What is the best form of defense?

Donald Trump has announced his intent to expand U.S. nuclear capacity as a deterrent to attacks against the United States.

President-elect Trump didn't say he will reserve U.S. nuclear weapons for defense of the U.S. only, but during the campaign, he declared that he is putting America first, so that puts into question whether he will stand on past agreements to defend NATO allies in the event they are attacked. He also said he will dismantle President Obama's programs, so Obama-era agreements are also in question.

Is this the best form of defense?

On December 12th, the U.S. Court of Appeals heard arguments from an Iraqi woman that George W. Bush waged an illegal war, an act of aggression based on the Nuremberg Trials, and she used the Chilcot Report--the Iraq Inquiry--as the basis for her court case. In Colin Powell's speech to the United Nations, he justified the preemptive attack on Iraq, saying that Iraq had created a nuclear program with the capacity to attack the United States with only 1/2 hour of warning. George Bush's preemptive strike was based on the idea that he was defending the United States from Saddam Hussein, saying that Saddam Hussein intended to use them against the United States. There would be no way to defend the United States under those circumstances.

Mankind always has three choices, to go up, down or straight ahead. Straight ahead is to ignore the crisis and pass it on to future generations, and it takes seven generations to undo the damage. If you choose to go down, you rely on the power games, and there is always a backlash to the games. If you choose to go up, you do what is in everyone's best interest, and everyone moves forward in their progress.

If you are backed into a corner, you still have the three choices, but only two are obvious and both are untenable. You can continue to be squeezed or you can  come out over the larger force and fight. The unseen third choice is to stop playing the power games, turn around--because in a crisis you are 180 degrees from where you think you are-- and do what is in everyone's best interest.

Power games go against Universal Law, which says, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" and so there is always a backlash to the games.

To defend yourself, you stand on seven principles that bring the pendulum back to the center point: equality, freedom, liberty, compassion, abundance, capacity and tolerance. This applies to every dilemma, and it is how to walk the proverbial "straight and narrow." If you stand on all seven principles, you are unbeatable.

Open Letter to the Democratic Republic of Congo

My organization is working to create an international government based on the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 85 nations, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, support the plan for the international government.

We have a proposal for your country that allows you to overcome your crises and to participate fully in the proposed international government, and it can be found on our website at www.oneworldgov.org. Today I would like to address the more current issues that your government is facing, and that is the pressures that are being placed on you that undermine your security.

The existing international structure based on the United Nations does not have the capacity to end or prevent wars. The U.N. Charter has five main flaws:
1. All nations are not treated fairly and equally
2. A nation's power is based on behavior rather than inalienable rights, which can lead to a sense of bullying.
3. A nation may not have a voice in matters of grave concern
4. A nation may not have recourse to change what is unfair
5. A nation does not have to be a signatory of the international courts so disputes between nations are not resolved peacefully.

Many third world nations have vast amounts of natural resources, and have become nothing more than bank accounts for the industrialized nations. The resources a nation has must go to benefit the people. This puts your nation at risk for a hostile takeover bid.

Under the plan for the international government, fair and equitable trade agreements will be made through the economic departments of the international government.

By joining the debate for the international government, but working only with the other world leaders to bring it about, you leave out the people. The backbone of any economy is small business, for example, and this is something Saudi Arabia has discovered as their oil reserves are depleted. Any government must function to enable the people to prosper.

The plan for the international government must come slowly and in perfect order, from the level of the people. The ideas and principles must come in order from the widest perspective to the narrowest and then permeate throughout global society, starting with the lesson that came from the Iraq War. Disputes between nations must be resolved in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies now wasted on war must go to benefit the people. Wars and genocides are oppressive to the people, tear apart the energy fabric of the planet, and leave a sense of helplessness and hopelessness in the people. The rifts must be healed before the people can prosper. The existing international structure has proven it cannot end or prevent wars, and as was demonstrated in Rwanda, UN peacekeeping troops are oftentimes nothing more than body counters.

The Iraq War destabilized the entire planet, and diverted foreign aid away from your country and toward Iraq. Under the plan for the international government, there will be no more foreign aid. Instead, your people will be encouraged to find your own niche based on your natural resources, which will make your nation able to compete economically with the industrialized nations.

Under the proposed international government, Saddam Hussein would have protested the preemptive strike and taken George W. Bush to court, which is something we are now working toward with our Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal. We are working to set up an international court system, and that is our first case.

The solution to every crisis is to do what is in everyone's best interest.

President Kabila is aware of the plan for the international government, but if he has joined the other world leaders who see it as their opportunity to function on a higher level rather than to do what is in everyone's best interest, he is probably trapped. He cannot let go of his office and he cannot stay. The solution is to do what is in everyone's best interest. Under the proposed international government, the international presidents will be in office for only one or two terms. It will be impossible to keep a power base in two places. It makes no difference whether he is in office if he wishes to be part of the debate for the legitimate international government that my organization proposes. He will actually have more power to affect change for his nation and to rise to a higher level in power if he leaves office and joins the debate.

We are keeping people informed about the plan for the international government on our website and blogs. If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them. Contact me at principal@oneworldgov.org.

Putting Your Assets Into a Blind Trust

Where does true power come from? This is the lesson mankind is facing now.

When you are in a crisis situation, your perspective narrows. You have been slowly kicked off course by misunderstandings, and you still believe you are on course to your goal, but as you continue to get kicked off course, you go around the compass rose, and you eventually reach the point where you are headed away from your goal. You have turned your life over to someone or something that cannot help you get the life you want. When you realize that the person or institution that you have put your trust on doesn't have the capacity to help you, that is when you reach the end of life crisis.

The United States is falling into an economic crisis now as many people have placed their blind trust on Donald Trump to help them create a sense of prosperity for America. The backbone of any economy is small business, and a coalition of billionaires won't help the man or woman on the bottom of the economic scale start a small business.

Their blind trust is based on misunderstandings about where true power comes from. True power comes from assuming responsibility to undo the damage that you and others have done.

The first principle of the global renaissance is that everyone must function from within their own capacity, but most people don't really understand what their capacity is. People must let go of what they have put their trust onto and take back responsibility for their own lives.

For example, if you are an alcoholic, you have placed your life on alcohol to make you feel better, but at some point in time, it stops working. Then, you must let go of the alcohol and find other ways to feel better, like starting to build confidence in your own capacity. You cannot get the life you want by turning it over to alcohol.

If you are a world leader, you would assume that is the pinnacle of power, but as the plan for the international government is being debated, many world leaders are putting their blind trust, too, on something or someone who doesn't have the capacity to help them get their life. As the plan for the international government is being debated, they have seized the opportunity to function on a higher level, but without the understanding of how to bring about a plan for an international government that benefits everyone.

You cannot get the life you want by grabbing for power, because you are coming from the belief that you lack power, and therefore you will continue to reinstate the lack of power in your life.

World peace must come from the people, when the people are ready for it to come. A prosperous economy must come from the people when the people take back their own power.

It is all a matter of understanding where true power comes from.

The Past, Present and Future of the Electoral College

Our Founding Fathers put into our Constitution a series of Checks and Balances between the branches of our government to ensure that one branch does not become more powerful than the others. They also included four paths to amend our Constitution. The Article V route draws in the people. This path has never been taken successfully to this day because Congress has been unwilling to turn power over to the States or the People, but it was included as the path to take when Congress is deadlocked and not doing their job.

The Constitution delineates the requirements, duties and responsibilities for elected offices, but also what is required to remove an elected official from office if he or she is not standing on the oath of office. Every elected official swears an oath to uphold the Constitution.

Since the schism started between the Democrats and Republicans, there has has been growing support for an Article V amendment convention. The only amendment that is likely to pass is the plan for the international government, which can be considered an overview amendment that has the capacity to push through all the other practices that are being protested.

As we work to create the additional layer of government within the United States, campaign financing, term limits, balanced budget and the Electoral College will be addressed together as part of the plan for the international government.

After a very divisive presidential election, today the Electoral College will make Donald Trump the official president of the United States, unless they vote to not make him president. Just as the U.S. Constitution includes Checks and Balances between the branches, the Electoral College has the capacity to stop a president-elect from taking office. If the Electoral College votes him into office anyway, the Checks and Balances between the branches comes into effect. Already, there is talk of impeachment--taking him to court before Congress. The Republican Party has the majority in Congress, and in our government, majority rules.

It is therefore important to remember that the power any government has is derived from the people, so if Congress upholds any president through impeachment, those elected officials who support him may not stay in office for long. If an elected official's approval rating is below 25%, the segment of the population who are normally not interested in the affairs of government are being squeezed and oppressed and that is when rebellions are likely to erupt.

We are looking at how the U.S. government functions and comparing this to how other forms of governments function. Any dictator appears to have supreme power, but stays in power through force and oppression, and most likely got into office by toppling his or her predecessor, and can therefore, under Universal Law, can be toppled.

During the time when the Constitution was first written, the vast majority of the people were uneducated. People lived far apart and the news took time to reach the farthest corners of the country. Transportation was difficult. Statesmen generally traveled alone by horse or in small groups, and the post traveled by coach. Neither is fast and secure. The Electoral College was the most logical solution at the time.

One more issue that is of vital interest in this presidential election is the opportunity to nominate one or more Supreme Court Justices. With several reaching old age, he (or she, depending on the Electoral College vote) will have immense control over how the United States evolves over the next fifty years.

Has America evolved to the point where change is now possible and necessary?

The schism between the Parties may to lead to rebellion under the present circumstances.  This election is not politics as usual. There has been a flip-flop effect between the parties, and while the Democrats were in the Whitehouse, the Republicans became more and more angry, and now they support Donald Trump, who has no interest in healing the schism.

The plan for the international government will bring unity to the country again, and demonstrate that it is possible to end schisms by doing what is in everyone's best interest.

True Islam

When the Prophet Muhammad sat in his cave and received his messages directly from Allah, he was connected to the Source. He was connected to All That Is. Allah taught Muhammad the principles of true Islam, and told him that Islam is for all people.

Our Creator went to seven men in all and did this, and for a little while, their cultures were the Chosen people. Each of these men received one segment of the body of knowledge, based on the planning process, that is necessary to create the life we want.

Then, when the prophet passed on, the messages ended, the connection to the Creator ended, and the people were left to spread the message. The messages have been watered down, filtered through the minds of the people, to the point where the messages have been corrupted. Each generation starts further from the true message.

There is religion for the masses, and for those who want to know more, and those who become clerics of their religions. Not all clerics are there for their love of their Creator. Some are in it for the power, their security and support. This applies to everything, including medicine and technology, and education. These people are considered mainstream, and some raise to the top of their field and are considered the experts, and they have all the credibility. This works fine until there is a crisis situation, and then that is where everyone starts to pray to our Creator to get us back on track again.

Many people equate ideas, and that gets them into trouble, or turn their lives over to someone or something that cannot help them get their life, and so our Creator hears the prayers, but half the people must pray for the solution before the answer comes. The existing structure must demonstrate that it isn't working for people to be willing to let go of the old and come into the new.

For example, if people rely on doctors to cure cancer, they won't listen to a prophet who tells that that cancer is an issue that is out of control, if you heal the issue you will heal the cancer. God never said anyone must die of cancer,  yet many people do to demonstrate that the doctors don't know how to cure cancer.

Now, Islam seems to be taking over the world. ISIS has spread to every nation, and the corrupted concept of Islam is spreading. Now, over half the population of the planet has prayed for peace, and it is time for True Islam to return, along with all the other religions that have spread throughout the planet.

Islam is for all people, but that does not mean we all must live under Sharia Law. True Islam teaches the principles of Equality, and how to overcome the Crises in the Family. Muslims stand in protest when they see that someone is not standing on the principles, but it is not up to them to come up with a plan. That is up to Christians to come up with a plan.

The idea of the Caliphate has been corrupted by people who want power. It is time for people all over the world to understand that True Islam unifies the entire planet. It doesn't tear people apart.

The Faith of the Pure Ray teaches that each of the seven spiritual teachers taught one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to understand to create the life we want, and therefore, God intends for us to create the life we want. God gives us the capacity, the opportunity and the equality to create our life.

God doesn't tell people what to do. This is a free-will Universe, and what we create us up to us, but we must stand on the principles of each of the religions to bring it about.

How Guaranteeing Our Inalienable Rights is so Important

Our Founding Fathers guaranteed to American citizens the right to "Lift, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" because the Constitution sets up a framework that has the capacity to end conflict. It treats everyone fairly and equally, enables everyone to get the life they want and gives people a voice in their government. They didn't tell people what to do, but gave people their rights and then put responsibility into the hands of the people.

When the Founding Fathers came together, it was a time of revolution. Think of how guaranteeing those rights made it possible for peace to prevail. No one would be left out of the framework. What obstructed the movement were those who relied on the old structure for their security and support. The old structure had to collapse by demonstrating it was in no one's best interest for it to continue on, and the new structure had to be rising in power--by the true definition of power. Power comes from assuming responsibility to undo the damage we have done, not by grabbing for power because we believe we don't have it.

Once again we are in a time of revolution. This time, the Constitution is going global, and the rebellion is against the power games, because the games are oppressive to the people.

The first two proposals are US proposals.

The Exit Strategy for Iraq looks at the power grab President George W. Bush perpetrated against Saddam Hussein, and while for many people it seemed like the right thing to do at the time, it went against Universal Law, international law, and federal law, which is based on the premise that someone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. It denied the Iraqi people their inalienable rights.

The Constitutional can only guarantee our inalienable rights to Americans. Then it becomes a matter of foreign policy how our president and State Department apply the principles that are expressed in the Constitution. No one is above the law. On Monday, December 12th, an Iraqi woman will present her case in the US Court of Appeals declaring George W. Bush perpetrated an unlawful act of aggression against Iraq. She is using the Chilcot Report as the basis for her case. She is setting the stage for our Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal to be accepted.

Our Constitution grants people the right to take our government to court, granted us rights people of other nations can only dream about, but it is our Creator that grants our inalienable rights to every person on the planet. We are all citizens of the Universe and all subject to Universal Law. When a government denies our inalienable rights granted to us by our Creator, they are fighting the Universe and cannot win.

To end the conflict around the world, we all must understand that power games don't enable us to get power, and that true power comes from assuming responsibility to undo the damage we have done. We must understand that no one has the right to deny us our inalienable rights granted to us by our Creator, and that no nation, in God's eyes, has greater rights than another. We must all understand that no one has the right to leave another individual or nation out of the framework based on our rights or we risk losing our own rights.

As this court case plays out in the news....

If this court case is swept under the proverbial rugs to insure that America doesn't lose face, the global conflict will only get worse. Saving face is the power game of Pride, which leads to wars.

The Constitutional Amendment proposal allows the United States to assume responsibility to undo the damage we have done, and therefore regain the power we lost by waging an unlawful war. This is our opportunity to end the conflict and to become part of the framework based on the principles of the cooperation of nature. We will demonstrate to the rest of the planet how our Constitution can keep the peace by guaranteeing to each individual our inalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

The Talk about California Seceding from the United States

Our organization is presently located in Oregon, and for many years, there has been talk about Oregon and northern California coming together to create a separate state. There is also talk about California seceding from the United States and forming a separate nation. At some point, either may occur, because existing borders have not been drawn based on cultures, but for other reasons, including war.

Eventually, the borders will be redrawn based on culture and there will be up to 500 nations on the planet.

The same crises occur on every level, and we can consider states to function like a family. We apply the principles to an individual or within the family. the organization or the state or nation, and even on the international level.

California, with its economy that if it was a nation, would have the sixth highest economy, can bridge between state and nation.

The potential members of our organization are parallel to the 200 existing nations. We are divided into two main parts, like the industrialized nations and the third world nations. The Oregon segment is made up mainly of the inventors, and we have fifty lucrative project ideas, and the California segment consists of investors whose families have been torn apart by the California Community Property Law.

The California Community Property Law has led to what are basically family genocides, and ripples of sociological crises have spun off from the law.

The Exit Strategy for Iraq enables the end of the genocide that started as the result of the Grand Lie to justify the preemptive strike on Iraq, so on every level we can apply the first two proposals to end the genocides that occur on every level, including within families. It can be easier to see the solutions to the crisis when you look at it from other perspectives.

We are looking at revenge and the five power games associated with it, how it works and why it doesn't work. We are looking at the power games themselves, and how to recognize them in our own lives. We want to know where true power comes from, because if the games don't work, what will work?

Some day California may actually secede from the United States, along with the 300 other unique cultures.
At the same time, the power a nation has in the international government will be based on population, and so a great deal of thought must go into breaking a nation apart. Each must understand its true identity, like Iraq--and Israel. What makes it separate and unique?

How to unravel the illusion based on power games

Two power games that people play are based on weaving an illusion, and once the Grand Lie has been told, the truth doesn't overcome the lie. It just reaches the point where no one knows who to trust. Ripples of effects go out from the Grand Lie, and they continue to draw more people into the crisis. Subsequent ripples reinforce the lie.

How do you overcome the Illusion?

Once the Grand Lie has been told, there is only one thing that you can trust, and that is Universal Law. At this point, every person on the planet has been exposed to the Universal Law of Cause and Effect--also known as the Golden Rule or "Do unto others as you would have them do to you."

That does  not mean that every person on the planet stands on the principles of Universal Law. The power games are bad, not the people, and everyone plays the games.

This is not a sense of judgment, but letting go of the power games that people play. At the ultimate conclusion of the power games, whatever you do makes things worse. You have relied on something or someone that cannot help you get your life. The power games stop working. This is the point of circular thinking, that you must do something, but you don't know what to do, but you must do something....

If the games no longer work, what will work?

We think of wars and genocides as power games, but another example is diabetes. How many people judge someone for having diabetes? It is based on the game of Gluttony, one of the Seven Deadly Sins. Imagine how difficult it is to unravel the disease of diabetes! People turn their life over to doctors who don't know how to cure diabetes. This is what we are facing as a planet. We are unraveling the illusion that leads to someone dying.  The idea is to let go of the games, not your life.

Relying on Universal Law allows you to step back out of the crisis. It can be used as a punishment when you break the law by playing one of the Seven Deadly Sins power games, or as a tool to help you get the life you want.

Relying on the power games comes from a sense of fear and misunderstandings, and our books go into this in far greater detail. We get into the crisis by taking small steps, and to get out of the crisis, we must take small steps, too.

For mankind to get out of our crisis, we must work to create the international government step by step. Each proposal introduces an idea that allows mankind to function on a higher level, and allows the idea to permeate throughout society.

The first proposal is the Exit Strategy for Iraq, and it addresses the root cause of the conflict in Iraq that led to a global genocide. It is contingent on the United States working to to amend our Constitution.

The first idea is that the games are oppressive to the people, so if there is a dispute between two world leaders, they can deal with it in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies now wasted on war will go to support the people instead.

Our government does not have to go out to bring in other nations, but just work inside our country and assume responsibility for our own actions in Iraq. To end the genocide that is tearing apart the planet, we must stand up and defend Saddam Hussein by addressing the fact that there were no WMD.

Our government has turned responsibility over to the US military, but they cannot solve a problem that is a policy decision.  They follow orders. Then, we must assume responsibility for undoing the damage we have done by helping to rebuild Iraq and allow them to have their sovereignty.

Call for tolerance around the world

The United States has entered into a very difficult time with this presidential election, and the return of the Republican Party into the White House. The Light Source Invention demonstrates how the schism between the Democrats and the Republicans can turn into open conflict on America's streets. This same crisis is occurring all over the world as part of the World Peace Movement.

In the United States, presidential elections have been considered politics as usual for the candidates to resort to mud-slinging and name-calling. The preemptive strike on Iraq changed that and created a schism within our nation, with some of the people believing the Grand Lie that there were WMD, and the others standing in protest. George W. Bush pushed his own agenda, and America went to war. Then, the economy collapsed and the Democrats entered into the White House, and the Republicans anger at President Obama simmered. The third cycle now is the election of Donald Trump.

What brings everything back to the straight and narrow is to stand on the principles of the proposed international government, but neither party is willing to do that.

It is time for people to stand back and watch. No one can convince someone that what they are doing won't work. America is at the beginning of a new cycle, and it is time for the people to stand on the principles of  the Light Source Invention.

Building a strong non-oil based economy in Saudi Arabia

Your Excellency:

Saudi Arabia has been the major source of oil for many years, and at some point in time, the oil will be depleted. To prevent a decline in your economy, you must transition out of an oil-based economy.

Our organization is working to create an international government that will in the future be able to go into countries and help to make the major transition. Until that time comes, there is something that you can do.

The backbone of any economy is small businesses. When times are difficult, many people turn to creating small businesses based on their talents and gifts. This should be supported and encouraged by the governments.

Many people rely on your oil industry for their security and support. How can you transition when there will be resistance to any plan?

The Faith of the Pure Ray. It is the first step of our World Peace Marketing Strategy, and it is for those who rely on others for their security and support, and helps them assume responsibility for their own financial support.

The Faith of the Pure Ray is based on the fact that each of the seven major religions teaches one segment of the information necessary to create the life you want. Jesus taught the principles of Creativity. The Prophet Muhammad taught the principles of Equality, and standing on the principles. If you put all seven of the major religions into a pie-shaped circle, it is amazing how they demonstrate the principles of the planning process. You can find out more about this at http://www.pureray.org.

We are working to unify the world's seven religions. In the future, we will bring clerics from each of the religions together to teach the people the principles of how to create the life they want. We don't tell people what to create, but how to do it.

I encourage you, as the keepers of the Faith of Islam, to work with the leaders of the other religions, including Pope Francis, to create this sense of tolerance and unity among the religions.

To Iraqi Ambassador Lukman Faily

Today in the Reuters website, there is an article "Sunni tribesmen battling Islamic State demand federalism in Iraq." There is a way to unite Iraq.

The Iraqi constitution has serious flaws. The purpose of a constitution is to create a government, and must be something that is unchanging, and changed only when the people evolve out of it. What is changeable is the laws that are put into it. Your constitution does not unite Iraq, but creates divisions within the country and without. Your constitution sets into place a parliamentary form of government, which can be controlled by outside forces. It does not guarantee a sovereign Iraq.

Like the United States, fearing a strong king or dictator, initially established a weak central government. It takes a strong central government to unite the country, but it must guarantee the inalienable rights of the people, which are to live their lives without interference, to be treated fairly and equally, and to have a voice in their government. You can see how your constitution does not guarantee to every Iraqi these rights, and why the Sunnis are calling for a stronger federal government.

The solution is to support the plan for the international government. Our first proposal is an Exit Strategy for Iraq that enables the United States to withdraw from Iraq, and a court case between one of Saddam Hussein's lieutenants and George W. Bush. In the United States, when there is a dispute between the states, they go to court. Why not do this on the international level?

After the mediation and court case, which enables the creation of a system courts all over the planet, we have a proposal that enables Iraq to create this new federal government. The United States and our organization will not advise you one how to do it, we hope to work with the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is one step ahead of you in creating both a national and an international government after years of what is basically a genocide. They will mentor you, and once we have proven our intent, we will work with you, at your request.

The executive summaries for both proposals and the planning can be found on our website, at www.oneworldgov.org. and in the Track Our Progress section.

I can be reached at principal@oneworldgov.org, and will be happy to answer your questions. I encourage you to speak to President Obama about this, too, and John Kerry, because even out of office they can participate in the process to bring peace to the Middle East.

To the United Nations

I would like to offer a solution to the Middle East crisis, including the Palestinian crisis and the reunification of Cyprus.

First, the rationale for the plan:

The United Nations has assumed responsibility for resolving issues that seem to have no solution. Many of the crises have become a dilemma, with two apparent solutions and both are untenable.
The solution to every dilemma is to do what is in everyone’s best interest, but the UN Charter has five main flaws that make it impossible to do that.

1.       It does treat all nations fairly and equally. The five permanent members of the Security Council the power.
2.       A nation’s power is not based on inalienable rights, but on behavior. This leads nations to have to jump through the proverbial hoop to gain a sense of equality.
3.       A nation may not have a voice in matters of grave concern. The root cause of terrorism is that people “on the bottom” have no voice in matters of grave concern, and must raise their voices to be heard, oftentimes to the point of violence.
4.       A nation has no recourse to change what is unfair. Attempts to reform the United Nations have failed.
5.       A nation does not have to be a signatory of the international courts, so disputes between nations are not resolved.

In his farewell speech, Kofi Annan declared that George W. Bush made the United Nations irrelevant. Even with all the great good the UN does, the United Nations has proven it cannot end or prevent wars.

The root cause of the crisis is the power games that nations play to gain power, prestige and strategic locations around the world. There are five main power games that governments play, and they are oppressive to the people. Your organization cannot police the world to make it end the games they are playing.

The plan:

A plan for an international government based on two proven principles—the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature—is being debated, and as of today, people in 85 nations support the plan. It has passed cultural review.

In regards to the United Nations, as it becomes increasingly evident to the general population of the planet that the United Nations cannot end or prevent wars, that to rely on it places mankind on the proverbial slippery slope, the plan for the international government will be rising to takes it place.

I ask that you and the member nations, support the creation of the international government, or at least not to resists its creation. The UN provides vital services throughout the entire planet, and those services must last until they are no longer needed. If it comes to the point where everyone associated with the UN comes to the understanding that whatever you do makes things worse, then I ask that you consider how the proposed international government can solve the problem.

Many of the world leaders are aware of the plan for the international government. President Obama and John Kerry are also aware of the plan, and because the plan is based on the US Constitution, they are better informed about how it will work than others. I ask that you speak to them about this for their perspectives.

Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes,

There must be some reason for the judgment

Governments play a very important role in protecting and providing for the people, but they are their own worst enemy in solving the crises when they leave the people out of the solution.

Every person on the planet has a lifetime of experience and wisdom about how to solve problems. When we see a crisis--a dark cloud on the horizon--we stand up and speak.

But, everyone has an opinion, and in this time of global communication through social media, everyone is expressing their opinions in every possible way.

The problem is that governments--and people in general-- rely on those who don't know how to solve the problems to do so. It is easier to turn over responsibility to those who are credible experts in their fields, but the last point of the crisis is coming to the understanding that you have turned responsibility for your life over to someone who cannot solve the problems. How do you get it back again? The experts can solve general problems in their fields, but have probably followed the crisis that seems to have no solution step by step, too, and their perspectives have narrowed also to the point where they don't see the solution.

The mainstream crises and their solutions are there in the mainstream, but when the crisis seems to have no solution, that is when we get down on our knees and pray for guidance, and that is when we must figure out the root cause of the crisis and then go through the planning process to create a project that benefits everyone.

Oftentimes it takes someone outside the field to understand the solution because their perspective is wider. The widest perspective possible is that of our Creator.

In previous posts I talked about the symbol of the Star of David, and how it has been used as a symbol of genocide, and this morning, I would like to explain why that is.

The two opposing triangles represent the people who have the authority and responsibility and those who have the solutions. The people associated with the triangle that is pointing up are looking for solutions, and those that are the triangle that points down have the understanding of the problem but have no voice.

Imagine that if you say that God told you how to bring world peace, how many people would believe that? Wouldn't it be easier to rely on the United Nations? It is only when the United Nations has proven it can't bring peace that those who have the authority and responsibility to bring peace turn to other solutions.

The problem solvers reside at the very bottom point of the Star of David. We are outside of mainstream society, which lives between the horizontal lines. We have no voice. We stand on the principles but because we don't fit into mainstream society, people fear us. We are different. We are judged by those who have the credibility, but don't have the solution. The sense of judgment is what leads to genocides. No one has the right to judge another.

When we stand on the principles, it threatens those who rely on the existing structure for their security and support. A series of battles, called the Battles of Armageddon, follow. Included in the series of battles is a sense of judgment, betrayal and sacrifice.

Mainstream society is evolving from right to left, and the parallel horizontal lines of the two triangles are those who don't know how to solve the problem but have the credibility to do so. At the extreme opposite point, at the very top of the Star, is the person who has the power, the responsibility and authority to find the solution to the crisis, but is also outside of mainstream society. When the two come together, it collapses the Star and it becomes an hourglass shape.

In regards to world peace, the world leaders turn to their military advisers to offer the solution, and they can solve mainstream problems, but they cannot bring peace. That does not address the root cause of the crisis, which are the power games governments and people play that are so oppressive to the people.

When we stand in protest, our voices are not regarded unless we come up with a plan that benefits everyone, but our must be in existence and solving the problems already for it to be accepted.

It is so much easier to rely on mainstream society to solve the problems, and leave out the voices that know how to solve problems but they are being judged by those who seem to have the solutions.

Fidel Makes Three Down

When the word about the plan for the international government was leveraged to the level of the world leaders, several of them hinted in the media that they supported the plan for world peace. They had been judged by other nations as being Axis of Evil, and being part of its creation enabled them to be equal to all the other world leaders. Of these men, three are now dead. Kim Jong Il was first, then Hugo Chavez, and now Fidel Castro is the third down.

No one has the right to judge another to be evil.

When one person stands on the principles, it threatens the security and support of those who rely on him or her, and it leads to series of battles, called The Battles of Armageddon. When Saddam Hussein stood on the principles that the U.N. sanctions had killed 500,000 Iraqi children, it triggered the fears of the U.S. government, and when George W. Bush became president of the United States, he chose to get revenge on Saddam Hussein.

The entire planet is now facing Armageddon, which means "the silly things people do." It is a time of profound fears being unleashed because rather than to rely on another person, each of us must assume responsibility for our own lives, and no one really knows how to do that. Until this time, there have been no schools or institutions that teach how to create the life you want.

For world peace to come, every person on the planet must be able to get their life, based on fulfilling their purpose in life, and our organization is responsible for offering people the opportunity to do so, the equality, and the capacity to create their life. We are teaching the necessary information.

The World Peace Marketing Strategy separate the entire population of the planet into four segments.

The first row is for those, like Kim Jong Il, Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro, who stood on the principles that they have the right to be equal to all others. This group is oftentimes persecuted, and working through the Getting Out of the Abyss class packets enables them to rebuild their lives.

The second row is for those who relied on those who stood on the principles. It allows them to assume responsibility for their own lives and to build a solid financial foundation.

The third row is for the people whose lives were affected by the Battles of Armageddon.

The fourth row is for the Lightbearers who teach the segment of the population who got dragged into the crisis and are rebelling. Normally, they would not be involved and these are the uneducated and uninformed who reinforce the conflict. The Lightbearers are the watchdogs of the organization to make sure we stand on the principles.

The plan for world peace has gone too far to stop. People in 85 nations now support the plan for the international government. The first step is the Exit Strategy for Iraq, and the creation of the proposed international court system so that disputes between nations are resolved in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies now wasted on war will go to the people, instead. North Korea, Venezuela and Cuba have lost men who who stood up to declare their right to equality for themselves and their nations, and now we will see whether those who follow them will stand on the same principles.

The first step in the creation of the international government is to start to teach how to create the life you want. Our organization does not tell anyone what to do, but how to do it, and then the rest is up to the individual.

Bringing in the Sociopaths

For world peace to come, every person on the planet must be able to create his or her life, but it cannot come by playing the power games. As we introduce the plan for the international government, it must be able to solve the problems to be able to bring people into the framework that is based on the principles of the cooperation of nature.

The plan has been introduced, and it benefits everyone, but first it must address how to deal with those who function entirely for their own interests. We are working to bring into the plan the widest ends of the continuum of mankind., and the way to do that is by bringing together the highest and lowest levels of society--those that everyone would agree have the greatest power with those that have the least amount of power.

This same concept will occur over and over again, when  there is a crisis and the existing structure sees no solution, and the person who is responsible for finding the solution is looking only within in the mainstream society. The solution is someone who has the solution and it is outside mainstream thinking and so he or she has been left out of society.

The symbol of the Star of David consists of two equilateral triangles, and they oppose each other. One is pointed down and the other is pointed up and they make a star. This is a symbol of the Jewish religion, and is associated with genocides. To end a genocide, the Star of David must become an hour-glass shape. The two triangles come together so that there are no upper and lower points. Mankind evolves when the solution benefits everyone and it goes mainstream.

The president of the United States is oftentimes considered the most powerful person on the planet, but not because of military might. Power comes from assuming responsibility to undo the damage that has been done. Our nation is the overview concept, a melting pot of cultures, and because of that, we have a wider perspective than other nations, and assume responsibility for solving the problems around the world. That backfires on us for several reasons.

The lowest point is the person who has the solution that benefits everyone. When person at the top point and the bottom point come together--it makes a win-win agreement that benefits everyone. The power games continue until an innocent person is crucified--sacrificed--and when the person who has the solution that benefits everyone is sacrificed, the power games are over.

The plan for world peace reached the level of the world leaders several years ago, and they all know about the plan. Many of the world leaders rose to the position of president of their nation through grabs for power, and as the United Nations became "irrelevant"--Kofi Annan declared that George W. Bush make the United Nations irrelevant in his farewell speech--they saw the opportunity to grab for power to see who would be the next superpower. We, as a planet, are dealing with the sociopaths who believe they are unstoppable, outside the law, and function entirely for their own interests.

The sociopaths who are running the planet are "white witches" who keep the land always in winter, and never Christmas, characters in C.S. Lewis's Narnia Series. With his remarkable allegorical stories, we now know how to overcome the White Witch.

The sociopaths may have risen to power by playing the games, but by tearing apart a plan that benefits everyone, including them, they cannot demonstrate their capacity to outsmart everyone else. They have outsmarted themselves.

It is in no one's best interest for a sociopath to take over the planet--to become emperor of the planet. It is not even in the best interests of the sociopath to become emperor of the planet.

Sociopaths are the allegorical devil, someone who drags you backwards in your progress, and how he or she does that is by outsmarting you. This is the power game of Lust, and it is one of the five power games associated with the act of revenge. They are brought into the revenge by those who are playing the game of Greed. If you can take something from someone, you can own them.

Devils--sociopaths-- have nothing, and this is why they do what they do. Their reason for joining in the revenge is because what they want is a combination of a voice and abundance. Their games backlash on them, because you cannot get a voice and a sense of abundance by being brutal. The ultimate conclusion of the game of Lust is that he or she is entirely alone.

World peace must come from the people, not Donald Trump

The cover of one of the latest supermarket tabloids has an article about Donald Trump, and that he has a plan for world peace. I can guarantee that his plan is not the plan for the proposed international government based on the principles of the cooperation of nature.

Imagine that Donald Trump has made his way to being elected to one of the most powerful positions on the planet, but it was done by making deals with his supporters that he will make America great again, and one of his plans is to bring world peace by making deals with the other world leaders to create the international government. He has not had any contact with this organization, and so he cannot speak for this organization. He is not standing on the principles of this organization.

World peace must come from the people, not the governments.

People around the world are frustrated that the world leaders sit down at summits and make deals, but never treaties to bring world peace. The world leaders each have their agenda, and the entire structure based on power games makes any changes nearly impossible. It is only during times of great change, when the cycles reach their ultimate conclusion, when change is possible. These are the times when change is possible. At the same time, what ends the cycle is when the power games reach their ultimate conclusion. That occurs when an innocent person is crucified--sacrificed.

The United States and the Coalition nations came together and got revenge on Saddam Hussein, and this collapsed their power bases, and effectively ended the last cycle. No one, no matter how powerful, can bring world peace by playing power games.

The power games that governments play are oppressive to the people. They must let go of the games and then assume responsibility to undo the damage they have done. They have reached the point where everything they do will just make the crisis worse, and that is the reason the first step in creating the plan for the international government is the Exit Strategy for Iraq, and it starts with bringing together the professional publishing team. These are channeled messages from God on how to overcome any crisis.

Under the plan for the international government, disputes between nations will be resolved in court rather than the battlefield, the monies wasted on war will go to the people instead. The first case is between Iraq and the United States--one of Saddam Hussein's lieutenants and George W. Bush.

Being part of this organization may seem to make one presidential, but in truth, the cause is noble, not the people. We are doing our projects because it enables us to undo the damage we have done.

The First Principle of the Global Renaissance

Many people who voted for Donald Trump to become president of the United States did so because they believe he has the capacity to once again bring a sense of prosperity to their lives. Donald Trump is a businessman who has wielded vast sums of money, but has no prior government experience and is therefore functioning outside of his capacity. He may have reached the top of the power mountain now but time will tell if he will demonstrate that you cannot get the life you want by functioning outside of your capacity, even if you are president of the United States.

Being president of the United States is not your life. Equating two ideas gets you into trouble. If you lose the election, will you also lose your life?

Two of Trump's predecessors to make it to the top of the power mountain but were functioning outside of their capacity were George W. Bush and Pope Benedict XVI. Neither man really understood why they met with fierce resistance.

The backbone of every economy is small business, and the first principles of the global renaissance is creating a cash flow based on your talents and gifts. The global economy under the proposed international government will be based on every nation making win-win agreements based on natural resources, and every individual based on talents and gifts. At this time, many people, like many of the Trump supporters, function outside their capacity, and now it is time to transition into a new way to function economically.

Win-win agreements are not compromise. With compromise both sides must sacrifice something, and the deal will eventually breed resistance. Win-win agreements involve giving only what benefits you to give, and you get back something far greater in return. This is where sharing one's talents and gifts leads to win-win agreements, because they are so easy to share. Win-win agreements build trust and set the stage for future agreements, and you are unlimited as to what you can create.

How many nations are trapped in a sense of poverty? Bringing the lowest economic levels into the global renaissance is possible because every person is born with talents and gifts, and can also become part of the global renaissance.

The Return of the Republican Hawks

The U.S. presidential election has ended, and Donald Trump was elected.
How will his rise to power affect the plan for world peace?

The United States is entering into a time when a global conflict can devolve very quickly. Our Light Source invention demonstrates the steps we will go through as the entire planet goes further out of balance. It also demonstrates how to overcome the conflict.

The Light Source Invention is shaped like a globe that rotates on its axis. Intolerance triggers a series of waves--actions and reactions. With each cycle, the wave action gets worse, until the third cycle is so far out of balance that it stops turning. The circle is divided into seven principles, which lead back to a sense of balance. If you or your nation stands on the seven principles, you are unbeatable.

Rather than to look at the two main candidates of this election, let's focus on how the balance of power in the United States shifted from Republican Party under George W. Bush to Democratic Party under Barack Obama back to Republican Party under Donald Trump, and compare it to the Light Source Invention. What made these presidencies unusual compared to other time periods was that the preemptive strike on Iraq triggered a schism between the parties. George W. Bush lied to justify the preemptive strike on Iraq, and the Republican Party believed the lie, while many Democrats saw the wider perspective and saw through the lie. This triggered the Light Source Invention to go from a national conflict to a global conflict.

The preemptive strike on Iraq was the beginning of the global conflict, although it actually started with the Gulf War, which set the stage for a global genocide. It was an act of revenge, which drew together world leaders who play five favorite power games--war, genocide, massacres, slavery and terrorism. Once the Grand Lie was told to justify the invasion of Iraq, ripples of effects went out to draw in every person on the planet in some way, and the ripples log-jammed and reinforced each other. The truth does not overcome the lie, it just reaches the point where no one knows who to trust.

The plan for the international government was introduced, starting with the proposal to end the conflict in Iraq. The Exit Strategy for Iraq set the stage for future disputes between nations to be resolved in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies wasted on war will go to the people instead. There is no more need to nations to wage war. To find a sense of balance again, no principle can be left out.

The presidential election that brought the Democrats into power, and started the second cycle, involved Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. His rise to power could be considered a threat  to the security and support of Hillary Clinton, whose ambitions have been to break the proverbial glass ceiling as the first woman president of the United States. As he stood on the principles, she chose to go down into the power games. A series of battles occurred, called the Battles of Armageddon. Many people admired her rise to power, but many others saw her grab for power unfavorably. During this cycle, the Republicans' anger smoldered. They believe the Democratic Party foreign policy is threatening the security of the United States.

While this was occurring, the plan for the international government was going through a schism, also. The plan for the international government was opened to debate, and a "shadow" international government formed, one that doesn't stand on the seven principles, but relies on the power games. If you want something,  you can be trapped. The idea behind the shadow international government is to delay the creation of the one that stands on the principles. Those who would like to become the emperor of the planet are going down into playing their power games, including weaving an illusion, offering something they don't have. Now, no one knows who to trust. Long-time allies have become adversaries, and enemies have suddenly become potential allies. The plan for the international government has opened doors that appeared to have been nailed shut. But, the illusion from the genocide and the slavery-based power games is very strong, and none of these plans, plots and alliances will last.

The third cycle started with Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton facing off during this presidential election, which many people have considered a choice between the lessor of two evils. The Light Source Invention explains how Donald Trump's election was inevitable. Both have strong connections outside the country.

This is the third cycle, and if the people do not stand up to demand that their governments stand on the seven principles, the conflict will be global. What is occurring in Syria and Iraq will occur in every nation. Building walls will not keep out any enemy.

Mexico is not our enemy. Muslims are not our enemy. Blacks are not our enemy. Republicans and Democrats are not our enemy. The power games are bad, not the people, and everyone on the planet must start to recognize the games when we see them and demand they end.

The first lesson we have learned as a planet is that no one is good and no one is bad. We are learning that the games go against Universal Law, and that there is always a backlash to the games.

The preemptive strike went against the principles of Universal Law. The United States invaded a sovereign nation, and by denying the people of Iraq their inalienable rights to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness," we Americans lost our inalienable rights. Now, to get them back, we must guarantee them to every person on the planet. The games no longer work. Regime change no longer works.

It is time for the plan for the international government to take its next step, and that is to leave behind the governments and go to the people. In the United States, we must amend our Constitution to create the additional layer of government over what already exists. It is time to unify the entire planet, starting with the United States of America. I am adding America because America stands on the seven principles while the United States plays the power games that are oppressive to the people.

Duality

At Oxford and Stonehenge, we will address unification and its opposing concept, conflict resolution. It is one world, and now we must address the parts that make up the whole.

Albert Einstein, along with every scientist and mathematician for thousands of years, searched for the Unified Field Theory as if it was the Holy Grail. It is simple to find if you look at Mathematics from the qualitative perspective rather than the quantitative. Mathematicians see one object and say "one," while from the qualitative perspective, theologians look at one world and see it is made of many parts.

If you think of God--the Creator of us all--as the old man on the throne perspective, you run into problems. If you think of God as "all that is," you can see that God is made up of many parts. We live in the Universe, and it is sentient.

Science and religion lean on each other. Each looks at "all that is" and tries to explain it, and one can do a better job of it at one time than the other. Scientists have searched for the Unified Field Theory but theologians already know it as God. This is where religion and science meet at the pinnacle of the mountain of understanding. One is coming from the west and one is from the south, like kings coming to Stonehenge.

Let's look at how to unify the religions to end the war in Iraq. Logically speaking, there is a duality that exists, but that is based on misunderstandings.

America prides itself as being a Christian nation, but the Christian's preferred power game is Pride, which leads to wars. Pride comes from the belief that you lack respect. Iraq and the rest of the Middle East is predominantly Muslim, and their game of Choice is Anger--lashing out when denied a voice, oftentimes to the point of violence. This is the root cause of Terrorism. If Christians don't stand on the principles, Muslims stand in protest, and if denied a voice, such as in the United Nations, they protest. The misunderstandings involved are that you can get respect by waging war, or a voice by killing innocent people.

Both these religions lean on each other. They share characteristics. They both address the need to solve problems, but from different perspectives. Christianity focuses on the principles of Creativity, and coming up with a plan, but the plan must benefit everyone or there is resistance. Islam focuses on the principles of Equality, and solving problems, and if the Christian's plan does not treat all people fairly and equally, they protest. Why create a plan if it doesn't solve the problems? Why force others to accept the plan without having a say in its creation?

The plan for the international government is being opened to debate, and everyone is being encouraged to participate in the debate. Our focus has been to look at the issues mankind is facing and seeing whether the plan is the solution to the crisis.

Unifying the Planet

The one thing every person on the planet wants is to be able to create the life he or she wants without interference. This is an inalienable right granted to us by our Creator. "Our live" is synonymous with fulfilling our purpose in life. Each of us was born for a reason.

Until this time, there have been no schools or institutions that teach how to create the life you want. There are self-help gurus that touch on the subject, but none that carry the student to the point where he or she is able to create the ideal life for that person.

Governments, generally speaking, rely on five main power games, but the games are oppressive to the people, and deny them their inalienable rights.

Our Creator gave each of us talents and gifts, and sent the prophets to teach the overview principles, and now, for world peace to come, each person must learn how to create their life based on talents and gifts, and the governments of the world, to function on a higher level economically, must encourage its people to function within their capacity.

The Faith of the Pure Ray is one of our organization's projects, and our goal is to unify the world's seven major religions. Each teaches one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to create the life you want. In the future, clerics from each of the religions will work together in one building, called a church, but functioning more like a school, to teach the principles of their religions, and students will start with Christianity and learn how to create a plan that benefits everyone, then progress through the school calendar until they understand how to create their life.

There is a refugee problem around the world. Imagine that when one government is playing power games that are oppressive to the people, instead of packing meager belongings into packs that can be carried on one's back and heading for the closest border, that individual or family can go to the Faith of the Pure Ray church and apply to leave, and because there will be similar places around the world, there will be an existing destination for that person. While waiting for the authorization to come through, that person can attend classes and become more of an asset to the nation. At that point, if many people are leaving, the government will be losing power in the international House of Representatives--because the power a nation has in the House is dependent on population--and that government may decide to be more kind to its people.

The Collapse of the Pentacle of Power

Five groups of people came together, all with the same goal, to get revenge on Saddam Hussein, and all are facing backlashes to the power games they have played. The games no longer work. The Pentacle of Power is collapsing, and none of them got what they wanted. They did get what they wanted, but not what they hoped to get.

People who play the power game of Pride do so because they lack respect. They play the game of War. George H.W. Bush waged war against Saddam Hussein in the early 1990s to stop his invasion of Kuwait. Bush believed he had the right to put Saddam down, but Saddam Hussein was attempting to stop Kuwait from slant drilling into his oil fields.

The Gulf War set the stage for the Iraq War--which devolved as a genocide, not a war. People who perpetrate genocides believe they lack capacity, and do so because they deny their own capacity. George W. Bush and Tony Blair judged Saddam Hussein to be evil, and now they are facing judgment.

George W. Bush and Tony Blair brought in the Coalition of the Willing, who played the power game of Greed, which comes from the lack of abundance. They were promised lucrative contracts for their support of the invasion but got nothing.

The Coalition nations brought in those who play the power game of Lust--particularly President Saleh of Yemen. Lust comes from the belief in the lack of intimacy and the fear of loss, and this game has elements of lack of respect and capacity. People who play this power declare themselves to be allies in the War on Terror, but at the expense of their own people. He has faced rebellion from his own people.

President Saleh drew in the last group to get revenge on Saddam Hussein, those who play the power game of Anger, lashing out at others because they believe they have no voice. Saddam Hussein refused to allow his people to play the games of terrorism, and so they were drawn into the Pentacle of Power. Their terrorist organizations--al Qaeda and ISIS-- have been hunted down, degraded and destroyed.

This U.S. presidential election has been particularly unusual because it started with three people of power walking into the election, each with sense of entitlement, almost a sense that they were too big to fail. At first it appeared it was going to be a battle between the Bush and Clinton dynasties, but many people feared four or eight more years of the same policies that have dominated U.S. politics since the early 90s.

How many people walked away from Jeb Bush because of his brother's failed foreign policy decisions? The sense of his lack of capacity? What happened to George H.W. Bush's dream to see two of his sons become president of the United States? Was it a lack of respect?

You can't get respect by waging war. Respect only comes from others who understand how difficult it to do what you are doing, like how Olympic athletes look at other Olympic athletes because they know how much time and effort it takes to make it to the Olympics.

The hell associated with perpetrating acts of revenge is that you do get what you want, but it is not what you hoped to get. Each of the five groups got what they wanted--revenge. It was the means to an end, but none have the same goal, and so they undermine each other. All are facing the backlashes from the power games they played.

The power games no longer work. You cannot get power by grabbing for it. You cannot get the life you want by getting revenge. True power comes from assuming responsibility to undo the damage that you and others have done.

The Exit Strategy for Iraq allows the Bush family to regain the power they lost by playing the games. The entire planet will function on a higher level because the proposal leads to the creation of an international court system so that disputes between nations are resolved in court rather than the battlefield. What may have appeared to lead to a lack of respect--meeting one of Saddam Hussein's lieutenants in court-- will actually lead to both nations being able to get respect. Both nations will attend the conference in Europe and demonstrate the potential of the plan to end disputes between nations.

You can get what you want, but you can't get it by playing the games.

Blasting the Logjammed Ripples

Confucius said "the longest journey starts with the first step," and the first step in the planning stages in the creation of the international government is to bring in the independent members of the organization.

That is not as easy as it would appear. This is not just being offered a job. This is more like being dragged into a war and when the bullets are flying all  around you is when you get down on your knees and pray to the God you never believed existed, but what is more remarkable is that you actually get a response to your prayers!

People must be squeezed to participate in the plan for world peace. The old structure must be collapsing for people to let go of it, and the new must be rising for people to reach for it. As the old structure is collapsing, people hold onto it with all their might, but eventually reach the point where everything they do only makes things worse. (This is how many people become Lightbearers-- how people transition from organized religion to spirituality. Or, how people let go of addictions and join 12 Step programs.)

There are people who are perpetrating acts of mayhem to prevent the plan for the international government from coming about. Those who rely on the power games are taking the games of Envy and Lust further. Envy and Lust are two of the Seven Deadly Sins, and they lead to genocide and slavery, which are based on weaving an illusion. Their victims are in crisis, but the perpetrators of the crimes are also in crisis when they face the backlashes from the games.

Everyone plays the games, and everyone is in crisis. This is what is unifying the entire planet.

The first step to bring everyone into the framework based on the principles of the cooperation of nature is to bring in the professional publishing team. But, as I said, it isn't as easy as it would seem.

Many people can publish books, and that is how the illusion can spread. The publishing team consists of specific people who by participation benefit on all three levels--the Principles, the Power and the Project (The Father, the Mother and the Son). The professional publishing team must be able to see that by participating they can solve their problems. They must be ready to participate to the point where whatever they do makes things worse. For the right people, it is the opportunity to function on a higher level. For the wrong reason or the wrong people, they lose power.

The books are channeled messages from God on how to overcome any crisis. That allows people to know that there is a solution to every crisis.

As Archangel Michael told the prayer circle, the difference between Heaven and Hell is that in Heaven there is a solution to your crisis.

The books demonstrate to everyone that it is possible to rise out of the crisis, and to create a cash flow by working with God and sharing one's talents and gifts, and that applies to everyone, but it also brings in the channels who will share their specific talents and gifts. Once again, three levels.

This first step is associated with the Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal. The Iraq War devolved as a genocide, not a war, and ripples of effects have gone out from it to draw in the entire planet. The Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal is contingent on the U.S. Constitutional amendment proposal being accepted, and the first step of that is to bring in the other channels to help at the crisis center.

All of the channels-- the Lightbearers-- will work at the crisis center, which will separate the people and filter people in crisis into projects. Once it has been created, we will expand the concept to other towns through the tent tour and other nations through advisory aspect.

The entire planet in crisis. No matter what people do, they are making things worse. The ripples of effects went out from the Grand Lie and each ripple reinforced previous ripples until they log-jammed. This process works to undo the illusion and reinforces the truth.

The first lesson mankind is learning is that you cannot get the life you want by playing the games. The games go against Universal Law, and there is always a backlash to the games. As the ideas permeate throughout global society, they set the stage for future institutions, like the international government and its court system, which will be based on Universal Law.

The Contingency for Peace in the Middle East

With every plan, there is a contingency, and in the case of the Middle East, the contingency for peace is that the United States must amend our Constitution to create the additional layer of government over what already exists. The United States of America must choose to join the proposed international government.

The United States has relied on regime change as a way to gain control of natural resources and strategic locations in various parts of the world. That power games has seemed to work, but there is always a backlash to the games, and the ultimate conclusion of the game came when George W. Bush attempted to topple Saddam Hussein with the preemptive strike. The ultimate conclusion of every game is when it is played on an innocent person.

Rather than to gain control of Iraq's oil, the United States started a civil war and no one got control of the oil. Ripples of effects have gone out from this crisis to drag every person on the planet in some way into the crisis.

This put us into a dilemma. We have been backed into a corner, and the two apparent options have been to continue to be backed into the corner or to come out fighting, and both options lead to a devolving global conflict. When you are backed into a corner, the solution is to do what is in everyone's best interest, and that is to join the growing number of people who have seen the international government as the solution to every crisis facing mankind, and become part of the international government.

In America, we must amend our Constitution.

First, our government must agree in theory to the plan for the international government rather than to wage war. All we must do is to let go of the power games that got us into trouble in the first place.

Regime change is the first to go.

In Syria, do we have to topple Bashar al Assad? Is the intelligence we got valid? This is what got us into trouble in Iraq. The intelligence was faulty. Under the Universal Law of Cause and Effect, if we topple a government, our own government will be toppled. The solution is to turn to the international government and to agree that every nation has the right to be sovereign and to choose its own government.

Can we win in the Middle East? Yes. The first person to walk away from the conflict is the winner.

The Basis for the International Legal System

Several years ago, I sent letters to the eight ambassadors to receive proposals and asked them to open ideas to debate amongst the diplomatic community.

If a nation is in crisis, it is because that nation has been backed into a proverbial corner, and is in the dilemma of circular thinking.

Mankind always has three choices, to go up, down or straight ahead. Up is to stand on the principles. Straight ahead is to ignore the crisis and pass it on to future generations. Down is to rely on the power games, and face the backlashes to the games. The games of waging war or fomenting terrorism don't work because they go against Universal Law, and so there is always a backlash to the games.

If you are in the corner, only two options are obvious, and both are untenable. You can either continue to be squeezed or you can come out over the oppressor and fight. Either way you lose.

All it takes is the wider perspective to see that you are 180 degrees from where you think you are, and that all you must do is to turn around. People must be ready to listen to the advice, because logically, when you turn around, there is nothing there but the corner. The corner is not logical. You cannot convince someone that what they are doing doesn't make sense. It goes against everything you believe--a lifetime of experiences-- but, when someone offers the plan that benefits everyone, and leaves no one out of the solution, in the corner there is a small door, and all you must do is to walk through the door.

This is where mankind is now. Backed into the corner.

The idea for the international government has gone out to draw in people from 85 nations, but even in 2003, when mankind was first backed into the corner because of the preemptive strike on Iraq, the solution was there--the door appeared in the corner-- but only a few people realized it was there. The people know oppression when we see it.

When the plan for the international government was introduced, it triggered fears in those who rely on the old structure for their security and support. The old structure based on the power games was collapsing, but if they could just shore it all up, they could make it to safety, and so they resisted the plan by playing power games, but, true power comes from undoing the damage you have done, and so they were losing power while those who saw the potential of the plan to solve the problems were rising in power.

For conflict resolution, the first requirement is that everyone must be considered equal. The victims must be rising in power, not by waging war against the oppressor because that just starts a feud, but more like a genocide watch, where those with the wider perspective debate about how to solve the problems and they function on a higher level than those who are grabbing for power. There can be no judgment, because everyone plays the games, and the games are bad, not the people.

The lesson mankind is learning is that the power games don't work. There is always a backlash to the games because they go against Universal Law. Therefore, the basis for the international legal system will be Universal Law.

What set the stage for world peace is that over half the population of the planet prayed for peace, and so it can come. The Universal Law of Cause and Effect--the Golden Rule, or "do unto others as you would have them do to you"-- was disseminated to every person on the planet, but it has taken time for people to come to understand that there is always a backlash to the games. If you break the Law, you face the backlashes, but you can also use it as a tool. To get peace, you must give peace. To keep your inalienable rights, you must guarantee them to every person on the planet.

The problem has been, for example, that the dictionary definition of a genocide is ethnic cleansing, and so people don't recognize a genocide as it is devolving. As the global genocide is devolving, world leaders stand by helplessly and watch.

The first step was to open debate on the plan to see how people react, and then to realize the plan for the international government is the solution. Then, to understand what causes the existing structure to collapse.

In the United States, disputes are resolved in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies wasted on war go to support the people instead. But, during a genocide, which is based on weaving an illusion, the legal system fails. How can you have a fair trial when no one knows who to trust?

Think of the trial and execution of Saddam Hussein.

One of the basic premises of the U.S. legal system is that someone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. That is because you cannot defend yourself from prejudice and ulterior motives. It is up to our federal government to defend its citizens from character defamation because the Constitution guarantees our inalienable rights to be able to live our life without interference, to be treated fairly and equally, and to have a voice in our government.

The issue of no WMD found means that Saddam Hussein was attempting to comply with UN sanctions, and therefore was innocent of the charges against him. He did not receive a fair trial. His execution was not justified. Is it accepted Iraqi protocol for him to be dragged to a place of execution by people wearing black hoods? How could he defend himself from prejudice and ulterior motives?

There is no international structure at this time with the capacity to end the global genocide that is devolving. Mankind has three choices now, and the third choice is the plan for the international government. The door is there, but mankind must turn around and walk through the door.

Mankind will be addresses the glitches for a long time. This is how the legal system of the international government will evolve.  Imagine, millions of people fly on airplanes every day, and if an airplane crashes because of some glitch, inspectors examine the black box and remains of the plane in an attempt to find out what caused the crash to insure that the glitch is resolved to prevent it from causing any more crashes. Aviation evolves.

At the same time, as the plan goes through the planning stages and steps, after the glitches are resolved, the next stage is to address security issues, because glitches can be causes by human intent to grab for power.

The plan for the international government is progressing as people begin to understand how genocides devolve and how you cannot get the life you want by playing power games. You cannot get the life you want by breaking Universal Law.

Step by step, with each proposal, we are addressing the glitches in the system, and if we ignore the crisis, we pass it on to future generations, and if we go down into the power games, there will be backlashes to the games. People who have been dragged into that crisis will continue to address the issues and stay in the process while the rest of us move on--once the lesson has been learned.

Creating Prosperity

Donald Trump portrays the image of prosperity, which is something that many people admire. People put him on the proverbial pedestal, but the problem is that when you put someone on a pedestal, you oftentimes deny your own capacity. The first principle of the global renaissance is that each of us must function from within our own capacity.

The backbone of every economy is small businesses. Rather than to try to convince Donald Trump admirers to assume responsibility for their own prosperity and to start a small business, we are starting to focus on creating a sense of prosperity  for every person on the planet--a global renaissance-- by helping people to understand what their capacity is, and what resources each has to rely upon.

This is more difficult that you can imagine. Many people start small businesses. During difficult times, more patents are registered than at any other time because people fall back on their own talents and gifts, and that is what we are hoping to inspire. But, it goes far beyond that, because we are not just creating small businesses, we are addressing overcoming our own natures, which include fears, insecurities and misunderstandings that lead to conflict. We are encouraging people to find a niche based on talents and gifts and many people do not know what their talents and gifts are.

Our organization will work to enable nations to create niches, also, but based on natural resources, and then turn responsibility over to the departments of the international government. They will make trade agreements between the nations.

If you put someone on a pedestal. the real problems start when you judge others because you compare them to your hero. That intolerance leads to genocides--which happen on every level, including within the family as marriages are torn apart. No one functions on a higher level if there is conflict. Creating a sense of prosperity for everyone is what helps to end the conflict, because conflicts generally start when someone makes a choice and it affects another person's security and support.

How do you convince someone who places another of a pedestal how to find those qualities inside of himself or herself? We will do this by demonstration, and after a little while, people will catch on to the idea and then the global economy will soar to a very high level.

Our first year's proposals focus on the crises eight nations are facing, and all fell into crises because of a sense of judgment, starting with the Exit Strategy for Iraq, which looks at where true power comes from. People get into trouble by equating ideas, and if you equate money and power, if you lose your money you lose your power. Each subsequent proposal looks at one concept that must be addressed to create a sense of prosperity in your own life or nation.

We are helping each nation to find a niche, based on a hidden resource that makes that nation unique--and great. For England, it is unification and conflict resolution. If you ask 100 people what makes England great, how many people would say unification and conflict resolution?

Our proposals allow each nation to create a sense of prosperity by creating a niche concept based on that hidden resource. Then, the principles of the cooperation of nature allows us to multiply our resources by creating win-win agreements.

Why is it taking so long?

The planning for the first eight--nine--government proposals was first placed online in 2012, but we are still working to bring in the professional publishing team for the Exit Strategy for Iraq.

The most important thing in the world can be considered the choices each of us makes, and in 2012, one individual made a choice, and that triggered others to make choices, and people are still making choices. At a Moment of Choice, people chose to go up, down or straight ahead. If they were in a crisis, only two choices were obvious, and some ended up on a slippery slope and others went down into the abyss and now face the backlashes from the games.

People are being squeezed. Many people are in crisis.

Now it is time for people to allow the books--channeled messages from God on how to overcome any crisis--to be published, and to agree to the creation of the crisis center. It is time for everyone to see the potential for the first two proposals to be the solution to the crises we are facing.

The solution has always been there, but we just didn't see it.

Refining the battle over the plan

The principles our organization stands on creates a framework based on the cooperation of nature that allows everyone to function on a higher level. It is the Father concept of the planet that pegs us at a very high level. The potential we have.

While many people believe nature is based on a dog-eat-dog mentality, the survival of the fittest, nature is based on the principles of cooperation, where every part has a sense of abundance. If you take one seed, after several generations, you can have an entire field, and the farmer can eat some and sell some, and make enough money to buy more land, and to take it to the higher level.

A constitution creates a government, and is the Father concept that allows that constituency to function on a higher level. The Constitution must evolve as the people evolve.

The Mother concept is the direction you go from that point. Will the farmer eat all the seeds and then starve, or eat some and keep some to replant the field?

If you put the U.S. Constitution into every nation, at the end of 100 years, there will be 200 different legal systems that have evolved from it.

As the plan for the international government has been debated, there have been people who see it as the solution to all the crises we are facing and our chance to function on a higher level, there have been people who resist the change because they rely on the old structure for their security and support, and there are those who are trying to subvert the plan for the international government for their own benefit. This is also their opportunity to get their life on a higher level, but that does not mean they can get their life on a higher level because they are grabbing for power. They don't understand the principles. No one can convince them that what they are doing won't work. They must hit the point where their power games fail before they let go of them.

If the plan benefits everyone, eventually everyone will see the benefits, but we don't have to wait for them to see the benefits of the plan.

We can assume they have already agreed to the plan, and it will take some time before they see how it can.

The first idea that is being addressed and being allowed to permeate is where true power comes from.

We are looking at the plan and the counterpoint idea, and that is conflict resolution.

President Obama has opened the plan to debate, and many people like the plan, but how can he end the conflicts? The solution is to turn inside the country and demonstrate the potential of the plan to solve the problems here. The United States are one step ahead of the rest of the planet because we know how the Constitution works.

If there are disputes all around the world, we can assume that they demonstrate the need for the creation of the international court system so that disputes between nations are resolved in court rather than the battlefield.

The international legislative branch does not yet exist to create laws, so the Father concept is that the international legal system will be based on Universal Law, to which every person on the planet has been exposed. Not everyone understands how it affects them, but they have not yet faced the backlashes from the power games they are playing.

The framework exists. All nature is based on it, and it is mankind's nature that we are addressing. We can take the seed and create a field and a sense of abundance for all, or we can starve. It is up to us what future we create.

If the Father concept is Universal Law, the application of that is the international government, and it will decide whether we work together to solve the problems, we ignore the problems and pass them off to future generations, or every tries to control the international government and grab for power.

The games are oppressive to the people. Our proposals and planning are offered to the nations, and what they do with them is up to the governments. The power a nation has is derived by the people, and any government that is oppressive to its people will eventually face rebellion.

With each conflict that arises, there is the potential there for one individual or organization to come up with a plan to solve the crisis. We are looking at the international laws that will be written. Our organization has established the framework based on the principles of the cooperation of nature, but it is not up to us to create the laws that do into it.

The battles over the plan will eventually be played out in the debates over the bills that are written for the international legislative branch to debate.
