Ever Expanding Circles

When the Grand Lie was told to justify the preemptive strike on Iraq, ripple after ripple of effects went out to draw in every person on the planet in some way. To overcome the effects of the ripples, we are creating ever-expanding circles that bring the ripples back to the point of peace.

Our first government proposal overcomes the effects of wars by establishing the principle of equality in the world. It leads to the creation of an international court system that treats every nation and every individual fairly and equally. You may protest that the international court  system already exists as part of the United Nations, but one of the flaws of the UN Charter is that it does not treat all nations fairly and equally. Nations that are oppressed by this lack of equality are more likely to turn to this proposed international government as their opportunity to function on a higher level now than to fight for reforming the United Nations.

At first, there will always be this sense of battle between the Light and the Darkness as those who rely on the power games attempt to force their own agenda. Anything that does not treat all people and all nations fairly and equally will eventually fail as it reaches its ultimate conclusion, but all the games do not end at the same time. With acts of revenge, wars, massacres and terrorism ends, and the proverbial pendulum swings back to the midpoint, but the two power games that are based on weaving an illusion continue to swing the pendulum out. This leads to people losing their rights--their Liberty.

Now we are starting to see glimpses of the need for the next proposal as wars devolve into genocides. As people are oppressed, the next step is for people to lose their rights, but also that idea of the ultimate conclusion of the grabs for power become evident. The power games continue on until an innocent person is crucified, and then the power games stop working, but the fears continue to grow because people rely on the power games for their security and support.

The preemptive strike on Iraq triggered the ripples of effects, and it devolved as a global genocide. Genocides are based on weaving an illusion, and therefore the Darkness has continued to spread across the planet. To counter the Darkness, the Light has to emerge and overcome the Darkness, but not in the form of a battle, because you will start a feud. The plan for world peace has been introduced and opened to debate, and people in 85 nations support the plan, including Muslim nations. To judge Muslims in some way so that you can take away their rights makes no sense. The grabs for power become more ludicrous all the time.

This is what is occurring now on a global scale. The Darkness is attempting to force an agenda, but the opportunities are ending for them to terrorize others because their actions are reaching their ultimate conclusion, and rather than to be overcome by fear, people are turning away from the battles and walking away from the conflict with the understanding that world peace is now possible and it makes more sense to go toward the Light than to fight the Darkness, and so the Light continues to grow.

The contingency for our Exit Strategy for Iraq is that Americans work together to amend our Constitution that enables us to undo the damage we have done by relying on failed foreign policy. By denying the Iraqi people their inalienable rights granted to them by the Creator of us all, we broke Universal Law, and therefore, we jeopardized our inalienable rights. Now, to get them back again, we must guarantee them to every person on the planet.

The first proposal is all about equality, and the second is all about liberty. They work together to build the foundation for the international government. The ever-expanding circles start with one person introducing an idea, opening it to debate, and then working to draw in all the people on the planet in every expanding circles through the Flower of Life principles. That draws in the next block of the foundation, and allows the previous blocks to expand vertically. The process starts with the plan for world peace, and will eventually reach the point where even those who function entirely for their own interests will do the same thing, but they will share their talents and gifts, like an artist selling paintings on the internet.

Mankind is evolving to the higher level on a global scale. Everything functions in cycles, but between 2008 and 2012, all the cycles lined up--even a billion year cycle--and because change only occurs easily at the beginning and the end of a cycle, this has been a time of great changes--and great fears for those whom change does not come easily. This same idea will play out over and over again, that everything will come up for review and either left behind or will evolve to the higher level.

Stonehenge was left behind as the site of conflict resolution, but it evolved over a period of three thousand years, and now it is about to evolve to the higher level. It functioned extremely well to end wars, but they didn't know how to end genocides. Over that time, the ripples of countless previous genocides continued to spread out, and mankind has felt their effects, leaving tears in the energy fabric of the planet and a sense of helplessness and hopelessness in the peoples long after the conflicts were forgotten. Now it is time for mankind to focus on that lesson and to be healed.

Focus now is on the path out of the abyss

When you look at what is occurring in the news around the world, it seems like the darkness is taking over. The existing structures are proving they cannot solve the problems. The one redeeming thing is that the plan for the international government has been introduced and opened to debate.

The difference between Heaven and Hell is that in Heaven there is a solution to your problems. All is not lost, but knowing there is a solution is still a time of crisis. To get out of your crisis, you need to know where you are, where you are going and how to get there.

Rather than to focus on the darkness out in the world, our focus is still on the Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal. That is the overview conflict in the world, and so the path out of the abyss leads to the time when disputes between nations are resolved in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies now wasted on war go to the people instead.

Where we are:

Secretary General of the United Nations declared in his farewell speech that George W. Bush had made the United Nations irrelevant. When George Bush preemptively struck Iraq, he crucified an innocent man--there were no WMD--and the power games backlashed on the United States. It sent off ripples of effects that are drawing every person on the planet into the conflict, and created a schism in the United States between the Republicans and Democrats.

To bring in the independent members of our organization, we help everyone understand there is a solution to their crisis by sending out our Pass It On booklets. Our books are "channeled messages from God on how to overcome any crisis."

The books associated with the Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal address what got mankind into the crisis. At this time, we cannot sell books to anyone but independent members of the organization, but our catalog is a resource in itself. The first page of the technology segment covers where true power comes from, how revenge works and why it doesn't work, the application of the principles, and the steps to take to rise out of the abyss.

Making the plan a reality by solving the problems

Every plan has a rationale, a reason for it to be created. Someone, from his or her own sets of experiences, sees the proverbial dark cloud on the horizon and based on those experiences, comes up with a plan that is based on the root cause of the crisis. The dark cloud exists because the existing structure is not standing on the root cause of the crisis, and the crisis devolves because the plan starts to demonstrate that it can't solve the problem.

More and more people try to attack the existing structure to make changes, but those who rely on it for their security and support resist the efforts.

Mankind always has three choices, but in a dilemma, the third choice is not apparent, and the other two are untenable. The third choice is to do what is in everyone's best interest, which solves the problem so mankind can move forward in our progress. The other two options are to ignore the crisis and pass it on to future generations, and it will take seven generations to solve the problem, or to go down into the power games to protect the existing structure so that those who depend on it can continue to put their own interests before the common good. There is always a backlash to the games.

This same scenario plays out over and over again. Everyone has a lifetime of experiences and can apply the wisdom gained by living that life to solve a problem that is facing mankind.

The idea for the plan for the international government has continued to spread, but everyone must see the need for it to come, and what that means is that those who rely on the power games must be coming down in power while those who assume responsibility for undoing the damage are rising in power, and they meet at the midpoint. It is the definition of where true power comes from. Many people think power comes from having money, and so you can wave your money like a magic wand and make anything happen. Many people think power comes from forcing an agenda, like Might is Right, but that is a power game that comes from the belief that you have the right to put others down, and there is always a backlash to the games.

The powerful elite depend on the existing structure for their security and support, and people who look up to them with respect do so because they deny their own capacity. While this demonstrates that the existing structure cannot solve the problems we are facing as a planet, those of us who function based on our own experiences will create plans that solve the problems by addressing the root cause of the crisis, and rising in power while the powerful elite lose theirs, and those who don't function based on their own capacity ignore the problems and pass them on to future generations.

The root cause of the overview of all crises is the power games people play to compensate for lack of power. There are seven power games that people play, and government generally play only five of the games. Revenge combines five power games, and they lead to war, genocides, massacres, slavery and terrorism. The games are known as the Seven Deadly Sins because people die when the games are played.

It is said of Jesus of Nazareth and the disciples that they knew how to overcome death, and this is how they did it. They understood how the power games work and why they don't work. They lived in a time when the Roman soldiers carried swords, and has the legal right to kill anyone who stood up to their power base. Yet, the Romans came down in power while Jesus was rising in power.

Each of the seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to understand to create the life you want, but each also plays a favorite power game. Jesus taught through the Beatitudes that the "meek shall inherit the world," and "blessed are the peacemakers." The peacemakers are doing what is in everyone's best interest while those who rely on power games of revenge are going against Universal Law and facing the backlashes. Moses demonstrated how to walk away from the oppressors.

Our plan is so powerful that it has the capacity to unify the seven major religions of the world, because the one thing that every person on the planet wants is to be able to create the life each wants, but no one knows how to do it. It takes all seven religions working together rather than one forcing an agenda.

As you work to do what is in everyone's best interest, you are on course through the rationale, solving the problems, but not yet "going viral." It takes someone to stand up and declare support for the plan, and that kicks the idea into mainstream awareness. If no one stands up, the idea continues forward, and eventually the energy is dissipated. Moses taught how to bring together people to help you create a project. He could not free the Hebrews by himself.

The plan for the international government requires people to stand up and assume responsibility for their own projects. Only two people on the planet are responsible for world peace, but it seems so huge that how can one person have any effect? But, the dark cloud has become so huge that many people are looking for solutions to many crises. As the threat of war expands across the planet, we must understand what got us into wars in the first place. We must know where we are, where we are going and how to get there.

Any structure that does not stand on the root cause of the crisis will eventually collapse, but it will do so under its own weight, and someone will stand up and offer solutions based on their own capacity.

Our organization has been given the root cause of over 20 major crises, and we demonstrate the potential of the plan to enable everyone to assume responsibility for ending the crises.

For example, President Trump is working to "repeal and replace" Obamacare, but neither plan addresses the root cause of the problem of what causes people to become sick. Our root cause cards offers the root cause of cancer, and anyone who wants to create a project that puts an end to cancer is welcome to do so.

We are offering project ideas for fifty innovative inventions, and our independent members will assume responsibility for the project ideas and demonstrate the principles of the projects, and then the technology will spin off for anyone to use to create their own dreams.

Our first steps involve overcoming the effects of the power games. As people walk away from the battles, they need a way to get back on track to their goals. Everyone must assume responsibility to undo the damage that has been done, and that is to address our first two government proposals.

True Power

As this is being written, the media is reporting that Donald Trump has signed another executive order to stop issuing visas to citizens from six nations for ninety days in what he considered to be a way to defend the United States from acts of terrorism. In the past, he has also declared his intent to pull out of major trade agreements and unilaterally reform the United Nations. He has made major business deals with wealthy businessmen from all over the world. As the old international order collapses, Donald Trump is grabbing for power.

I have talked about our Free Power Source Invention, and said it is like a twelve story building, and on each floor of the building resides a different type of relationship. This morning I would like to explain how it relates to building true power and how it will make grabbing for power obsolete. This invention works with two other inventions, one is based on the fact that we always have three choices, and the other addresses the first level of relationships, and how to overcome the loss of power that occurs when the power grabs backlash on us. They backlash because power grabs come from a lack of power, and because they go against Universal Law of Cause and Effect.

If your plan does not address the root cause of a crisis, it makes the crisis worse. In regards to terrorism, George W. Bush stood on the common definition of terrorism, that "some people are good, and some people are bad, and the bad people want to hurt the good people." Who is to judge whether someone is good or bad? From one perspective, the terrorist is a villain, and from the other, he is a patriot. The true definition of terrorism is that "people on the bottom have no voice, and must raise their voice to be heard, oftentimes to the point of violence." The solution that ends terrorism is to open a dialogue, and terrorism fades away.

The Free Power Source Invention is based on making win-win agreements, and each time we make a win-win agreement, a burst of energy is given off, and that energy gives us the power to move us forward in our progress. People equate power and money, and envy the person who has it for the potential to do whatever they wish to do. Anyone can make a win-win agreement, and multiply your efforts each time you do by 10 times, 100 times or 1,000 times.

If Donald Trump has built a twelve story building with twelve condos on each floor, the only way he can make money from his venture is for every condo to be occupied, and his tenants to be happy living there.

The invention demonstrates the 144 relationships we must resolve for us to be able to create the life we want. With each relationship that is resolved, you multiply your resources. Imagine if every person on the planet is part of the framework of win-win agreements, you have all the resources of the planet. If the building is in the middle of a barren plane, the resources are limited, but New York has many skyscrapers and therefore unlimited resources.

The three inventions are based on the idea of life-partnerships, which are based on win-win agreements. Each individual has a vocation and an avocation, and in a life-partnership, one's vocation is the other's avocation, so they mentor each other so that both can function on a higher level. Romantic relationships are not win-win agreements, and because both people have different goals, eventually the relationship goes through the Battles of Armageddon. Romantic relationships turn into family genocides.

On the top floor of our twelve story building resides our Creator. Rather than to say that we must be religious, we can consider our Creator to be the first people we turn to with the first real crisis we face in our life. When we create by default, eventually we reach the ultimate conclusion of our choices, and like our marriage based on a romantic relationship that has become a genocide, eventually we have backed ourselves into a corner and for those of us who have even a little bit of exposure to religion, getting down on our knees and asking for help is the first step. At this time, every person on the planet has been exposed to the Universal Law of Cause and Effect, but not all people have reached the point that they live by that law.

This is our first win-win agreement. "Are you willing to stand on the principles of Universal Law?" To get the life you want, you must help others to get the life they want. By coming from a sense of lack, and grabbing for power, we go against Universal Law, and we lose power.

We learn our power games from within our family. There are seven power games people play and they all are based on lack, and they are all based on three fears.

To create the life we want, we must resolve every relationship--all 144 of them.

The first is with our Creator, and the second is with our marriage relationship, and that allows us to bring back to us the relationships that we cannot let go of except by death.

The true definition of where power comes from is that we assume responsibility for our own choices based on fear and we work to undo the damage we have done. We work to resolve conflicts in our life by making win-win agreements. We have to be very careful not to reinforce the power games. Both sides must agree that it is time to resolve the conflict. I would like to refer you to our remarkable Conflict Resolution brochures that allow you to have in your hands the information you need to have to end the conflict in your family.

Because nations are like families, I would like to address the United States and how we must work to undo the damage we have done by our failed foreign policy choices.

Because the commonly accepted definition of terrorism is the "good people and bad people" idea, and because the United States has grabbed for power, everything we do makes the crisis worse. The United States must start to address the true definition of power. We must consider what made our country great, and that is our Constitution. It has made the United States a place where immigrants came here because we are the land of opportunity, and here we offer greater rights and greater freedoms, much greater than in other nations. It is difficult to leave your home and your culture.

As we address this as a nation, we must work to undo the damage we have done, and so our first two government proposals address Universal Law and our first win-win agreement--with Iraq.

U.S. foreign policy makes no sense. We make trade agreements with our competitors, and consider third world nations that have the resources we need to be more like bank accounts. Our foreign policy is oppressive to the people, and so we are facing the backlashes from failed policies that seemed to work, but never had the chance to do so. Iraq is a land with oil reserves, and it needs food. We are a nation that uses oil and we are a breadbasket. This makes a perfect win-win agreement.

Win-win agreements build trust and set the stage for future agreements. Now, with this new Republican zeal to build walls to keep Muslims out, there is even less trust. So, our plan is to demonstrate our intent to allow all nations to function on a higher level. To keep our inalienable rights that we lost by denying them to the Iraqi people, we must work to guarantee them to every person on the planet. We will work with England first on our Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal.

The United States can no longer attempt to force a foreign policy agenda that puts America first and leaves everyone else out of the solution. The middle ground is for us to turn inside of ourselves and work to amend our Constitution to enable everyone on the planet to function on a higher level. This is our niche. This is what made us great. This is how to make America Great Again.

This is how we get our true power as a nation. Future trade agreements will be made through the international government based on fair and equitable practices, and disputes between nations will be resolved in court rather than the battlefield. There is no need to build up our military, but we can slowly start to transition to peace-based thinking. The international court system will be based on Universal Law, and the entire planet will be able to rise out of its crisis.

Veto Power

This topic is something many people do not understand about our government. This misunderstanding about the powers our president has must be addressed now as the President Trump works to undermine President Obama's efforts while in office. The Iraq War created a schism between the Republicans and the Democrats. Trump's agenda does not create a sense of unification, Congress and the nation appear to be permanently split. With almost half of the nation supporting Trump, it is his approval rating that allows him to do what he is doing, not the powers President Trump has granted to him by the Constitution.

Is Trump getting revenge on Obama? We have been looking at how revenge works and why it doesn't work. Do we who are watching this unfold recognize revenge when we see it? We know revenge is based on five power games. If this is an act of revenge against Obama, who else has the same goal? The Russians?

The Iraq War kicked Iraq off its evolutionary course, and it created the schism in our government. Now we are addressing what got everyone into this crisis in the first place. Everyone must understand what we did wrong so we don't repeat the same mistake. The idea is to undo the damage so everyone gets back on course, and revenge is not a tool to wield to create the life you want. You cannot get the life you want by getting revenge on others. Creating what appear to be win-win agreements to get revenge on someone is not a win-win agreement. Revenge includes two power games that weave an illusion. How can you build trust based on an illusion?

The constitutional power the president of the United States has is derived by the people. It is not authoritarian. The powers the president has is to execute the laws created by Congress. With the Checks and Balances between the Branches, it is up to Congress, not the president, to wage war, for example, and the executive orders are only based on the application of the laws that are passed.

When the president vetoes legislation, it can go back to Congress to be decided on again, but by a larger majority of the vote. If the legislation creates chaos in the courts, then it goes through the courts and appellate courts and finally reaches the Supreme Court to decide whether it is constitutional. It can be rewritten in Congress or stricken from the law books.

Iraq is facing the same constitutional crisis our founding fathers went through. Saddam Hussein was a very powerful man, and when he was deposed and a new form of government was instated, no one wanted to put into power another leader with so much power, and so the natural reaction was to create a government with weak central government, but a weak central government doesn't have the power to stop the chaos from spreading. It takes a strong central government to do that, and so the powers must be checked and balanced, and the duties and responsibilities and privileges must be delineated, including how to remove an elected official from office for abusing his or her power.

The Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal addresses conflict resolution, and power and the abuse of power, but the proposal is contingent on the United States working to undo the damage that has been done by the abuse of power. If the power our government has is derived from the people, it is up to the people to take back our power, and that is the role of the Article V amendment convention.

Under the Constitution, it takes 2/3 of the state legislatures to send to the joint resolution to Congress, but our goal is to get 100% of the states to support our plan. With the split in Congress and so many people supporting Trump's agenda, we must demonstrate to every American how the plan for the international government benefits them. This is where the people have the right to "veto" the plan--and to have a voice in our government.

Our government has relied on foreign policies, such as regime change, to gain power and prestige, and like all power games, it seemed to work for a while but then it reached its ultimate conclusion. The games stop when played on an innocent person. The fact that there were no WMD means that Saddam Hussein was attempting to comply with U.N. sanctions, and while many people did not see him as an innocent man, the charges against him that led to the justification for war were false. He was innocent of the charges, and the power grab backlashed on the United States. It collapsed our power base.

If Donald Trump is getting revenge on Barack Obama, and if President Obama was exercising his constitutional executive powers, and is therefore innocent of the charges against him, it will collapse Donald Trump's power base.

This month, we will address the U.S. Constitutional amendment proposal. We will address the principles, the application of the principles and the planning stages that enable everyone to rise above this crisis.

The Rise and Fall of the Oligarchs

Around the world, wealthy men who have created a business empire are grabbing for political power. The collapse of the United Nations and the rise of the idea of an international government is offering them the opportunity to come together to create an international government structure with them in control.

The oligarchs are taking their power games to the next level--but heading down, not up. Equated ideas get people into trouble. If you equate power and money, if you lose your money, you lose your power. True statesmen do what is in everyone's best interest. If you are grabbing for power based on the idea that you have built a business empire, you are not doing what is in anyone's best interest, including your own. You are climbing onto other's backs instead of riding on their shoulders.

All it takes is to bring together 200 men who have already established their business empires, and they have control of the entire planet, or so it would seem. By offering people the opportunity to function on a higher level, but the opportunity puts them outside of their capacity, it creates a sense of mental illness, a bipolar crisis that bounces between getting their life and knowing they are fakes.

That eventually leads to the rise of one individual who seeks the role of emperor of the planet surrounded by people who lean of him for their capacity.

As the Light Source Invention demonstrates, by weaving an illusion that you are doing what is in everyone's best interest because you believe you "own" people because of the power game of Greed, people recognize oppression when they see it, and there will always be resistance to your plan.

Students of the Faith of the Pure Ray are working to unify the world's seven major religions, and as spring arrives in the northern hemisphere, we are looking at Judaism, and the remarkable battle to free the Hebrews from bondage in Egypt. When an oppressed nation--an enslaved nation-- is given the opportunity to walk out of bondage, people willingly do so. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

That day has come. The idea for the international government based on fair and equitable practices has continued to spread, and as of today, people in 85 nations support the plan for the international government. People now have somewhere to go to be able to get their life on a higher level, and it is based on everyone functioning from their own capacity. They don't have to leave home to get there. The idea has gone too far to stop. Rather than a small group of men rising to the top, the entire planet will rise to create a global renaissance--something 200 oligarchs--or one emperor-- cannot achieve.
