It is Time to Look at Failed States

A constitution creates a government. It should be written in such a way that the only way it can be dissolved is when the nation evolves out of it. When the delegates to the conference in Europe gather to write the constitution of the proposed international government, they will write a constitution that will last for a thousand years. Its ratification will be the start of the prophesied Thousand Years of Peace.

The US Constitution was ratified on June 21, 1788 when New Hampshire became the thirteenth colony to sign it. It is now being tested to see if it will stand the test of time and hostile takeover.

The current Iraqi constitution was ratified on October 15, 2005 when the Sunni Iraqi party agreed to sign it. It was put into place as the result of a hostile takeover by the United States, and because it came about as a result of outside forces, not from inside the nation because the people demanded change, it will not stand.

The hostile takeover of Iraq went against Universal Law of Cause of Effect, so by toppling the Iraqi government, the US government is now being toppled by a hostile force. By denying the Iraqi people their unalienable rights, Americans are losing our unalienable rights. Those hostile forces are also breaking Universal Law, and therefore are being toppled. The power games that have seemed to work no longer work.

Earth is a closed ecosystem so what affects one place eventually affects it all, but sometimes it takes a long time to see the effects. The Iraq War devolved as a genocide, which is based on weaving an illusion, and it sent off ripples of effects that are drawing in every person on the planet, and because it was between two world leaders, and drew in the coalition nation, it immediately affected the entire planet. It started a global genocide. The ripples of effects that went out from the grand lie to justify the hostile takeover of Iraq are reaching their ultimate conclusion. They are logjamming, because their logical progression results in series of crises that are not being resolved, and so they never return to pre-crisis levels. Each ripple includes an economic crisis, for example, and all together, the global economy is becoming stagnant and is failing. The end result is that mankind is devolving, possibly back to the point where the survivalists will be able to fight over possession of caves. It has happened before.

Mankind should consider how states fail to avoid the same conclusion. Failed states have no government. They don't have diplomatic representation in the international institutions. Their economies are based on who controls the natural resources, including the people, and the people are not functioning from their capacity so there is no flow.

The question of whether there are alien species has been brought up recently by Donald Trump. As president, he has the power to release classified documents, including those related to US relations with alien species. Is he bringing it up now to get support for his space force? Tempt the Star Wars generation to participate in his plan?  Or possibly, has Donald Trump been working with certain species of aliens who are offering him technologies that are far beyond what other nations have? Can they be trusted? What if one species of aliens is functioning for their own interests and is working with one nation, offering support to make that nation the most powerful on Earth? An intra-galactic emoluments clause violation?  A hostile takeover of the planet?

What if the Earth is a failed planet? The plan for the international government is being undermined by those who rely on the existing structure for their security and support, and those who function for their own interests. As a planet, we can't bring people together to create a government that assumes responsibility for the Earth, and therefore, hostile forces can undermine us one step at a time, putting individuals in power and stealing our resources.

The power games happen on every level.

During our events at Oxford and Stonehenge, we will look at unification and conflict resolution. Each government proposal will address each crisis, including failed US foreign policy, and ultimately lead to that nation being able to send a delegate to the conference in Europe where we start to write the constitution of the international government. Its legal basis is Universal Law the only basis for an international government that can unify the planet and end conflicts, and the only basis for an intergalactic government that can unify a galaxy and end its conflicts.

The Nature of Schisms

The schism that is tearing apart the planet has separated mankind into four segments. Nations are going through a crisis where those who stand on the principles are being trampled by those who are grabbing for power. What can heal the schism so that governments will be able to work together to solve the problems of each nation?

While it would seem that those who stand on the principles are virtuous for doing so, they are not taking into consideration the focus of those who are grabbing for power. This has created a battle of the extremes, not one being more right than the other. To unify the schism, they must address the requirements for conflict resolution.

In dealing with the pandemic, for example, the Democrats believe they are virtuous for dependence on science, and that is not a bad thing. The problem is that the scientists are not addressing the root cause of the crisis. They recommend masks and social distancing, and are searching for a vaccine, but until recently, their protocol for ending pandemics has left many people dead. On the other end of the spectrum, the Republicans are seeing the economy crashing, supply chains cut off, bail outs to keep the economy flowing, but at the expense of the people.

The solution must address the root cause of the crisis, or it makes the crisis worse, and the root cause of the crisis is the schism that is tearing apart the planet. To end the crisis, everyone must reach the point where people understand it is time to end the crisis, and an event must come along that makes it necessary, one where everyone is equal, and the schism is doing that. Yesterday, Donald Trump held his first rally in months in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and he put his supporters at risk by doing so. If he continues to sacrifice his supporters, how can he win re-election?

It is the sense of judgment that others are snakes that triggered the pandemic. To stop it, we must all assume responsibility for our own part in the pandemic, and then come up with a plan that benefits everyone, and everyone must work together to create the plan.

The plan is world peace. It takes every person on the planet, willing to share his or her talents and gifts, to bring it about. We all stand on the principles of the cooperation of nature, and make win-win agreements to get what we want.

Movements separate people into the same four segments, so the World Peace Movement has started! The pandemic has created a sense of equality, and the economic crisis associated with it has reached the point where we must do something immediately. The plan is the proposed international government, and its response team for pandemics can handle future pandemics before before the ripples of effects go out.

Out of Three Options, Which Court Will Trump Choose?

Donald Trump has resisted the creation of the proposed international government, but by doing so, he has backed himself further into a corner.

The impeachment trial in the Senate last winter was the culmination of the Mueller investigation and the House investigation, but with the help of his Republican supporters in the Senate, Donald Trump was acquitted. The trial is over, but there are additional articles of impeachment that can be added to the list. They can spill over into the federal courts after he is out of office. They back him into the corner because he cannot keep running for office to avoid prosecution.

Donald Trump is now facing charges by the International Criminal Court, but because the United States is not a signatory of the international courts, he is fighting international charges as president, but he is an international businessman, and his brand is his source of income, and there, too, the anger against him is growing. The charges back him into the corner, too.

These are two untenable choices. Trump has been breaking constitutional, federal, and now international law, and the charges won't go away, and because the United States is not a signatory of the International Courts, the anger against the United States keeps rising.

When you are backed into a corner, you have two untenable options, and the unseen third option is to do what is in everyone's best interest. That third option is to agree to the creation of the proposed international government with its court system based on Universal Law. Donald Trump knows about the plan for the international government, but resists the plan. He is coming to the point where he has only one option--the creation of the proposed international government. Putting himself first won't get him out of his crisis.

Mankind is facing a very difficult test. For world peace to come, every person on the planet has been exposed to Universal Law, but not all accept it or even understand its potential to enable us to create the life we want. We can face the backlashes as a form of punishment or use it as a tool that enables us to make remarkable progress in creating the life we want. To get out of any crisis, we can just do to others what we would want for ourselves. Each of us must give up the power games and turn around and do what is in everyone's best interest.

The Exit Strategy for Iraq enables George W. Bush to gracefully extricate himself from such a dilemma, where instead of doing what was in everyone's best interest, he surged ahead. Now, he is being offered the opportunity to go through conflict resolution and unification to end the conflict in a way that benefits everyone. He sets the stage for the creation of the international government, and his trial with one of Saddam Hussein's lieutenants enables them together to step off the international stage as two kings. Going back to the ancient  rites at Stonehenge, enable these rites to propel mankind into the future where peace is not just a dream, but a reality.

Which court will Trump choose?

Falling into the Abyss

The US government has relied on failed policies for a long time. They have seemed to work to gain power, and control of natural resources and strategic locations, but because they go against Universal Law, there is always a backlash to the games. At first, it takes a long time for the backlash to hit. Eventually they reach their ultimate conclusion. When the power grab is played against an innocent person, there is an immediate backlash. Power grabs always lead to a loss of power.

Everyone plays the games. The games are the Seven Deadly Sins.  They are deadly because when they are played, people die. The games are bad, not the people, so this is not a judgment against anyone. We are looking at the process, and step by step, working to overcome the effects of the games.

That is the plan. End the games and offer a higher form of functioning. We have government proposals that go into the power games in greater perspective, and then each of our government proposals addresses one example of a failed US government policy, and by becoming part of the proposed international government, that enables everyone to function on a higher level.

The United States is a melting pot of cultures and religions, so it can be considered an overview perspective of the entire planet. The US Constitution has been proven now to be able to keep our nation at peace for over 200 years, and now it has reached the point where it can do the same for the entire planet, but to get to this point, the power games have had to reach their ultimate conclusion.

The founders of the United States declared "we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Our Creator stands on Universal law, which applies to every atom in the Universe, so even aliens know about Universal Law. It is the only basis for an international legal system because it unifies the planet--and can do the same for the galaxy and the entire Universe. It is the only basis for a national legal system, too, because it ends the oppression of racism. Universal Law stands on the principles of equality, liberty, freedom, compassion, abundance, capacity and tolerance.

The US Constitution is the application of Universal Law within the United States. It addresses the use of power and the abuse of power. It is evolutionary, so while slavery and racism was considered legal and was tolerated during the Civil War era, the States had to fight a civil was to abolish it. We evolved out of slavery when it was no longer the basis for the South's economic structure, but slavery as a power game still exists. Now it is time for that to end, too. Racism is the result of revenge, and that is what we will address in our first government proposal--an Exit Strategy for Iraq.

Under Universal Law of Cause and Effect, if you topple another government, you will be toppled.

The games have reached their ultimate conclusion. God doesn't work with anyone whose plans don't stand on Universal Law. We are no longer, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. The United States went down into the power games with the preemptive strike on Iraq, and denied the Iraqi people their unalienable rights, and now our government is being toppled and we are losing our unalienable rights. What we have done to others is now being done to us. What should have worked to gain prestige, and control of natural resources and strategic locations has failed. Other nations are now jockeying to see who will be the next superpower and are even maneuvering to take our natural resources. We are falling into the abyss.

Now, to get back our power, our unalienable rights, and even our natural resources, we must stand on the principles of Universal Law, and guarantee them to every person on the planet.
