalist," which means he turns to the Federalist Papers, which were written by the founding fathers, and the Constitution for his guidance. What would they do? He also says that the Constitution is fixed, but that is where he runs into problems. He believes he is standing on the principles of the Constitution, but he sees only two levels of the US legal system--the Constitution and federal laws-- where there are actually three levels, and the Constitution is not fixed at all, but evolutionary. This belief structure can lead to a backwards interpretation of the founding father's original intent. Many people have this same belief structure.

Our founding fathers were spiritual men, and many were Masons, and they studied the deeper spiritual meanings. No one has a perfect understanding of the spiritual meanings, including the Masons.

The seven major religions are cultural interpretations of Universal Law. For world peace to come, every person on the planet has had to be exposed to the Universal Law of Cause and Effect. Every atom in the Universe is subject to Universal Law, but not all people live their lives based on the principles of Universal Law. Religion can be used as a tool or as a weapon when it is based on power games, and each of the seven major religions plays a favorite power game.

The deeper spiritual teachings declare the Universe has three levels, the Father, the Mother and the Son--just like a family. The Father fixes the family at a particular level in society, and the Mother decides which direction the family goes from that point. The Mother can enable the family to rise, to fall, or to stay the same. Other ways to look at the three levels are the Principles, the Power and the Project. The Father stands on the principles, the Mother is the power aspect, and the power can be used as a tool or a weapon, and the project level is their creation.

By ignoring the Father aspect, and considering only the Mother aspect to be fixed and the Son aspect--the court cases that are being appealed-- Neil Gorsuch's decisions can seem to stand on the principles when they are actually based on power games. There are five power games that governments play, including wars, genocides, massacres, slavery and terrorism, and they are oppressive to the people.

The fears have arisen that Neil Gorsuch will vote to overturn laws that uphold the rights of American citizens and that were declared Constitutional by previous Supreme Court justices. He has the right to his decision, and this is where America is at the present time in our evolution.

With the entire planet watching the United States to see how we function, to demonstrate the potential of the the US Constitution to be the basis for the proposed international government, it is important to understand how this crisis has unfolded.

Let's consider that those who have learned the lesson about Universal Law, and they "do unto others as they would have done to them," are standing on the principles, and those who haven't learned this lesson yet are relying on power games to be able to get their lives on a higher level. The unfortunately death of Justice Scalia became their opportunity to function on a higher level. Like a door being opened and on the other side of the door was their grand opportunity, what occurred when the door opened was not an opportunity, but a a brick wall. A series of battles are now occurring between the Republicans and the Democrats over his nomination and confirmation. This same battle is occurring all over the planet when one stands on the principles and it affects the security and support of another. The same series of battles occurs, and the end result is that there is a final split, like a husband and wife going through a hostile divorce.

In terms of our first government proposal, we are looking at the preemptive strike on Iraq, and the schism that formed between the Republicans and Democrats. The Bush administration, the majority of the Republicans--including Donald Trump and his administration--believe the preemptive strike enabled the United States to keep our power, while the Democrats and many independents saw that there was a backlash to the game, and it is failed foreign policy.

Mankind is now looking at this phenomenon, called the Battles of Armageddon, and where true power comes from, and how there is always a backlash from not standing on the principles of Universal Law.

The basis for the legal system of the proposed international government will be Universal Law, the only basis that is possible, and that will be accepted by every person on the planet. Mankind is letting go of the power games that never had the capacity to help anyone get their life.

I am sure many people had a difficult time understanding why Neil Gorsuch's nomination was so disputed. He is a respected judge. Then, the Republican's act to lower the standards from a 60% majority to a simple majority now allows future nominees to be rubber-stamped by the majority party in Congress. This was the fourth battle of Armageddon, which relates to betrayal.

As mankind works to nominate and confirm international Supreme Court justices, which standards will have to be met? Will they be rubber-stamped as part of power struggles on the international level? Which nine people on the planet will decide where mankind is on the evolutionary scale? Will they "justify" power games that are oppressive to the people?
