Dear President Obama: Don't try to convince the world leaders to join the international government.

My organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 82 nations support the plan for the international government.

Our proposals are lined up like dominoes in a huge layout, so one triggers the next. There is no way you will ever be able to bring any of the world leaders into the plan by making offers. All the others nations form a huge pool of potential participants. The United States can be considered the overview concept, and we are the first nation to come into the plan. Everyone else will watch us as we work to create it within the United States. Then, each month the focus will shift from one nation to the next, and we will build a foundation for the international government. The first eight nations have all one thing in common, and that is we fell into crisis because of a sense of judgment.

If the United States does not choose to participate in the creation of the international government, a modified form of it will be established in another nation.

There is a counterpoint concept that we are addressing first, like taking a step backwards to have something to push off from. That is the Exit Strategy for Iraq, which addresses conflict resolution, and sets the stage for the creation of the international court system so disputes between nations are resolved in court rather than the battlefield.

The solution to every crisis is to do what is in everyone's best interest.

Unifying The World

Dear Friends of Peace,

First, I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.  Today I would like to speak about how to keep the spirit of Christmas in your heart all year long.

When you are looking at a very complex concept, the best place to start is to look at the overview—unifying--concept, and then look at the segments, and then the individual ideas and principles, and their applications. If you start with just the segments, it is hard to see the whole picture.

With religion, which is a very complex concept, the place to start is with the Faith of the Pure Ray. If you are a Christian or a Muslim, you may think your religion is the only one there is, and leave everyone else out of God’s Creation. The Faith of the Pure Ray stands on the principles that each of the world’s seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to understand to create the life you want. It unifies all the world’s major religions, because the one thing every person on the planet wants is to be able to create the life each of us wants.

The Pure Ray is the overview concept. The Rainbow concept.

You don’t have to let go of your own religion to address the Rainbow concept. It fulfills your own religion and takes it one step further. If you want to know how to create the life you want, today, start with the Faith of the Pure Ray. Today is Christmas, and Christianity teaches the principles of Creativity. Of coming up with a plan that benefits everyone.

The Rainbow concept also applies with sacred books--the Bible and the Koran, and the others. The sacred books for each of the seven major religions were introduced to their cultures because the people were ready to accept them. They are written from the perspective that they apply to all, but they are segments of the whole, and focus on the principles of the segment. The sacred Rainbow books are those that I am in the process of channeling, “channeled messages from God on how to overcome any crisis.” I was told they are the new Bible, but just as the Bible was written by many people and compiled into one, so will my organization’s books.

On The Rainbow Peace Store is based on the planning process, and you Walk the Rainbow to create the life you want. You don’t have to be part of my organization to create the life you want. Anyone on the planet can walk the Rainbow, but at this time, to prove they work, and I can only sell my books to my organization’s independent members. The next step is the application of Creativity, and that relates to the Rainbow concept projects.

Today, we unified the world’s seven major religions, and we have unified their spiritual books. Nothing is finished yet. Only enough information has been introduced to open the idea to debate. World peace takes everyone working together to bring it about, and your participation is just important as everyone else’s. There is enough information available to you now to start your own journey to create the life you want.

Yours for peace,

Dear Congressman DeFazio: Our solution for ISIS

I would like to offer you a solution for dealing with ISIS that does not involve fighting and drawing together a coalition. The problem with fighting ISIS is that you create a feud and risk being toppled, and by drawing together a coalition you jeopardize your allies when their own sleeper cells rise.

ISIS is not a terrorist organization. The root cause of terrorism is that people on the bottom are denied a voice and must raise their voice to be heard, oftentimes to the point of violence.

ISIS is a ripple of people who were brought into a genocide--genocidaires. They were told lies and made a life-choice to participate, and because they were unaware of the truth, they are angry that their lives have been torn apart. They are trapped in the illusion and see no way out of it, and are getting revenge. They lose all hope that their life will ever return to normal, so it is a form of mental illness and depression.  They may breaking the law, and have no legal recourse. People are trying to kill them on both sides. It is a form of slavery.

Think of the Vietnam War, where US soldiers lived in hell because they could be shot by the Vietcong or fragged by their own side as a victim of criminal behavior or by rogues who were mentally ill and getting revenge on everyone.

Another example is the independent voters, the last segment to make their choice, and the segment that can sway the election. This segment of the population can trigger rebellions when they are dragged into conflict by lies and are being squeezed. They want to live their lives without interference, and this is an inalienable right denied to them by people in power who think only of themselves.

The solution to this crisis starts with the Exit Strategy for Iraq, and depends on our government supporting the plan for world peace.

The global genocide started with the preemptive strike on Iraq, and so the original conflict is between George W. Bush and Saddam Hussein--or his lieutenant. The character defamation of Saddam Hussein enabled other world leaders to rise in power based on their power games of choice.

The proposal leads to the creation of the international court system so disputes between nations are resolved in court rather than the battlefield. There is no need to draw people into conflict--including child soldiers.

World leaders who attempt to drag their population into conflict through their power games will lose power in the international arena. A nation's power within the international government will be based on population rather than brutality or military strength. The international House of Representatives will be based on the same principles as the US House of Representatives.

Our organization has the capacity to unravel the illusion that is dragging people into the conflict. We have our World Peace Marketing Strategy, which can be found on our website, www.oneworldgov.org, and books and projects that have the capacity to help this segment of the population find peace in their lives. It gives everyone their inalienable rights to live their life without interference, which is what people who have been dragged into genocide lack.

Letter to Congressman DeFazio

I am aware that individually you do not have the power to influence President Obama's foreign policy, but because the plan for the international government has been opened to debate and is influencing his foreign policy, and because the plan for the international government must go through normal legislative channels, you do have the power to influence foreign policy.

Today I would like to explain that there is no need to fight ISIS, that the solution is to support the plan for the international government. Attempting to stop ISIS from expanding in the Middle East opens the door for world leaders who may or may not have the same goal as the United States to move into Iraq.  Because the conflict devolved as a genocide, which is based on weaving an illusion, our government does not know who to trust. What if I tell you that you can trust Bashar al Assad, but none of the other coalition nations?

With ISIS cells in every nation, all are not sleeping but are actively working to undermine the governments by making promises to parts of their leadership, so there is a schism forming within the governments. An example of this is in Cuba, with Fidel and Raul Castro. One is standing on the principles and the other is playing power games. It is not time to bring in Cuba. It is fine to open a dialogue, but not to trust anyone. The dialogue demonstrates intent.

It is also not time to bring in Iran. The Iranian influence in Iraq continues to expand under the Shia-led government, just as it did under Nouri al-Maliki, and there is a growing threat of sectarian war.

The solution to it all is the creation of the international government, and take it step by step based on our planning. Consider the nations to be a pool of potential members of the international government, but none have made the commitment. We are introducing solutions one step at a time.

The first step to consider is that if the present structure cannot end or prevent wars, and rather than fall into a global conflict, is it time to consider creating a new structure that can end or prevent wars, and opening the idea to debate.

Can the UN do it? Reform the UN? Is anyone willing to become part of the caliphate?

No one must choose at this time whether to join the international government. We are looking at one proposal at a time, speaking from a legislative perspective, and the first is our Exit Strategy for Iraq, which is contingent on the constitutional amendment. If our government accepts the Exit Strategy, we can gather the interest for the amendment, which solves issues like purifying the legal system, a balanced budget, campaign financing reform, an a host of other issues that are too hot for Congress to address under the present structure.

Dear President Obama: Defend Saddam Hussein

Our organization is working to introduce a plan for an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 82 nations support the plan for the international government.

In my correspondence to the diplomatic community of Washington DC, I offered insights on how to solve problems we are facing as a planet,  and stated that because crises occur on every level, it is possible to solve the problems on the individual level and apply the same solutions on the international level. I asked the ambassadors to Track Our Progress.

Our first focus must be on ending the global genocide that is devolving across the planet. Ripples of effects are continuing to spread out of the central conflict--Iraq.

The Rwanda Genocide didn't end in the early 1990s. It spread into the DRCongro and is still killing people.

The ripples are based on illusion, and it is impossible for any government to know what that illusion is. ISIS is not a terrorist organization, but a ripple that came from Iraq.

My organization is dealing with a genocide, too.  It continues to spread and bring in more people. The knee-jerk reaction that ends a war--demonstration of stronger power--is making making the crisis worse.

The solution is to defend the person who is being defamed. Our Exit Strategy for Iraq is the solution, and simultaneously open debate on the US Constitutional Amendment.

By fighting ISIS and avoiding defending Saddam Hussein, you are passing the crisis on to future generations, and the genocide in the United States and Iraq will continue to grow.

The solution to every dilemma is to do what is in everyone's best interest.

Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes,

In response to Daniel Haulman's letter to the editor of the Montgomery Advertiser

In response to Daniel Haulman's letter, asking "Where is the United Nations?", the United Nations never has had the capacity to solve the crisis mankind is facing. The UN Charter has five main flaws--

1. It doesn't treat all nations fairly and equally.
2. A nation's power in the UN is based on behavior rather than inalienable rights.
3. A nation may not have a voice in matters of grave concern.
4. A nation has no recourse to change what is unfair.
5. A nation does not have to be a signatory of the courts, so disputes between nations are not resolved.

Declaring the Gulf War was an honorable endeavor of the United States does not consider that Kuwait was slant drilling into Iraq's oil fields, and Saddam Hussein was attempting to stop them from doing so. This is what triggered the oil well fires. No one was going to get the oil. Bush 41 drawing together a coalition of nations to put down Saddam Hussein set the stage for Bush 43 to judge Saddam Hussein as evil, and the Iraq War devolved not as a war, but a global genocide. The United Nations does not know how to end a genocide. Mankind is on the slippery slope by depending on the UN.

No one in power will agree to reform the United Nations.

Mankind now has three choices. Ignore the crises and pass them on to future generations, and it will take seven generations to undo the damage. We can allow the ISIS sleeper cells in all 200 nation to tear apart the planet in the drive to make one individual the emperor of the planet. Or, everyone can do what is in everyone's best interest, allow the existing, failing structure to continue to crumble, and to create an international government that guarantees our inalienable rights granted to us by our Creator to every person on the planet.

A plan for an international government has been opened to debate, and as of today, people in 82 countries support the plan for the international government. This plan is based on two proven concepts--the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. It treats all the nations the same way the states are treated within the United States, so disputes between nations are resolved in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies now wasted on war will go to support the people instead.

Dear President Obama: ISIS is Not What You Think It Is

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 82 nations support the plan for the international government.

Today I would like to give you insights on ISIS, and why the knee-jerk reaction, of escalating the conflict or attempting to end it, won't work.

It is important to understand the power games, and how they work and why they don't work. The power games are based on the Seven Deadly Sins. They all lead to someone's death. They function on every level, and lead to wars, massacres and genocides.

ISIS is not a terrorist organization. The root cause of terrorism is the Game of Anger, when people lash out at others because they are being denied a voice, and believe they must raise their voice to be heard. By giving them a voice, they stop terrorizing people. ISIS does not lack a voice.

There are people who believe Baghdadi is actually a Jew, and the  power game of choice for Jews is genocide. Jews believe they have been victimized, and when they they go to others for help, they are open to manipulation by others who function for their own interests.

There is a form of mental illness that is based on being offered something that allows you to function on a higher level, but if it is based on illusion, the person is bouncing back and forth between having their life and understanding they are  a fake.

The root cause of genocides is that someone believes he or she has a lack of capacity, and it leads to a sense of judgment, of black and white. Genocides are part of the game of revenge, which draws in five groups of people, each playing a favorite power game.

Once the Grand Lie has been told, ripples of effects keep coming off from it, drawing in more people. It reaches the point where people are enslaved and mentally ill. They see no hope for the future, and can't unravel the sense of illusion that comes from the lies that are being told. They are fighting for their life, because they believe they have no life. They are trapped in the illusion, and powerless to defend themselves. Soon, every person on the planet will be fighting for their life.

People like Jihadi John, for example, is one individual who got dragged into the conflict, and perpetrated heinous crimes because he was trapped, and saw no way out of the crisis. He is an example of how this crisis will continue to unfold, and draw in more people. To go after him only entraps more people, because you are being manipulated, too. If you want something, you can be controlled.

To stop a genocide, someone must stand up to defend the person who is being defamed. The genocide started when George W. Bush justified  the preemptive strike. The solution is our Exit Strategy for Iraq, which is the middle ground that allows disputes between nations to be resolved in court rather than the battlefield. This is a dispute between nations, between Iraq and the United States. The Iraqi people have the right to chose their own leadership, and to live their lives without interference. ISIS is actually not part of the conflict, but relies on the terrorists to create chaos which leads to more victimization.

The people who are attempting to rise in power by standing on their favorite power games hope to see the creation of the international government postponed, to give them time to extend their power. The man behind the rise of ISIS has gone to many world leaders and made offers that enable them to rise to become the next superpower, and this creates a form of mental illness. They are being manipulated and controlled, too. We have no allies because ISIS has penetrated into every country.

The director of the FBI said ISIS is now in every state. We are very close to being toppled. The solution is to do what is in everyone's best interest, not to fight at all, but to open the plan for debate. Have the clear vision that sees through the illusion, recognize the power games when you see them, and don't accept anything from anyone. It is not time for compromise  or even win-win agreements, or acts of revenge. What people who have been oppressed want is equality, and people who have been in a genocide want is their inalienable rights, so it is time to give it all to them by opening the plan to debate.

I opened the plan for debate amongst the diplomatic community with the hopes that it would enable people to see through the sense of illusion when someone makes a comment. It is hard not to demonstrate one's intent.

Letter to the Editor: The Rise of ISIS within the United States

Just saw in the New York Times that the director of the FBI says that ISIS has been found in every state. To prevent the rise of the sleeper cells within the United States, or any nation, my organization would like to open our plan for an international government to debate.

We are introducing eight proposals a year, and the first is an Exit Strategy for Iraq. It leads to the creation of an international court system based on Universal Law--to which every individual on the planet has been exposed (do unto others as you would have them do to you...). Under the plan disputes between nations will be resolved in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies now wasted on war will go to the people.

It guarantees to every person on the planet our inalienable rights granted to us by God, the Creator of us all, to be able to live the life we want without interference, to be treated fairly and equally, and to have a voice in our government.

Any objections? Can anyone come up with a better plan?

If you would like to know more about the plan for the international government, please go to www.oneworldgov.org. Please tell your family and friends about the plan.

Dear Friends of Peace: Celebrating Tolerance

Dear Friends of Peace,

On November 9th, the Faith of the Pure Ray calendar moved into the Taoism segment of the year. Taoism teaches tolerance and empowerment. Today Taoists celebrate Tolerance Day, but it is an official UN holiday for the entire planet.

The Taoist holidays would seem rather odd to most Christians, but Christians are not that different. There is a story of a wise man who advised his emperor not to wage war, but the emperor didn’t listen and instead got into a bloody war. The sage was so distraught that he committed suicide by jumping into the river, and the people threw rice balls into the water to keep the fish from eating his body. To this day, they celebrate tolerance by eating rice balls, and maybe going so far as to feed the fish in the river.

I can’t help but think we are in the same situation now, with the response to the events in France. I advised President Obama not to wage war, but should he not listen, I won’t jump into the river.

Today, to celebrate tolerance, I plan to hand out my Tolerance brochures to people I meet. All of my brochures are channeled messages from God, and this brochure is quite remarkable, just as they all are. It says that Tolerance is something that must come first, and that when confronted with a mob-mentality--you demonstrate tolerance when you say “this is not right,” and then walk away.

As shown by the Light Source invention diagram, intolerance is what leads to all the crises mankind is facing. I hope you will respond to intolerance when you see it by standing on the seven principles, and by doing what is in everyone’s best interest.

 Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes

Dear President Obama: Unifying the Seven Major Religions

Our organization is working to introduce a plan for an international government, and as of today, people in 82 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan.

Tonight I would like to explain to you how to unify the world's seven major religions. Tomorrow is Tolerance Day, and this is a great time to introduce a new concept in religion, especially with the recent crisis in France.

Each of the seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to create the life you want. Jesus taught the principles of Creativity, of coming up with a plan to solve problems. Moses taught how to bring in the people. Gautama Buddha taught how to get one's support. Muhammad taught the principles of equality, of standing in protest when someone is not standing on the principles, and about Crisis in the Family. Rama taught security issues and conflict resolution. Confucius taught the principles of capacity, and Lao Tzu taught Tolerance and Empowerment.

Each of the seven major religions also plays a favorite power game. Christians wage war, and Jeb Bush is a good example of that. Jews trigger genocides when they believe they have been victimized. Muslims, when denied a voice, resort to acts of terrorism.

In the Middle East, these are the three religions and the three crises. It takes a fourth element to enable a sense of balance to be established, and that is the principles of Buddhism. Once everyone in the Middle East is allowed to create a sense of abundance in their life, the conflict will end.

Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes

Dear President Obama: Responses to ISIS

Our organization is working to create an international government. As of today, people in 82 nations support the plan, including Muslim nations.

Tonight I would like to offer insights on why you are having problems dealing with ISIS, and a solution to the crisis.

Each time there is an attack by a world leader on ISIS, they will punish you for what you are doing. They are working to postpone the creation of the international government so they can create their caliphate.

The same thing occurs within families when a husband is abusive. If the wife attempts to fight back, he will respond with more aggression. He is equating power with brutality, so the more brutal he is, the more power he has.

The only thing that will work is to do what is in everyone's best interest. Don't fight, don't create a feud. By doing what is in everyone's best interest, you will eventually back ISIS and the self proclaimed caliph into the proverbial corner.

I am speaking from my own experience. My organization has been dealing with a hostile takeover. We are parallel to the international level, and our Exit Strategy for Iraq is the solution, but it is based on the contingency that all Americans work together to amend our Constitution.

Dear President Obama: Defend Saddam Hussein

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 82 nations support the plan for the international government. (We now have an affiliate member in China)

Tonight I would like to offer advice to you on ISIS and why military response won't work.

There are five power games that governments play, and they all relate to acts of revenge. ISIS is not a terrorist organization, but functions as genocidaires, part of a hostile takeover of the planet to make one individual supreme leader.  Genocides are based on weaving an illusion, just as slavery is. The knee jerk reaction that ends a war makes a genocide worse, so by listening to the military, you will create a feud that won't end.

Step back for a moment and see the wider perspective. The conflict started with the preemptive strike on Iraq, and even before that with George HW Bush and his war on Saddam Hussein, as Saddam Hussein was attempting to stop Kuwait from slant drilling into Iraq. That allowed George W. Bush and Tony Blair to judge Saddam Hussein was evil. That brought in the Coalition countries, who came for the lucrative contracts, and that brought in the world leaders who rely on the US for foreign aid to fight terrorists in their country. Terrorism comes from people "on the bottom" who are denied a voice, and must raise their voice to be heard, oftentimes to the point of violence.

ISIS is a response by the man who wishes to become the caliph of the planet, and is equating brutality and power, and is weaving an illusion so convoluted that you won't be able to unravel the obfuscation. With terrorists, you can allow them a voice, but with genocidaires, you cannot reason with them. They are fighting for their lives, trapped in the illusion.

I recommend you read an allegorical story about how genocides function, called "The Last Battle," by CS Lewis. He wrote it for this time period.

Genocides continue to draw in people until someone stands up and says "Stop." In a character defamation compaign, someone must defend the person who is being defamed. Our organization is defending Saddam Hussein, declaring he was attempting to comply with UN sanctions, and so the preemptive strike went against the intent of the UN Charter. We are offering our Exit Strategy for Iraq as the solution, because it benefits everyone, and addresses the root cause of the crisis, which is the genocide that came as the result of the acts of revenge against Saddam Hussein. Our plan unravels the illusion and the power structure that tore apart Iraq.

The Real Issue Behind Immigration Reform-- And Our Solution

With the oppressive actions from extremist groups, immigration reform plays an important part in each of our lives. With sleeper cells in 90 nations— actually every nation— there could be mass migrations in every continent—with people being herded and harried with no way to defend themselves from the janaweed,  and from weather, and the burdens from lack of resources—and having no hope for the future.

Maybe this is what made our distant ancestors leave Africa 60,000 years ago.

The backlash from the preemptive strike on Iraq collapsed the US power base. The other world leaders
started to jockey for power, and each plays a favorite power game. The games are oppressive to the people, and backlash on the perpetrators of the games. Grabs for power always have led to an ultimate loss of power, but it usually takes time to see the backlashes, and this starts a wave-effect that continues to destabilize the region until it becomes a global crisis.

Our options:

1.       First is military intervention against the oppressors, which leads to a global conflict, a feud that no one can win.

2.       Second, by ignoring the issue, we pass it on to future generations and it will take seven generations to undo the damage. Pack carefully.

3.       The third option, and our solution. is the creation of the proposed international government, which will guarantee the rights of the people to leave a nation if they have been oppressed, which sounds like the same crisis, but it isn’t. In the international government, a nation’s power is not based on military might or the ability to out-smart or out-oppress your neighbors, but on its population. If any government is oppressive, it will lose power in the international arena—in the House of Representatives. It has a stabilizing effect.

Many of the third world nations are not being treated fairly and equally in the United Nations.

The UN Charter has five main flaws.

  1. It doesn't treat all nations equally.
  2. A nation's power is based on behavior rather than inalienable rights.
  3. A nation may not have a voice in matters of grave concern.
  4. A nation has no recourse to change what is unfair.
  5. A nation does not have to be a signatory of the courts, so disputes between nations are not being resolved.

People who have been oppressed want equality. They will choose the international government, where  they will be equal to the United States, which is a melting pot of cultures and so is a microcosm of the world.

As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the international government.

What unifies the world is that every person on the planet wants to be able to create his or her life--without interference. This is an inalienable right granted to us by the Creator of us all.

When George W. Bush and Tony Blair invaded a sovereign nation—Iraq-- they denied the Iraqi people their rights, and with US support, we jeopardized our own rights under Universal Law.  We are facing the backlashes now from our failed foreign policy of regime change, and waiting in the wings is all the animosity
from the people all over the world who have gripes against the United States for our failed foreign policy. Now, to keep our rights, we must guarantee the same right we have under our constitution to every person on the planet, and work to establish the international court system so disputes between
nations are handled in court rather than the battlefield. This is the basis for our Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal.

This is how we end the oppression.

Your Excellency, Francois Nikuna Balumene

Your Excellency:

My organization is working to create an international government based on two proven concepts--the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 81 nations, including your country, support the plan for the international government.

The plan for the international government has been opened to debate amongst the diplomatic community, and many world's leaders are aware of the plan. Each year, we are introducing 8 new proposals, and we have one for the DRCongo.

I would like to offer you a proposal that enables your nation to function on a higher level.
President Kabila is facing resistance to his plan to stay in power. In the era of the international government, he will be equal to all the other world leaders but his term will be limited to what is decided when the plan is officially established. There will be ten benefits for participation, including fair and equitable trade agreements for natural resources, and expert advice by the other departments of the international government. There are other considerations, such as having two presidents, one to handle foreign issues and one for domestic, and the presidents will stand back to back and support each other.

Our proposal to your government can be found at http://www.oneworldgov.org/top/2012/proposal5.htm.We will also send a copy of it in newsletter form, along with survey and planning for events and projects.

Dear President Obama: Degrading ISIS

My organization would like to offer a new perspective on how to deal with ISIS, rather than attempting to degrade them by military or even advisory actions.

In the past, I told you that crises occur on every level, and it is possible to demonstrate the solution on the individual level and then apply the same solution on the international level. My organization is parallel to the international government, and we are facing the same crises. We have our proposals that are the solutions for the first eight nations, and all fell into crisis due to a sense of judgment, including the Unites States.

The judgment of Saddam Hussein as evil triggered a global genocide. Perpetrators of genocides weave a sense of illusion. You won't be able to unravel the illusion. You don't know who to trust.

The "caliph" will twist and turn everything to his own advantage, and has been doing it a long time.  He is attempting to prevent the plan from coming about. You cannot trust anyone, nor can you understand where people are in their understanding, because they have no way to gauge the truth, or are being pressured to not tell the truth, or fear for their lives or the lives of their loved ones.

The last stage of the genocide, the perpetrators believe they have been victimized and they attempt to negotiate for what they hoped to gain, but it is in no one's best interest, and it is unlawful for them to have it. They are fighting for their life because they equate what they hoped to gain with their life.

The Grand Lie was told to justify the preemptive strike on Iraq, and ripples of effects have gone out. The US legal system is based on presumption of innocence because you cannot defend yourself from prejudice and ulterior motives.

The solution to every dilemma is to do what is in everyone's best interest.

ISIS is part of the hostile takeover of the planet, perpetrated by people who have perfected the games within their own nations, and this is how they remain in power. They justify their actions with old prophecies about the end times, but that is half truths made to look like full truths, and the people are drawn into the obfuscation.

Mankind has three choices now. We can rely on the UN, which has proven it cannot end or prevent wars. The caliphate is another option. The third, unseen choice, is the creation of the international government. This is part of the prophecy, but it is in no one's best interest for the caliphate to come about.

As the president of the United States, it is not your responsibility to undermine ISIS. Our nation separate Church and State. My organization is working to unify the religions, and this ultimately undermines ISIS. Rather than to defend Islam, they are undermining their own religion and will become more and more illogical.

Each of the seven spiritual teachers, including The Prophet Muhammad, taught one segment of the body of knowledge necessary to create the life you want. Each of the religions also plays one favorite power game. Christians wage war, Muslims resort to terrorism, and Jews, when they believe they are victimized, trigger genocides.

The international government will guarantee the rights of the people to leave a nation if the people believe they are being oppressed. Because a nation's power is based on population within the international House of Representatives, if a government is too oppressive, they will lose power on the international government if their people start leaving.  The international government will have offices in the same buildings--churches-- with  clerics from all seven of the major religions, and they will teach the people how to create the life they want based on the principles of their religions.

Dear President Bush: (message continued)

(This is a continuation of a message that I sent through your website form for scheduling requests.)

The events associated with Oxford and Stonehenge help to stop the fighting, but ending the conflict requires both sides to be seen as equal.

The next step involves mediation, to be hosted by Saudi Arabia. Both sides will be able to present aruments. My organization will handle the mediation, and during the week-long event, we will all work to set up the first local court in another nation to handle a court case between President Bush and Saddam Hussein's lieutenant, just as if the dispute had gone to court during the era of the proposed international government.

Both sides will have one year to prepare their cases, and during that time period, my organization will work with the nation to set up the court system.

The final step will be for President Bush and the Iraqi lieutenant to come to the conference of world leaders in Europe as advocates of the proposed international government's court system to help set up the Judicial Branch of the international government.

My organization will do our best to treat all participants as fairly and equitably as possible.
The events at Oxford will address unification, and those at Stonehenge will address conflict resolution. We will offer innovative insights that will allow the entire planet to evolve. Our Exit Strategy for Iraq is a US economic stimulus plan that plugs the drain on the US economy to the Middle East.

I have contact President Obama and Ambassador Sir Peter Westmacott on this proposal, and opened it for debate. I recommend you speak with President Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry about this plan, and if everyone agrees that it is in your best interests, to then contact me and my organization.

The executive summary of the proposal can be found at http://www.oneworldgov.org.

Dear President Bush: Our invitation to Oxford and Stonehenge

Our organization is submitting a proposal with the capacity to end the conflict in Iraq. It leads to the creation of an international court system so that disputes between nations are resolved in court rather than the battlefield.

Our plan allows President Bush and Tony Blair to extricate themselves from the conflict gracefully, by doing what is in everyone's best interest.

Our plan is to bring together President Bush and one of Saddam Hussein's lieutenants as if they were two kings going to Stonehenge for an ancient rite of conflict resolution. England will host the event. The two men will be feasted at Durrington Walls, then on the morning of the equinox, they will march to Stonehenge for the rite, a yelling match, basically  between the soldiers. The recent archeological evidence support our theory that Stonehenge was used for conflict resolution. (Limited space. More to come.)

Proposal can be found at http:.//www.oneworldgov.org.

Dear President Obama: Don't Send in the Troops!

As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the international government.

Today's news reports a change in policy that puts our troops into harm's way by escalating the role our military plays in the Middle East, from advisors to combat.

The conflict devolved as a genocide, not a war, and the knee-jerk reaction that ends a war makes a genocide worse. Escalation into combat roles puts our nation into a global conflict that we cannot win.

I can speak from experience. My organization is parallel to the proposed international government and we are experiencing a genocide amongst our potential members, and attempts to fight the genocidaires has led to the deaths of thousands of people in California, including the deaths of many children.

I was not allowed to have any contact with the man who was supposed to work with me. If we had worked together, the conflict would have ended prior to the deaths of civiliians in California.

I strongly urge the US government not to fall into the same trap the potential members of my organization fell into, attempting to fight, but rather I urge our government to do what is in everyone's best interest.

What stops a genocide is to defend the person who is being defamed, and that is Saddam Hussein.

The solution is diplomatic, not miliary. There are sleeper cells in every nation on the planet, including our allies, so by attempting to draw in our allies, the sleeper cell rises and you undermine the security of the allies.

You do not know who to trust. Tony Blair made comments recently that he was sorry for the mistakes he made, but he does not understand the principles behind his mistakes. It is as if he failed at invading a sovereign nation because, in his thinking, everyone knows that Saddam Hussein was evil. No one has the right to judge another person as being evil.

The illusion is very strong now, and you have no idea who to trust. Our government relied on regime change by covert and overt actions, and now we are being toppled by covert and overt actions.

The character defamation campaign against Saddam Hussein was an act of revenge, and to undo the conflict starts with George HW Bush. He is the  one who can undermine the terrorists by understanding that his actions against Saddam Hussein, who was protesting Kuwait's  slant drilling into Iraq, made many people in the Middle East very angry.

Jeb Bush is losing support for his presidential campaign because he doesn't understand the wider perspective. Now is the right time to draw the Bush family into the process so they can overcome the backlashes that are arising from their failed foreign policy.

The solution is to do what is in everyone's best interest, and that is to draw the Bush family into the Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal.

Dear President Obama: Our first focus is on the United States

As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the international government.

I have told you that the plan must come from the people, when the people are ready, not from world leaders. Change must come from within the culture or there is resistance, and this is one reason that the Iraqi government instated by the United States is not able to keep peace.

Each nation must be willing to make the changes necessary to fit into the new structure. Our Constitution must be amended to create the additional layer of government, and it is a structural change so we recommend an Article V convention, which is the closest way to how our founding fathers functioned.

Our organization must explain how the plan benefits everyone, and this will come through a series of books and projects and events, starting with bringing together a professional publishing team, and that team will be made up of specific people.

People are being squeezed to come in when their own agenda fails.

The United States does not have to participate in the plan for the international government. If the amendment does not make it through the process, the plan will be introduced in a modified form through another country.

If we look at the idea that we in America will vote on participation, and we must understand what we are voting on, and it is a long process, it allows others to step back and to watch the process. They will take things higher than we do because they have a broader perspective. "This is how it will function, but we can evolve."

The first proposal is the Exit Strategy for Iraq, and that allows the US to extricate ourselves gracefully from the conflict in Iraq. It allows George W. Bush and Tony Blair to undo the damage they have done and regain the power they lost, and to understand what they did and why it didn't work.

It sets the stage for disputes between nations to be resolved in a court system rather than the battlefield, and the monies now wasted on war to go to the people instead. It is based on Universal Law, the basis for the international legal system. It allows mankind to evolve.

The genocide that came from the lie to justify the war created a sense of illusion, and to overcome the illusion, we must look at what we want for our future and what we don't want. We are opening a dialogue to see people's intent. The truth will come out.

This is where it starts. One step at a time.

Dear President Obama: The power games no longer work.

As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the international government.

There are seven games people play, compensatory games based on a sense of lack. Governments play five of the games, and all five together make up acts of revenge. In the past, I told you George HW Bush, believing he had the right to put Saddam Hussein down,  went to war -- the Gulf War-- and set the stage for the act of genocide based on judgment that Saddam Hussein was evil. That brought in the Coalition who came for lucrative contracts based on the game of Greed, and that brought in the governments that rely strongly on US aid to fight the war on terror, and they brought in the terrorists. All are acts of revenge, all based on misunderstandings, and all are undermining each other.

Saddam Hussein was attempting to comply with UN sanctions, and because the power games continue on until an innocent person is crucified, it backlashed on George W. Bush and collapsed the US power base. The games no longer work.

The United States has relied on regime change to gain control of natural resources and strategic locations. That game no longer works. There will always be an immediate backlash to that game.

True power does not come from a strong military, it comes from assuming responsibility to undo the damage you have done.

Genocides are based on weaving an illusion. They are based on judgment,
and each of the eight nations that have our proposals fell into crisis due to a sense of judgment. They include the United States, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, the DRCongo, North Korea, and Cyprus.

The legal system of the international government will be based on Universal Law, something that applies to all people and everyone has been exposed to. "Do unto others as you would have them do to you."

Tony Blair said yesterday he made mistakes, but he believed it was right to remove Saddam Hussein from office. How would he feel if the tables were turned?

Tony Blair believes he has the right to judge Saddam Hussein, but the Iraqi people have the right to choose their own leadership.  They chose a dictatorship as their form of government, and dictators rule by force.

The solution to every crisis--particularly in the Middle East--is to do what is in everyone's best interest. In the case of the Middle East, the solution is the international government that allows the people to be exposed to a higher form of government on the international level, and then allow them to evolve into that within their own nation when they are ready to do so.

Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes

Dear President Obama: The old power games no longer work.

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the international government.

The plan has been opened to debate, and many people like the idea, but don't know how to bring it about. We can't convince anyone to participate. It is up to the United States to make the first step. We are the overview of all the nations, a melting pot of cultures from every nation.

The proposals are lined up in such a way that as we address them, and the planning and projects and events, it starts to build a foundation that draws nations into the process, and they are lined up like dominoes from the widest perspective to the narrowest.

We are taking small steps, when people are ready for them to come. At the same time, there is no resistance when you are doing what is in everyone's best interest. There is fear associated with letting go of the old structure, and people won't see how the plan benefits them.

We bounce back and forth between the narrower and the wider perspective. The first idea is that disputes between nations will be resolved in court rather than the battlefield and the monies now wasted on war will go to support the people instead.

You can see how those who rely on the military or associated industries will fear for their security and support. But eventually it reaches the understanding that putting your financial support ahead of the lives of others won't work. Our plan must offer everyone the chance to create a solid financial foundation, but it can't be based on power games of war and genocide. This is where our projects come in, to enable everyone to function on a higher level, but no one can be sacrificed.

Games of war and genocide and massacres based on greed don't work. There is always a backlash to the games.

Each nation has a right to choose its own leadership. The game of regime change backfired on the United States.  That game will never work again, and will lead to an immediate loss of power for the player of the game.

The games are oppressive to the people, and people are standing in protest. World peace is up to the people, and how we will deal with that within the United States is through a constitutional amendment to create the additional layer of government over what already exists.

My organization is also an overview concept, parallel to the international government, and a grassroots movement for a constitutional amendment is something that we are not allowed to do under the 501 (c)3 code, but as the overview, we can turn responsibility over to an independent member of our organization, and assist them in the amendment process without threatening our nonprofit status. I have yet to be able to bring in that individual who will assume responsibility for the Constitutional Amendment process, which will take everyone in my overview organization  working together to bring it about.

Until that time, we are still dealing with the hostile takeover of the organization in the form of a character defamation campaign, and the parallel of the Exit Strategy for Iraq.

Yours for peace,

Dear President Obama: You can't convince anyone to participate

As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the proposed international government.

The plan for the international government has been opened to debate, and many people are aware of it and see it as the solution to the crises we are facing. Not all people see the potential for the plan to benefit them. Only those with the widest perspective can understand how this solves their problems, and the rest are strung along a continuum from the widest perspective to the narrowest. Those who function entirely for their own interests won't see the benefits of participation until it reaches them.

This is why those who would like to be the next superpower or emperor of the planet will continue to play power games, and why you won't be able to convince them to participate.

Our proposals are designed to take the widest issues and resolve them first. The Iraq War triggered a global genocide, and the proposal sets the stage for disputes to be resolved in an international court system rather than the battlefield.

Genocides occur on every level, and at this point, there is no accepted definition of the word, other than ethnic cleansing. Character defamation campaigns are genocides and there are family genocides, too. Many people can understand how difficult it is to deal with genocides on a cultural basis.

Letter to the editor:

President Obama is in a very difficult situation. With Muslim sleeper cells in every nation on the planet, he cannot fight the entire planet. A cell can rise at any time and turn that nation into another Syria.

Mankind now has three choices. We can rely on the UN, which has proven it cannot end or prevent wars, and that choice puts us on a slippery slope. We can devolve into a global conflict by playing power games. The third option is to do what is in everyone's best interest, and everyone work together to create a new international structure that functions on a higher level than the existing structure.

The plan for the international government is being debated on the international level. It is a viable option, and the solution to this crisis.

To solve the religious war that is devolving across the planet, the solution is to unify the religions by understanding that each of the seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to create the life you want. This creates a sense of equality, the first requirement for conflict resolution.

Dear President Obama: You don't have to fight ISIS

Our organization would like to explain how to end the conflict in Iraq and the rise of ISIS and other Muslim extremist organizations.

When George W. Bush justified the preemptive strike on Iraq, he told a Grand Lie that triggered a genocide. The act of judgment against Saddam Hussein is a character defamation campaign and an act of revenge.

His power game backlashed on the United States, and collapsed the US power base. The power games continue on until an innocent person is crucified, and for George W. Bush it was Saddam Hussein. Be careful about attempting to topple Bashar al Assad for the same reason.

The United States has relied on covert and overt actions to topple governments, and now those games are being used on the United States, and many other world leaders. You don't know who your allies are.

As the US dropped in power, other world's leaders started to jockey for power, and each plays a favorite power game. Two games associated with revenge is genocide are slavery and genocide and both weave an illusion. Once the Grand Lie has been told, the truth doesn't overcome the lie. It just reaches the point where no one knows who to trust.

The solution to every dilemma is to do what is in everyone;s best interest. You will discover the plan for the international government is the solution because it is in everyone's best interest, including the extremists. Our Exit Strategy for Iraq ends the conflict in Iraq.

You do not have to fight ISIS, because you can't win. The solution for the rise of the caliphate is being addressed through the Faith of the Pure Ray. It is a new global spiritual concept that is based on the fact that each of the world's seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to create the life you want.

Dear President Obama

My organization is working to introduce a plan for an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for world peace.

With the presidential election coming, the issue of whether the United States will participate in the creation of the international government is becoming apparent. The plan has been opened to debate, and many world's leaders are aware of the plan, but the plan is also competing with the existing structure, which many world's leaders rely on for security and support, and are therefore resistant to change, and with the rise of individual world leaders who sees the present circumstances as his or her opportunity to become supreme leader of the planet.

This time of transition is a difficult one, and what makes it even harder is that those who are angry and resisting change and those who see this as their opportunity to create their life on a higher level are fighting for their lives and weaving an illusion, and don't see the benefits of the plan.

It takes those who see the true potential of the plan to continue to work to bring it about. We must stand on the principles of the plan. The games of one-upmanship that the old structure is based upon can no longer be tolerated. The United States must continue to work toward the creation of the plan for the international government--to make it a reality.

Our Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal has been opened to debate, and is contingent upon the United States working to create the plan for the international government within the United States. Time is short, with the upcoming presidential election and the announcement that the Chilcot Report will be opened to public scrutiny.

I ask that you work with me and my organization to create the plan for the international government.

Dear Congressman DeFazio: The solution to our next crisis.

This is a time of severe crisis for the United States and the entire planet. This is a time when mankind can devolve into a global conflict or work together to bring world peace. The opportunity to function on a higher level exists, but that involves people stepping away from the conflict and doing what is in everyone's best interest.

The preemptive strike on Iraq devolved as a genocide, and genocides are based on weaving an illusion. Issues, such as Syria, are not what they seem. There is an optical illusion effect, a flip flop, and it is hard to see which is which. I would like to explain to you how to overcome the illusion that is being woven.

At a past town hall meeting in Brookings, I asked you to comment on the possibility of China calling in its markers and taking Alaska and the Bakken field in North Dakota. Your response was that Congress knows that is possible, and it is even worse because China manufactures necessary parts for our weapons systems.

The crisis is even worse than that now because the United States cannot rely on any nation at this time to be an ally. George W. Bush created a coalition of the willing, but the flip flop concept of that is to undermine the coalition nations.  With sleeper cells in every nation, including the 90 nations that receive foreign aid from the United States, those sleeper cells are not inactive, but actively implanting the sense of illusion within the ranks of the existing governments and creating a schism, a hostile takeover bid on the government and the planet.

This is occurring as part of the takeover of the planet, but also as a normal progression of relationships that don't have the same goal, and the natural progression is being manipulated and controlled. An example of the natural schism is with this presidential election, between the parties and within the parties. The schism occurs when one stands on the principles and the other on the power games.

Rather than to fight ISIS, for example, and risk the rise of the sleeper cells and toppling the governments, the solution is to stand on the principles of equality, liberty, freedom, compassion, abundance, capacity, and tolerance. Together, these principles make the United States unbeatable. We don't have to fight ISIS. We can stand on the principles.  These are the principles that our Founding Fathers stood on in the Constitution. They guaranteed to everyone our inalienable rights, which is what people who have been involved in a genocide lack.

Yours for peace,
Karen Holmes,

Dear President Obama:

My organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for world peace.

Bridging the existing structure to the proposed international government is done one step at a time, and the first step is ending the global genocide that is expanding out from the conflict in Iraq. The preemptive strike went against the premise that someone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. That came about because you cannot defend yourself from prejudice and ulterior motives.

Genocides are based on weaving an illusion, and in the illusion, we are 180 degrees from where we think we are. We are pushing away the people we need and holding onto what we don't need.

George W. Bush drew together a coalition of nations by drawing in his markers, but now we cannot depend on having any allies whatsoever, because the sleeper cells have been established in all the nations who rely on us for foreign aid.

The solution is to do what is in everyone's best interest. What ends of genocide is to defend the person who is being defamed. Saddam Hussein was attempting to comply with UN sanctions, and therefore he was innocent of the charges against him.

Then, for conflict resolution, everyone must be considered equal. With sleeper cells in 90 nations--more likely all the nations--everyone is facing the threat of hostile takeover from within. The way to address that is the exit strategy for Iraq, that disputes between nations will be settled in an international court system rather than the battlefield.

Then, to defend yourself from covert and overt actions, it is to guarantee the same inalienable rights we have as American citizens under our Constitution, so it is to open the plan for the international government to debate, and America will work to amend our constitution, demonstrating to the entire planet that we can treat all people fairly and equally. This is how we democratize the planet.

Dear Mr. Bandow (CATO Institute)

Mr. Doug Bandow:

Thank you for your article, "How Washington Wrecked Iraq and Created the Islamic State." It is a great review of the failed US foreign policy in Iraq, something that needs to be addressed.

There is a factor that also needs to be taken in consideration concerning President Obama's policy, and that is the open debate on the plan for the proposed international government. My organization has been working to introduce the plan for many years now and the diplomatic community is aware of it, and that has allowed it to be introduced onto the level of the world leaders.

President Obama is aware of the plan, and is attempting to bridge his policies to the international government, but with a Republican base that thinks the Bush policy is the way to keep US power on pre-war levels. This is why your article is so important.

We believe mankind has three choices now for our future. We can rely on the UN, which has proven it can't end or prevent wars. We can see one individual become emperor of the planet, such as the creation of the caliphate, and will rule by oppression and brutality. We can all work together to create an international government that supersedes the UN and treats all nations fairly and equally, and guarantees to every person on the planet their inalienable rights.

Your Excellency: Trapped in the illusion

As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the international government.

Today I would like to take the plan for the international government to the next level. The plan has been opened to debate, and many people have seen the idea as the solution to the problems we are facing as a planet, but for those who rely on the existing structure for their security and support, the idea has been seen as a threat, and it has triggered many fears.

Mankind has three choices, and two are untenable because they lead to global conflict. It is in no one's best interest for mankind to sink into chaos. The choice to evolve is now apparent, but it will not come overnight. It is a journey through a proverbial long, dark tunnel that mankind will walk over the next ten to twenty years.

Mankind has been trapped in a sense of illusion, the result of all the power games that have been played, and we must rise out of the illusion. Comments that are made will demonstrate that no on has the entire answer and that is where the value of open debate lies. There will be fingers pointed and a great deal of blame, but hopefully, no judgment. There will be no trust under the proposals come out and we start making win-win agreements based on the plan. World peace must come from the people, not from one world leader forcing an agenda, and our organization represents the people at this point in time, because we are allowing everyone on the planet to have a voice in the creation of the international government so there is no resistance to the plan.

To reach this point, it had to become apparent that there is always a backlash from the games. This has created a sense of equality, the first requirement for conflict resolution. Everyone plays the games and it is the games that are bad, not the people.

This is my final letter to the diplomatic community. Now it is possible for the proposals to be introduced and debated. This will come through newsletters that we send to all the ambassadors in Washington, DC, and to anyone who is interested in the plan.

Open letter: Don't leave anyone out of the plan.

19 September 2015

Open letter to the diplomatic community

Your Excellency:

As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the proposed international government.

The international legal system will be based on the principles of Universal Law, which allows a sense of tolerance to be created. Intolerance triggers a series of ripples that spread out and eventually result in wars and genocides, and the other crises mankind faces.

There are seven power games that governments play and people in general play. Five relate to acts of revenge. Two of the power games involve weaving an illusion, so as the ripples have gone out from the central conflicts, mankind is continually living in an illusion. By relying on the power games, we are kicked off course to our goals, and eventually, we are doing the exact opposite of what we intended to occur. Power grabs lead to a loss of power. We hold onto what cannot help us and push away what can. We attempt to topple people who may actually have the same goal that we have, and it makes us vulnerable to be toppled. This is one reason the international government will handle disputes and trade agreements.

To return to the principles of Universal Law is to treat others the way you would like to be treated. It overcomes the sense of illusion. All the world’s major religions teach this Universal Law.

My organization does not tell anyone what to do, but how to do it. We encourage the world’s leaders to stand on the principles of Universal Law, and to overcome any crisis, the solution is to do what is in everyone’s best interest.

Your Excellency: (Introductory letter to all new ambassadors)

Our organization is working to introduce a plan for an international government based on fair and equitable practices, and we have opened it to debate amongst the diplomatic community. We are offering solutions for the crises we are facing as a planet based on the creation of the international government.

The present international structure has proven it cannot end or prevent wars. In his farewell speech, Secretary General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan, declared George W. Bush has made the United Nations irrelevant. To rely on it for conflict resolution places mankind on the proverbial slippery slope. The possibility for one individual to become the supreme leader of the world is greater now than ever before. Both options are untenable. What has been missing is a viable third option that solves the problems we are facing, and is based on doing what is in everyone's best interest.

This is a viable plan that enables mankind to function on a far higher level, and as of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the international government.

Each year we will offer proposals based on the creation of the international government to eight nations. The proposals are listed on our website, along with the planning stages and steps to make them a reality. At this time, we are just opening ideas to debate amongst the diplomatic community and recommending that the solution to every crisis is to do what is in everyone's best interest. The first eight nations are on our limited mailing list and receive open letters to the diplomatic community to open the ideas to debate, and you can find the letters on our update blog at http://www.worldpeaceplan.info.

Soon we will start to send newsletters to all the diplomatic community, and each will have a proposal, planning, projects and survey.

Your Excellency: The Migration Issue

9 September 2015

An open letter to the diplomatic community

Your Excellency:

As of today, people in 81 nations support the plan for the proposed international government.

The refugee crisis will continue to grow as governments face the rise of extremism, and innocent people get drawn into the conflict. The solution is the creation of the proposed international government because a nation’s power is based on its population, and if a government is too oppressive, the people will leave and that nation will lose power on the international level.

The legislative branch of the international government will be divided into two houses. The Senate creates legislation based on the rights of the people, and every nation will have equal representation because every culture deserves to be respected. The House of Representatives will address the will of the people, and to be fair, a nation with greater population will have greater representation. It will be in the best interest of a government to support its people.

One of the rights a citizen of the international government will have is to leave a nation if he or she believes he is being oppressed, and so at first, there will be a movement of people searching for a place that offers a higher standard of living, but eventually, because people generally prefer to be surrounded by others of their own culture, the movement will stabilize—when the governments let go of the oppressive power games and their economies also stabilize.

The first issue to address is that disputes between nations will be resolved in an international court system rather than the battlefield, which is part of our Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal. It allows the United States, and also England, to withdraw from the conflict in Iraq by doing what is in everyone’s best interest. At the same time, the United States must start to address amending our Constitution to add the layer of government over what already exists.

Our proposals for the first eight nations, and one for the Philippines, can be found on our website at http://www.oneworldgov.org/proposal.htm.  I ask that when the diplomatic community addresses the refugee issue, that this solution be included in the debate.

Yours for peace,

Conflict Resolution Brochures

There is no clear international protocol for ending a genocide, and so the world's leaders stand helplessly by and watch as a genocide devolves, ripple after ripple. The dictionary definition of genocide as ethnic cleansing does not address the root cause of a genocide so it makes the crisis worse. Genocides reach the point of wanton slaughter of many people before the word is even spoken. There must be a way to recognize what leads to genocides to prevent them and to end them.

Genocides are more common that one would expect. They occur on every level, including within families. Character defamation is an individual form of genocide, and when played between two world leaders, such as George W. Bush and Saddam Hussein, it triggered a global genocide.

Our goal with the Exit Strategy for Iraq proposal is the creation of an international court system that handles disputes between nations, rather than the battlefield, because not only does the existing structure not have the capacity to prevent or end wars, it can't stop the global genocide that is tearing apart the planet. Genocides involve a sense of illusion, and it is impossible to have a fair trial because as the ripples of effects go out, they draw in people who don't even know they are part of the larger conflict.

Rather than address the root cause of a genocide here, I will introduce our remarkable Conflict Resolution brochures, which compare genocides with romantic attachments, and offer the solution for ending genocides within the family, which can then be applied on the international level between nations.

Finding an advocate:

The plan for the international government has been opened to debate and many people are talking about it. A schism has formed and those who stand on the principles have seen the potential of the plan and embraced it, functioning on a higher level. Simultaneously, those who rely on the old structure have realized they have been affected financially, and have resorted to playing power games. This conflict has affected the lives of many people, and even people who normally would not be involved have been dragged into the crisis.

On the opposite side of the circle from the plan is to address security issues...

Family genocides tear apart the family because of the sense of judgment. In "Unraveling the Conflict in Your Life," the first step involves finding an advocate to help you get your children back, and your advocate must be able to speak from personal experience.

We are in the Hindu segment of our Faith of the Pure Ray (church) calendar, and addressing the story of the Ramayana, where Rama rescued his wife, Sita, from her abductor, which also addresses the issue of judgment.

To end a genocide, someone must stand up to defend the person who is being defamed. Our organization is standing up to defend Saddam Hussein, and offering our plan, which benefits everyone. It treats everyone fairly and equally, and guarantees our inalienable rights granted to us by our Creator to every person on the planet, something that victims of genocides lack.

Your Excellency: The Faith of the Pure Ray, The Ramayana Teaches us about Security

Your Excellency:

As of today, people in 80 nations support the plan for the proposed international government.

The solution to every crisis is to do what is in everyone's best interest. Today, i would like to open debate on the Faith of the Pure Ray and how it can unify the planet and help to solve problems.

In the past, I told you about the Faith of the Pure Ray, and how each of the seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge necessary to create the life you want. When each of the religions is fit into a circle, it is possible to see how the religions interact, and to understand that religions that seem to oppose each other actually have much in common.

Christianity teaches the principles of creativity, and coming up with a plan to solve a problem, and any plan that is a plot in in no one's best interest. There is always a backlash. On the opposite side of the circle, Islam teaches how to stand in protest when someone is not standing on the principles of what is right. Muslims lash out, but go too far when innocent people are drawn into the conflict. This interaction swings the proverbial pendulum, and when the Jews believe they have been victimized, the pendulum starts to revolve, drawing in the other religions. It takes a fourth element to end the conflict, and in the case of the Middle East, that is the principles of Buddhism, which teaches how to gain support from others.

Hinduism teaches the principles of security, and it is also on the opposite side of the circle from Christianity and the plan. The Hindu story--the Ramayana--teaches us of Rama's defense of his wife, Sita, when she was abducted. How this plays out on the international level is that the United States must address the issue that Saddam Hussein was innocent of the charges against him, and we must stand to defend him. The issue of no WMD must be addressed to enable the plan to go forward.

I would like to open debate on the issue of no WMD and, therefore, Saddam Hussein's innocence. He was attempting to comply with U.N. sanctions. I would also like to address another issue that is part of the Ramayana, which is the sense of judgment. All eight of the nations of our first year's proposals fell into crisis due to a sense of judgment.

Yours for peace,

What Killed Stonehenge?

Our organization's independent members and their families are parallel to the 200 nations, so as we apply the plans of each of the proposals in our own lives to solve our problems, we can demonstrate the potential of the plan to function on the international levels.

We have been dealing with an internal genocide in the form of a character defamation campaign, which is a form of genocide. Our focus at this time is parallel to the global genocide that is unfolding that started with the Iraq War, and the act of revenge that started with the Gulf War and the US invasion of Kuwait.

First, we asked the diplomatic community to do a genocide watch.

For millennia, people have gone to Stonehenge and have seen the stones and have marveled at the amount of time and effort went into moving those huge stones hundreds of miles, and wondered why they did it. We see the ravages of time, and wonder its original purpose and what the original plan was. Was it abandoned before it was completed?

The archeologists have focused on collecting evidence, and with each discovery, they have marveled at the scientific accuracy of these ancient people being able to predict eclipses and the exact place of sunrises and sunsets and full moons.

They have wondered about the bodies that have been buried at Stonehenge, and whether the people who lived there used it for some sort of religious rituals, and how it all fit together. Were sacrifices performed on the flat stones, and the victims buried there, or did the people of the area build Stonehenge to honor their dead? If so, how do you account for the fact that some of the people buried there came from distant places?

Archeologists learned that Stonehenge was built in three stages, over a span of thousands of years. The first was a ring of posts in the ground. The second was the huge center standing stones. The third was the ring of smaller stones that partially lined the original posts.

Recent archeological findings have shown Stonehenge to be part of a larger concept, several sites that are located close enough together in time and space to have functioned simultaneously, but each with a different purpose.

These findings support our theory that Stonehenge was used as a site for conflict resolution, and it drew kings and queens from all over the known world to settle their disputes.

The first proposal of the plan for the international government addresses the establishment of an international court system, so that disputes between nations off the battlefield and puts them into a legitimate and recognized court system, saving lives and monies. History is repeating itself.

Looking again at Stonehenge, we focus on the fact that at some point in time, kings and queens stopped going there to handle disputes. Why did they stop?

Stonehenge is evolving to the next level, now about to address the issue that led to its abandonment.

It is time to draw together everything we know and to put it into one solid theory that can stand the test of time, and answers all the questions that have been posed since the original inhabitants walked away and its purpose forgotten.

What?! We don't recommend any changes?

The crisis we are facing as a planet devolved as an act of revenge, which is based on five power games, including war, genocide, massacres and human rights violations, and terrorism. Two of the games are based on weaving an illusion. The truth cannot overcome the lies that are going out, it just reaches the point where no one knows who to trust.

Win-win agreements overcome the lies, but before the illusion collapses, how do you know who has what you want? What if someone is dragging you deeper into the illusion?

This is why we are opening the plan to debate amongst the diplomatic community.

We are looking for the world's statesmen and women who will participate in creating the international government, and people prove their intent by what they say and do.

Once they get to the conference, they will take debate to the next level, and that is to do what our Founding Fathers did, they "stormed the mountain," and built on each other's input to achieve the highest and  best for all people, an institution with the capacity to last for 1000 years.

Your Excellency: The Shift to Economic Capacity

4 August 2015

Open letter to the diplomatic community

Your Excellency:

In a previous letter, I stated that the new structure under the international government will trigger a shift in perspective from military strength to economic capacity, and while we don’t advise any major changes at this time in how the governments function, I would like to explain the basis for making the transition.

Until this time, there have been games of one-upmanship for power and resources based on a sense of lack, but the games no longer work. There is always a backlash to the games. The solution is for everyone to work together, because with the shared resources of the planet, the solutions will be found.

The international government will have eleven departments. They will advise individual nations to help to maintain the world’s resources at their highest levels. The economic departments and their committees that work between the departments will make fair and equitable trade agreements between nations. They will also be available to advise individual governments on what resources a nation has. When you are in a crisis situation, it is hard to see what resources you have to work with, and you are pushing away what you need and holding onto what can’t help you. It takes looking at the issue from a broader perspective to see the logical solution, and this is why I recommend that the diplomatic community open dialogue on the issues that mankind is facing.

Our first two proposals enable the United States and England (we are temporarily separating England from the UK) to find their traditional and historic niches. Both are prosperous nations, but our proposals demonstrate what makes them unique from other nations, and what it takes to start to transition to an economy based on a sense of abundance rather than from a sense of lack. Our Exit Strategy for Iraq establishes an international court system so that disputes between nations are settled in court rather than the battlefield, and the monies now wasted on war go to support the people. The U.S. Constitution guaranteed the rights of the people, which drew people from all over the world, and every time one immigrant came to the United States, we multiplied our resources because we had his or her lifetime accumulated wealth of wisdom and expertise.

Yours for peace,

Letter to Mr. Siddiqui, Gandhi Jinnah Peace Research Institute of South Asia.

Our organization received a letter from a man in Pakistan who has started a non profit organization--Pakistan Chapter of the "Gandhi Jinnah Peace Research Institute of South Asia," and he  is standing in protest against corruption in government. This is a response to his letter that can apply to many similar circumstances around the planet.

Dear Mr. Siddiqui:

After reading your letters, I would like to share with you what I have learned about getting the attention of the powerful elite. I found that they will only listen if you have the masses behind you and you are introducing a plan that benefits everyone. That is why my organization has affiliate membership. You may be able to open a dialogue, but the change comes within a culture when the people are ready for change—because people will no longer tolerate the power games—and someone offers a plan that benefits everyone.

Why am I telling you this? Isn’t this what Gandhi and Jinnah did to enable India to gain its independence? The old structure based on oppression is collapsing, and the new structure that functions on a higher level is rising in popularity.

Once they reach equal levels, the new structure must not succumb to the same power games that the old structure was based upon, or it too becomes oppressive. It is a matter of standing on the principles of fairness and equality.

Open a dialogue amongst your family and friends and within your organization about how you intend to end the corruption within the power elite amongst the people. Come up with a plan that benefits everyone. From my own experience, the people you are trying to convince have no interest in listening to you, I am sorry to say. There is no incentive to change unless squeezed to do so by the creation of something that functions on a higher level. Leave them in the proverbial dust.

Talk to everyone you know about the plan for the international government. I am not sure if we will have a proposal for Pakistan and India, but start with ending the global genocide that started with the preemptive strike on Iraq. Then I recommend you follow through on the topics of debate as the plan for the international government progresses.

The first idea is that there is always a backlash to the power games. If you grab for power, you are coming from a lack of power. Corruption may seem to work for a time, but the games end when played on an innocent person, such as President George W. Bush and the preemptive strike on Saddam Hussein. The fact there were no WMD means that he was innocent of the charges against him. The grab for power ended up with George W. Bush and Tony Blair losing power.

There is no judgment against them because everyone plays the games, but the games don’t work. What does work is having a plan that benefits everyone.

This first idea is that the games are oppressive to the people, and that disputes between nations should be settled in a legitimate and globally recognized international court system rather than the battlefield. The present structure is unfair and isn’t working. The United Nations has proven it cannot end or prevent wars. The international legal system will be based on Universal Law, to which every person on the planet has been exposed. It guarantees the inalienable rights to every person on the planet—to be able to create the life they want without interference, to be treated fairly and equally, and to have a voice in their government. These are the rights granted to us by the Creator of us all, and denied to us by corrupt governments. A government that oppresses its people is not fighting the people. It is fighting the entire Universe, and can’t win.

While corrupt governments may seem to have absolute power, true power comes from assuming responsibility, not from oppressive power games, and therefore, the power a government has is derived from the people. Open the dialogue amongst the people how they can assume responsibility for the issues that the people are facing and that the government is not. This is the strength of civil society. A global renaissance functions on a higher level than a global genocide.
