Unraveling the Illusion Created by the Iraq Genocide

Dear President Obama:

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 77 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

Tomorrow, December 30th, marks the anniversary of the death of Saddam Hussein. At one time he was considered an ally of the United States. Once President Bush and his administration realized that he would not be able to stabilize Iraq, he could have gone to Saddam Hussein with a win-win agreement. Instead, the Grand Lie to justify the war continued to send out ripples of effects.

The judgment against him devolved not as a war, but a genocide, and the illusion that genocides are based on is still going out, ripple after ripple. Once the Grand Lie has been told, no one knows who to trust. In the past, I told you that overcoming the illusion must be done by demonstration. That is the role that we, as America, must address. We must stand on the principles that made us great as a nation.

Those who function for their own interests take advantage of the conflict. People see the issue from different perspectives, and they may be miles apart. An example of this is the dictator who is an ally on the War on Terror, and functions entirely for his own interests. It seems like working together would be a win-win agreement, but not if he is undermining his own people who are standing in protest of unfair practices.

It would be easy to listen to the advice of your military experts to accelerate the military strikes against ISIS, but that will create a feud, something you do not wish to do, because it makes the crisis much worse--unending--just as the death of Saddam Hussein made the easy solution more difficult.

The solution is the Exit Strategy for Iraq, our proposal, only training the Iraqis to handle their own battles, and to face the issue that Saddam Hussein was innocent of the charges against him that justified the preemptive strike. That may not be something you wish to do, but my organization can, because we are also introducing a way to end the crisis so that everyone can function on a higher level.

Yours for peace,

Winter Solstice Marks the Beginning of Focus on Creativity!

Today is the winter solstice of the northern hemisphere, and the beginning of a new yearly cycle. We, who are part of the new global faith known as the Faith of the Pure Ray start to focus on the teachings of Christianity, which teaches the principles of Creativity. While Christians all over the world prepare to celebrate their traditional Christmas holiday, we are drawing in any individual on the planet who has an idea for a project that benefits everyone, and is willing to start to create it.

The Faith of the Pure Ray is a new global faith the draws all seven of the world's major religions into one spiritual body. Each of the major religions teaches one segment of the knowledge.  In the future, clerics from each of the major religions will work together in one "church" to teach people who wish to learn how to create the life they want, the principles of their religions.

The Fundamental Changes Necessary For World Peace

Dear President Obama:

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation. As of today, people in 77 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

The plan for the international government is open to debate, and people all over the world know about it and believe it solves all the problems. The potential is there, but now it is time to bring it about.

The power a nation has is derived from the people, no matter how despotic a leader is. World peace must come not as the result of a treaty between world leaders, but from the people.

World peace requires a fundamental change in how people function. It is a personal commitment, not the matter of casting a vote or posting a "like" on Facebook. The affiliate members we have gathered have "liked" the plan, but that has only allowed us to leverage the idea for the plan onto the government level.

Now comes the fundamental change. The time for debate will continue, but people must transition from war-based thinking to peace-based thinking. Once again, by demonstration, we are starting with opening the idea on the widest perspective possible--the reason for these messages to you and to the diplomatic community--and amongst our potential independent members to draw them into the process.

Today is the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere, the day that represents the beginning of a new cycle--the light is coming back into the world.

Prior to this day, as the days were getting darker, symbolically people were being squeezed. People have been like seeds, comfortable in their own little pods, but there is only potential, no sense of drive to a seed. The squeezing action places the seed into an uncomfortable place, that it must break out of the comfort zone and start to be the being it was programmed to be.

People have relied on jobs that are safe, jobs that offer benefits and financial security so the individuals can purchase houses, for example. That is important to a stable economy, but in the long run, it won't work. The new economy will be based on the principles of the cooperation of nature, and in the future, people will be basing their personal income on one's talents and gifts, and making win-win agreements. It is as if people will have to create their own jobs rather than to rely on procuring jobs that already exist.

An example of how this will transition on the international level is with the United States. We are an industrial nation, and a breadbasket, and that is safe and secure, but so are many other nations. What makes us unique on the international level is our constitution. This is our national niche.

People from all over the world believe the United States has greater rights and freedom to function on a higher level. People have come to America for years and creating a melting pot of cultures and religions.

The focus now is on finding a niche, based on a nation's natural resources, and many other factors, and the individual's talents and gifts, and using that concept to enable everyone to function on a higher level.

To enable the United States to transition to our niche, under Universal Law, we must enable others to create their niche. This enables the United States to draw in England with the Oxford and Stonehenge event. We are helping England to transition to their traditional and historical niche, of unification and conflict resolution, something that England has forgotten into their drive to be safe and secure--which ultimately led England to be less safe and less secure.

I am demonstrating the same concepts within my organization to draw in the potential independent members that are necessary to enable Oxford and Stonehenge events to come about.

Our first proposal is the Exit Strategy for Iraq, which sets the stage for disputes between nations to be resolved in a legitimate and recognized  international court, rather than the battlefield, and the monies now wasted on war to go to benefit the people, instead. As the successful demonstration of unification and conflict resolution is addressed at Oxford and Stonehenge, the U.S. economy will start to transition, also.

His Excellency Lukman Faily (Ambassador from Iraq to the United States)

Your Excellency,

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 77 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

Our first proposal is an Exit Strategy for Iraq, and our proposal leads to the creation of an international court system so that disputes between nations will be taken off the battlefield, saving many lives, and also infrastructure. If the international court system of our proposed international government had been in effect at the time of the Gulf War, Saddam Hussein would have taken Kuwait to court for its horizontal drilling into Iraqi oil fields rather than attempting to invade Kuwait.

With the entire Coalition forces bearing down on Iraq in 2003, Saddam Hussein could have taken George W. Bush to court, and the dispute would have been resolved without loss of lives.

"Occupation takes, and liberation gives."

You can find out more about the plan for the international government and the two proposals that affect Iraq at http://www.oneworldgov.org.

I recommend you take this issue to the diplomatic community and open it to debate. Our organization recommends that as part of the transition process to create the proposed international government, that the diplomatic community debate this issue, and that Iraq and the United States demonstrate together the potential of this proposal to solve the issue of disputes between nations.

Declaration of Inalienable Rights

Today people all over the world turn their attention to the issue of human rights. To stand in protest of human rights violations, and for your voice to be respected, there must be a plan that benefits everyone. It is not enough to stand in protest and to expect people who function for their own interests to change their behavior.

The plan for the proposed international government is the way to guarantee the inalienable rights we have as citizens of this planet. The plan is based on doing what is in everyone's best interest, and therefore our plan is being regarded by even those who have no social conscience.

The first issue on our agenda is guaranteeing to every person on the  planet their inalienable rights. It is a matter of basing the plan on a proven concept, and that is the U.S. Constitution.

Our Founding Fathers lived in a time of great oppression. You can see their longing for peace and tranquility when your read the Declaration of Independence. Once they achieved their right to sovereignty, by drawing together the colonists with a common cause, then they were placed in the remarkable position that if living under the oppressive regime of King George III didn't suit them, what would?

They understood what they didn't want, but then they had to decide what they did want, and then create a plan that enabled them to achieve their goal of "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness."

Generation after generation, the plan has unfolded, and issues that clarify the American identity have come up to be addressed.

Now it is time for the same series of events to be replayed, and for the same choices to be made, but this time on global scale.

Our goal is the inalienable rights that the Creator of us all to be granted to every person on the planet.

They have always been there, but as we as individuals create by default, and assume positions of power as chosen leadership, those rights are abrogated. As their own agenda reaches its ultimate conclusion, it backlashes and that individual loses power, and is replaced.

The first step is to identify one's nations as "deserving" the rights that are guaranteed by our Creator, which is not what it seems, because rights are not based on deserving, but guaranteed. No one "de-serves" inalienable rights because to abrogate those rights is to lose one's power.

The inalienable rights granted to us by our Creator are:

  • To create the life we want without interference,
  • to be treated fairly and equally,
  • and to have a voice in our government.
The application of those inalienable rights is expressed in the U.S. Constitution.

To enable every person on the planet their inalienable rights, we must, as a planet, follow the same course that our Founding Fathers took to create the United States of America.

While the United States is the teacher by demonstration that this concept will work, the results for the international government will be much higher. With the input of people all over the planet, given the right to speak and express concerns to be addressed by the general assembly--called the leadership council--a group of individuals who have proven their intent by standing on the principles of fairness and equality--then mankind will progress on the path to its creation.

The leadership council exists. That is the diplomatic community in every nation. At this time they have plenipotentiary powers within their own nations, but none internationally. They will enable delegations to form from within their own nations to represent their cultures within the international government only. It won't be until the conference of world leaders occurs that the international government will have the rights to dispense rights to the peoples.

The Faith of the Pure Ray

Each of the world's seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to understand to create the life you want. By drawing all the religions together into one spiritual body of teachings, it is possible for people to create the life each wants.

Each segment of these spiritual teachings is based on one stage of the planning process. If you know the root cause of a crisis, with the planning process, you can find the solution. These are ancient teachings, found within the symbology of the Rainbow and Tarot cards.

Jesus taught the principles of Creativity, which is associated with the color red. Red is a symbol of coming up with a plan.

Moses taught the principles of Productivity, the color orange,
which brings in the people you need to help you.

Gautama Buddha taught the principles of getting the support you need. Yellow is the color of Buddhism, and of Prosperity.

The Prophet Muhammad taught the principles of Equality.

Rama taught the principles of Security, and blue is the color of Hinduism. His rescue of his wife, Sita, in the Ramayana is an example of the principles of Security.

Confucius taught the principles of Capacity,
which in the Rainbow is the color indigo.

Lao Tzu taught Tolerance and Empowerment, which in in the Rainbow is the color violet.

In the future, clerics from each of the seven religions will come together under one roof and teach the people who are working to create the life they want the principles of their religions. In the same building will be offices of the proposed international government, which will guarantee their inalienable rights to create their life without interference.

New Global Holiday: Christ Mass Announced

Karen Holmes, the principal of The World Peace Organization for the One World Government, is announcing the first holiday of the spiritual year, Christ Mass, to be celebrated on December 21, 2014.

Christ Mass is not just for Christians. It is a global holiday that is one of the seven holidays celebrated as part of the Faith of the Pure Ray.

The Faith of the Pure Ray draws together all the world's seven major religions into one spiritual body of knowledge that is necessary to understand to create the life you want. It makes no difference what your religion is, when you start out on the journey to create the life you want, you first must apply the principles of Christianity and Creativity, the symbol for it is the color red.

Jesus of Nazareth taught the principles of Creativity to his culture at a time when they were open to his lessons. His teachings focused on the lessons of the Beatitudes, still taught today. It was a time of great social and political turmoil.

The yearly calendar of holidays is based on the ancient teachings of the planning process. If you know the root cause of a crisis, with the planning process, you can find the solution to the crisis.  The symbology is the Rainbow, not just a symbol of hope (to the Prophet Noah,) but a promise from the Creator of us all that there is a solution to every crisis.

Our focus now turns to solving problems, creating a  plan that enables everyone on the planet to function on a higher level, based on the principles of Creativity.

Eventually, priests and ministers and pastors of the Christian religion will come together to teach these principles of their religion in Faith of the Pure Ray churches, basically schools that draw together all the seven major religions into one building. In the same building will be offices of the proposed international government to guarantee the rights of the people to create the life each wants without interference.

Dear President Obama: In regards to Cuba..

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 77 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

Not all nations are ready simultaneously to join the plan for the international government. Even if they like the plan, nations may not be ready. There is a squeezing actions that occurs first and a Moment of Choice.

Our proposals are offered in a specific order from the most general to the more specific, and one triggers the others and builds on the foundation that is being created.

In  regards to Cuba, and foreign policy related to normalizing relations, Cuba is not ready to come into the process.

With the Moment of Choice, there is a series of "battles" that are established, and on a parallel basis, it is like a husband and wife going through a hostile divorce. One stands on the principles and one stands on the power games, and may even resort to acts of revenge. If the one who goes down into the games gets revenge, it draws in others, and it creates a coalition against the one who stands on the principles.

To recognize the one who stands on the games as the legitimate government, it kicks the nation off balance and creates a civil war.

This is what occurred in Iraq.

The first 8 nations, including the United States, has fallen into crisis because of this.

As in a divorce, the children are affected, but also neighbors and others who normally would not have a say in the relationship. It is very important to address the root cause of the crisis to leave out the sense of judgment and to find a sense of balance through conflict resolution between the original two.

Cuba is still going through the series of battles, and by going in too soon, this will break open a conflict that will trigger others and spiral out of control.

With acts of revenge, each of the games-players undermines the one who brought him into the coalition.

Iraq is the conflict that triggered a global genocide, and that must come first. It addresses the rationale for creating an international court system that enables disputes between nations to be resolved without loss of lives.

Yours for peace,

Dear President Obama: The dilemma of waging war and peace

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 77 nations, including Muslim nations and now Russia, support the plan for the international government.

I would like to again look at the idea of Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel's resignation and the search for his replacement.

The call for military intervention in Iraq against ISIS is very strong from people whose focus is military, and Hagel's focus has been on downsizing the military. This put him into a dilemma, that he had to do something, but he didn't know what to do. The solution to every dilemma is to do what is in everyone's best interest. The solution has elements of both extremes, but finds the middle ground.

Because the plan for the international government is in everyone's best interest, that will always be the solution.

The plan for the international government is huge, and it addresses all the crises we are facing as a planet.

The solution for ISIS is not just military intervention, but the introduction of the premise that each of the world's seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to create the life you want. Each also plays one favorite power game, and this is what has led to the destabilization of the Middle East by Israel.

There is a Muslim prophecy that Jesus and Muhammad will return and work together to bring world peace, and that is what is occurring now. The caliphate is not what many Muslims think. It is not that one man will make himself emperor of the planet by brute force, but the plan for the international government, where every person on the planet has the opportunity, the capacity and the equality to create the life they want.

So, by understanding the wider perspective, it is possible to come to a non-military intervention in what is an unfolding genocide.

Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes,
Principal

Dear President Obama: Please consider your options

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

In the news today, there is an announcement that Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel is stepping down. It seems to me that his resignation involves letting go of the plan for the international government. Secretary Hagel's resignation is his personal choice, but the plan for the international government must continue on with him or without him.

Why? Please consider the options we have as a planet.

We always have three choices. One is to ignore the crisis and pass it on to future generations, and it takes seven generations to undo the damage. We can choose to react based on fears, to go down into playing games, like revenge, which leads to a global war. We can choose to stand on the principles with everyone working together to solve the problems.

This is the choice mankind is facing now as a planet. While we always have three choices, two are untenable, and it comes to the point where we have only one choice. The plan must go on. Mankind has no other choice.

This is the main crisis that you are facing now.

The conflict in Iraq is devolving as a genocide. There is great potential for the same conditions on a global basis that occurred in Rwanda, with mass murders.

The dictionary definition of genocide is ethnic cleansing, but genocides are the result of a sense of judgment, of good versus evil--Axis of Evil.

No one has the right to judge another as being evil.

The 200 potential independent members of my organization are a microcosm of the entire planet. The events in my life are parallel to what occurred to Saddam Hussein, and my family is parallel to Iraq. I am facing a hostile takeover bid, a character defamation campaign, just as Saddam Hussein faced.

When exposed to the plan for the international government, a small group of people judged me as incompetent, and they grabbed for power. They chose to go down into the five power games of revenge, and are attempting to tear apart the plan. Their own capacity is based on weaving an illusion. The genocide is spreading to draw in more people. Many people are fighting for their lives.

We can speak from personal experience about the solutions that have been introduced.

As previous presidents have understood, there is no existing protocol for ending a genocide. That must be now addressed.

At first, the plan for the international government has seemed like going to people to encourage them to participate, or just passing legislation, or an executive order. That can't be further from the truth.

Don't expect that you can offer the plan for the international government and expect anyone to see the potential of the plan. Only a very few people on the planet see its potential. Change must come slowly and in perfect order or there is resistance. We are looking at changes in baby steps. They won't see the potential until they see what they can get out of it.

I ask that you not give up on the plan for the international government, or fall victim to the judgment of the people who function for their own best interests. Don't give up, because too much is at stake. In the illusion, everything is backwards. People who believe that they are at the end of their experiences are just starting, and the people who are just starting, are facing the end.

People must understand that peace is possible, that there is a plan, a process that enables anyone to solve the problems if you just know how to do it.

That is why I have placed online the planning steps and stages for the first eight proposals. Together, they enable peace in the Middle East to come.

You have been working on health care and immigration reform. This is our agenda:

  1. Universal equality under the law.
  2. Universal inalienable rights.
  3. A global economy based on win-win agreements.
  4. National niches based on natural resources, and individual niches based on talents and gifts.
  5. Recourse to change what is unfair in the international legal system.
  6. Multi-cultural plan review for new technologies.
  7. Life-partnership alliances between nations, a form of mutual mentoring.
  8. Life-partnerships alliances between nations to solve internal issues.
  9. A global economy based on the cooperation of nature.

These goals will take many years to achieve. We are working to create a global renaissance, a new paradigm for the future.

Yours for peace,

Dear President Obama: Stop the Genocide!

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

The conflict in Iraq devolved not as a war or acts of terrorism, but as a genocide, which is one of the games related to the five games associated with revenge. The game of Pride. In the case of Iraq it started with the Gulf War when George HW Bush stopped Saddam Hussein from defending his oil reserves from Kuwait's horizontal drilling. The genocide started with George W. Bush's judgment that Saddam Hussein was evil. That brought in the Coalition nations who play the game of Greed, and came for lucrative contracts and other perks. That brought in the world's leaders who play the game of Lust, translated into slavery and human rights violations, who declare they are allies in the War on Terror, who brought in the people who rely on terrorism to gain a voice.

The three power games associated with Pride, Greed and Anger have reached their ultimate conclusion and the pendulum is swinging back again, but the games that are based on weaving an illusion are swinging the pendulum out more. Genocide and Slavery are still a major issue and spreading to the rest of the planet.

To stop the slavery, people must have a place to go.

To stop a genocide, someone must stand up to defend the person who is being targeted in the character defamation campaign. The genocide started with the judgment against Saddam Hussein that he was evil, and he was even paraded in front of the world and degraded.

The issue of no WMD has been muddied by recent finds of chemical weapons, and you will continue to see obfuscation of the fact that he was attempting to comply with UN sanctions.

My organization is standing up to defend Saddam Hussein, but in an attempt to take control of my organization, I have suffered the same defamation as Saddam Hussein. I can speak from personal experience on this that the games of illusion in Iraq will continue on until Saddam Hussein is exonerated of being evil.

All of the eight nations that have proposals for our first year have fallen into crisis because of a sense of judgment. Our first two proposals are U.S. proposals.

Under Universal Law, when you judge someone as evil, that person goes up and the person who judges will be judged.

The U.S. legal system is based on the premise that someone is considered innocent until proven guilty because you cannot defend yourself from prejudice and ulterior motives.

At the ultimate conclusion of the games, there is a flip-flop effect. The Muslims should be defending Saddam Hussein but they are not, and America, who should be considering him Axis of Evil because of the judgment against him, is standing up to defend him.

My organization is standing to defend Saddam Hussein. Now, instead of the ripples of effects that have gone out from the genocide continuing to go out, the projects and events can go forward to end the crisis in Iraq, and under Universal Law, I can defend myself.

The only basis for the international legal system can be Universal Law, and at this point, every person on the planet has been exposed to it. All the world's major religions are based on it, and this, and the fact that the power games are oppressive to the people, enables a unifying effect and its counterpart, conflict resolution. Because everyone on the planet has been affected by the global genocide, there can be a unification  of the entire planet and world peace is possible.

Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes,

Mankind's Three Choices on Religion

We, as a planet, are facing three choices
now related to religion.

ISIS represents a global choice for mankind.,
ISIS has declared they are establishing
a global currency. With Muslims in every nation,
it is possible that they will draw many people
into their new State.

Mankind can choose to continue on as before,
With seven major religions. This passes the crisis onto future generations, and it will take seven generations to undo the damage that has been done.

The final choice is the Faith of the Pure Ray, which draws together all the seven major religions into one body of spiritual teachings, based on the premise that each of the seven major religions teaches one segment of the body of knowledge that is necessary to create the life you want.

I have started to channel a book with an illustrious list of collaborators—Lady Gaia and I AM That I AM, Jesus, Moses, Gautama Buddha, Muhammad, Rama, Confucius, Lao Tzu, Karol Wojtyla, and an introduction by Saddam Hussein—that introduces the Faith of the Pure Ray. The second half of the book they will return to answer questions.

While the creation of an international government may be something that is too difficult to comprehend the
enormity of its impact, I think this global choice we are facing is not beyond anyone’s grasp to understand.

Yours for peace,

Principal

Letter to Ambassador Jubeir of Saudi Arabia

Your Excellency,

My organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including many Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

This week, Baghdadi issued a threat to King Abdullah, declaring he is not the legitimate leader of your nation, and called for ISIS to rise up against you. I would like to offer you a solution to this crisis.

The solution is to join in participation in the proposed international government.

The power games that ISIS is playing are oppressive to the people, and to your government, and what oppressed people lack is equality. The plan for the international government guarantees to every person on the planet equal rights, and for all the world leaders to be considered equal, also.

The international government is an additional layer of government over what already exists, and does not attempt to change what is in a country. It respects a nation's right to it culture and religion.

Power comes not from oppression, but from assuming responsibility to undo the damage that those who have no social conscience have done, and by guaranteeing the rights of all Saudis, there is no question in the minds of the people that King Abdullah is the legitimate leader of Saudi Arabia.

Our proposal is online along with the planning to carry the proposal all the war to fruition at a world conference of leaders. I could send you a proposal, but online it can be translated into Arabic, and you can see why so many Muslims around the world believe our plan is the solution to the crises they are facing.

Find the proposal and the planning at http://www.oneworldgov.org.

Because this proposal is like one brick in the foundation of a major building, and other bricks come first, I ask that you approach President Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry to discuss their parts in bringing out the international government. The two US proposals, including our Exit Strategy for Iraq, are online and can be translated into Arabic, also.

I can be reached by phone at 541 412 7000 or cell at 541 661 0670 if you have any questions.

Your Excellency,

Dear President Obama: We are facing a global genocide

November 13, 2014

Our organization is working to introduce a plan for an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

The Republican perspective is based on the a schism that formed with the neocon influence, but it is based on a sense of illusion. It is as if events have pushed everything off base, and that this is now the norm, but that is not the case at all. No one will move forward with things as they are.

To put troops back into Iraq, at the urging of the military advisors, will devolve into a feud.

The knee jerk reaction that the military is recommending, based on fighting a war, will not end the conflict, but make the conflict worse. It is a genocide, not a war. It devolved from a sense of judgment. President Bush told a Grand Lie to justify the preemptive strike. You cannot keep attacking a sovereign country and justify more deaths, nor can you say you are sorry and walk away.

President Bush's reaction was the surge, but the that option is no longer possible. The reason is that the conflict will escalate, and with Muslims in nearly every nation on the planet, we could find ourselves in a global war with us facing the rest of the planet. If that occurs, we won't win that war.

The only solution is the international government, starting with addressing the issue that Saddam Hussein was attempting to comply with UN sanctions by destroying WMD.

I have a proposal that addresses the choice the United States must make to participate in the creation of the international government.  It is not online with our other proposals.

The other thing to address is that the schism that has occurred within governments around the world. There are two plans for an international government that are circulating. Within the governments, one individual in power is standing on the principles, and it threatens the security and support of another person of power, who responds by playing power games. As you talk about this plan with other world leaders, you may find that you are not speaking of the same plan that they are.

As the world leaders have jockeyed for power, the games of war, massacre and terrorism have reached their ultimate conclusion while the games of genocide and slavery have pushed the pendulum further out. There is a great deal of illusion. Things are not as they seem. It is if there is an optical illusion, and it is very powerful. No one really has the same perspective of the plan as you do, or as I do. This is why it must come slowly and in perfect order, step by step, and everyone must see how it will benefit them to participate.

As the crisis devolves, people will be fighting for their lives, and attempting to make agreements that actually reinforce their games, such as extortion. The last stage of the genocide is that the perpetrators of the genocide believe they have been victimized.

This is the hardest test that any president in the history of the United States has faced. We are facing a global genocide, and the illusion is very strong. The plan for the international government is the solution.

Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes

Dear President Obama: How to end the threat of Ebola

October 26, 2014

Our organization is working to introduce a plan for an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

I have been offering you solutions to global issues, and tonight I would like to explain to you how the plan for the international government can help with the Ebola crisis.

Scientists are not sure yet about how viral diseases come about. Our technology team will address this, and it relates to Christian teachings also, and that is "what you believe is what is." Viruses are manifested belief structures. The symptoms related to the Ebola virus are bleeding and death. Blood relates to one's life, and people die when they believe they can't get the life they want.

As a dental hygienist, I was responsible for taking medical histories, and then counsel patients on their stress related medical problems. I got to know my patient's life crises, and I was able to correlate them easily. Our organization even has a way to heal pancreatic cancer, which is nearly 100% fatal. Family case histories are oftentimes overlooked by doctors.

The World Health Organization says that the  locations where the Ebola virus has broken out have experienced long periods of conflict. It is as if the conflict is draining the life out of the people. If you consider that wars and genocides destroy the economy and infrastructure, it is easy to see that belief structure could be prevalent, and that people could fall back to hunting wild animals for food.

Africa has seen long periods of conflict.

The plan for the international government guarantees to every person on the planet their inalienable rights, to be able to create the life they want without interference, to be treated fairly and equally, and to have a voice in their government. In the era of the international government, medical crises like Ebola will disappear. Degenerative diseases like fibromyalgia will be a thing of the past. The conditions that support them just won't be there.

I recommend that your foreign policies that will lead to years of fighting ISIS be addressed. That instead you consider supporting the plan for the international government, which has the potential to lead to a global renaissance. Instead of getting further into the conflict, step away from it and support the World Peace Plan.

It is fine to continue to defend our nation, from ISIS and from Ebola, we need to be also embracing a plan that allows everyone on the planet to function on a higher level.

Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes,

Dear President Obama: Enslavement of Iraqi Women and Children by ISIS

Dear President Obama:

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

The slavery issue in Iraq can be addressed and resolved by the proposed international government because it guarantees to every person on the planet their inalienable rights granted to all the peoples of the planet by the Creator of us all. Our inalienable rights are to be able to create the life we want without interference, to be treated fairly and equally, and to have a voice in our government.

Our inalienable rights are abrogated by the governments and people in power that rely on power games to make a presence on the international level or within the nations, because the games are oppressive to the people.

The rise of slavery is one of the ripples of effects that have gone out from the Iraq War. It is one of five games that make up the act of revenge. People who play the game of slavery fear intimacy, and they believe they can gain it by joining with the others in the act of revenge. The revenge is a means to an end. ISIS is enslaving women and children to enable themselves to gain a voice and a sense of abundance.

People who are enslaved are vulnerable to the attacks because they have no place to go. No sense of home.

America is a melting pot of cultures and religions. An American can look like anyone on the planet. Our national identity is that of diversity. In Iraq, people generally identify with sects or tribes, and secondly that they are Iraqis, which alienates Iraqis who are different in some way.

Under the existing paradigm, national borders were drawn across cultures to keep the people destabilized, but under the international government, the borders may be redrawn based on common cultures, and there may be up to 500 nations. To counter that effect, a nation will have more power in the international House of Representatives by staying together.

The first right a citizen will have guaranteed to him or her is the right to leave a country if he feels he is being oppressed. Governments that are oppressive to their people will lose power on the international level, so they will have to turn their attentions inside their country to enable the people to prosper to maintain their power.

At the same time, nations that offer greater rights will see an increase of immigration, which will probably be short-termed because the people of the same culture generally prefer to stay together.

Yours for peace,

Dear President Obama: World Peace Will Be the Will of the People

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

At first, only a few individuals will see the potential for the plan for the international government, and those are the people whose perspective is the overview, the way the United States can be considered the overview concept for the planet. We are a melting pot of cultures and religions. The overview perspective comes first to introduce the idea for the international government, but then we must draw in the other nations whose perspective is narrower. We don't expect everyone to see the wider perspective.

Those whose interests depend on gamesmanship are threatened by the introduction of the plan for the international government, and they will hold on tenaciously to the old paradigm.

This comes to a Moment of Choice between two people, and one will stand on the principles and the other will rely on the games. This leads to a series of battles. This is what is creating the friction on the planet at this time. The choices have gone out and they have created a schism within governments.

It is a matter of interpretation, the difference between the intent of the law and the letter of the law.

The plan for the international government must come slowly and in perfect order, and as we address one issue at a time, the nations will start to line up in a row.  Until their issues are addressed, the schism will exist in each of the nations. For the plan to be accepted in that nation, we must offer the leadership something that enables them to function on a higher level. This in effect, enables the creation of a flat hierarchy, where the side that is relying on the games is attempting to coerce their goal of a vertical hierarchy.

Participation in the international government must come by invitation of the people, not by the world's leaders sitting down to write a treaty, which is what everyone assumed was necessary, and was frustrated that the world's leaders refused to do at the many summits. The world's leaders will never agree to a treaty, but will agree to a constitution once they see how the plan benefits them.

The United States will demonstrate how the new international government will function, as the result of the will of the people, when our nation works to amend our Constitution to create the additional layer of government. Now, they see our president as the most powerful person on the planet, and don't understand that power is derived from the people of the nation.

Dear President Obama: Ending Disputes Between Nations

Concerning the creation of an international court system that can end disputes between nations.

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

At the present time, there is no international protocol for ending disputes between nations. It is our responsibility to create one because the conflict in the Middle East is not just a dispute and resolving matters as usual. Relying on usual tactics, such as what Leon Panetta recommends, will keep the United States at war for the next 30 years.

This crisis is a dilemma, and the solution to every dilemma is to do what is in everyone's best interest, not just the interests of the United States.

Our Exit Strategy for Iraq is the solution to this crisis, which is based on the acts of revenge and covert and overt actions to destabilize a regime, and in this case, it is the United States and many other nations that are facing this crisis.

There is a schism that has formed within governments, and the one who stands on the principles sees the crisis, and the other only sees this as the opportunity to get back his or her power, and does not see how destructive it is to align themselves with people outside of the family/country.

This is occurring within the United States between the Democrats and the Republicans, where the Republicans see this crisis as their opportunity to regain their power and support but don't have a plan to end the conflict except for waging war for the next 30 years. They may believe they can go to allies in the War on Terror, who weave an illusion because the root cause of terrorism is not that some people are good and some are bad, and the bad want to hurt the good.

Because this is occurring in many nations around the world, it is demonstrating the present international structure cannot end or prevent wars and genocides, so a new structure must be set into place that can.

A genocide is based on illusion, and it is impossible under the present international structure to have a fair trial. You may see this with the case against Kenyatta in the ICC.

Every nation has the right to decide its own leadership, but it must come from within the country, not from outside influences, and this is the solution. It allows the US to withdraw gracefully from Iraq, and still have access to oil reserves and a strategic location but without putting US citizens at risk.

Our Exit Strategy for Iraq is the solution to this. It is a protocol for ending genocides and establishes an international court system that sees through the illusion of the genocide, and allows future disputes to be handled in court.

Dear President Obama: New Threats to the United States

(In regards to the Bush administration's claims that you are responsible for the rise of ISIS)

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government, and amongst our list of affiliate members are many people of power.

In the past, I have written to you about the fact that the present conflict in Iraq, including ISIS, is based on the power games associated with revenge, a character defamation campaign against Saddam Hussein. To stop a genocide, someone must stand up to defend the person who is being defamed. Over the last 10 years, many people have stood up to declare there were no WMD, including Hans Blix, but nothing has been done officially about these protests within the United States.

Now President Bush and members of his administration are declaring that their actions were justified in keeping down terrorism within the Middle East, and those claims are based on a false definition about the root cause of terrorism. Their plot to defame and undermine Saddam Hussein started a genocide, and ripples after ripples of effects have gone out to draw every person on the planet into the crisis.

We are facing a new threat within the United States, and that is that there is the potential for genocide between the Democrats and the Republicans. During the Iraq War, the Republicans seemed to have all the power, and then when the Democrats got into power, the Republicans seemed to lose all their power base, and have not been able to regain it. The problem is that once the Republicans regain their power, which is based on waging war, they can become very oppressive, and this is why only the president of the United States, who is supposed to represent all Americans, can solve this problem. He must find a plan that stands on the principles and it must address the root cause of the crisis and benefit everyone.

By standing up to defend Saddam Hussein, it starts to undermine the one who wages war, the person in the game of revenge who believes he has the right to put another down. That starts to undermine the perpetrators of the game of Anger--the terrorists--who now have no reason to raise their voice to be heard.

The solution to this mess is the plan for the proposed international government, because it solves this crisis and every other dispute between nations.

As a nation, particularly now with Bush's claims that they had the right idea about handling the Middle East crisis, we must start to address the root cause of the crisis.

The Bush administration justified the conflict with democratization. Their preemptive strike went against the US legal system's premise that someone is presumed innocent until proven guilty--because you cannot defend yourself from prejudice and ulterior motives. Their ulterior motives were not democratization but to gain control of Iraq's oil reserves and a strategic location in the Middle East. The conflict resulted in gaining neither. Iraq is in civil war and our relations with nations that allow us to have military bases in the region are strained. This dispute undermined our power base and enabled others to fill the power vacuum as they jockeyed for power, including the people in power who play the power games of illusion--including President Bush--because of his Grand Lie to justify the preemptive strike.

Our Exit Strategy for Iraq is the solution because it allows George W. Bush to have what he wants, what the act of revenge was supposed to give him, but without enabling the games to continue, and that is a sense of pride and success, and the United States the opportunity to get oil contracts with Iraq--based on the proposed international government's departments of Commerce and Natural Resources.

This also prevents the United States from falling into a genocide between the Democrats and Republicans that is unfolding now.

Dear President Obama: Undermining the games of genocide and terrorism

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations support the plan for the international government.

If your plan does not address the root cause of a crisis, it makes the crisis worse. The root cause of wars, genocides and massacres, and four other deadly games, is the power games people play. It is important to understand and recognize the games as they are played, and that your plan address how to overcome the games.

In the August speech that Abu al Baghdadi gave, he called for jihad, and said "And if you knew what was in jihad, from reward and dignity in the world..."

His game related to his act of revenge is genocide. It is the power game of Envy. He is waging  a genocide to gain a sense of abundance and respect, and believes this is how he will get it.

To undermine the game of genocide, you have to first undermine terrorism, and that is done by the person who wages war to gain respect. That undermines slavery, which undermines Greed and massacres, which undermines the genocide.

This is why it will take as long as it will.

I recommend you address the root cause of terrorism, that it is not that some people are good and some people are bad, and the bad people want to hurt the good people, as President George W. Bush declared. It is that people on the bottom have no voice in matters of grave concern, and must raise their voices to be heard, oftentimes to the point of violence.

The plan for the international government starts to unravel the games because it offers to every citizen the right to have a voice in their government.

Then, the next game is unraveled, which is slavery.

Yours for peace,

Karen Holmes,

Dear President Obama: The United States can withdraw gracefully from Iraq

Our organization is working to introduce a plan for an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

Our Exit Strategy for Iraq enables the United States to withdraw gracefully from the conflict in Iraq. It is the solution for the ripples of effects that have gone out from the Iraq Genocide. The contingency for the Exit Strategy for Iraq is that the United States address the creation of the proposed international government within the United States.

Our proposal for the Constitutional Amendment can be found on our website at http://www.oneworldgov.org/proposals/proposal1.htm, and that proposal calls for our nation to start purifying the US legal system. That proposal can be found at http://www.oneworldgov.org/proposals/proposal1b.htm

The proposals for the creation of the international government are being introduced through senators and representatives. Because we are presently located in Oregon, all proposals are being given to Congressman Peter DeFazio, and Senator Wyden. The proposal for purifying the US legal system will be given to the senators from Montana.

The Constitutional Amendment Proposal

The US government is aware of our Exit Strategy for Iraq. For the Exit Strategy to be successful, our nation must be working to create the additional layer of government over what already exits. To do that, we must amend our Constitution.

The abridged proposal can be found at http://www.oneworldgov.org/proposals/proposal1.htm

While the US government is considering the Constitutional Amendment proposal, we will also offer a proposal for Purifying the US legal system. Its proposal can be found online, also, at http://www.oneworldgov.org/proposals/proposal1b.htm.

Organization Goals

• We are working to bring peace and prosperity to all the countries of the world.

• We are working to heal the rifts that were created in the past by wars and massacres, which left the fabric of the planet torn apart.

• We are working to prevent wars and destruction of the people from international violence.

• We are working to make it possible for all people on the planet to have enough to eat and a place to live, and enable them to support themselves in a job that is satisfying and fulfilling.

• We are working to heal the planet itself, through teaching people what they can do on an individual basis, and also through stopping pollution and other practices that are harmful to the closed environment of the planet.

• We are making it possible for the governments of the world to stop wasting money on war, and using the money instead to make their own country prosper.

• We are working to ensure that the peoples of the world are given a good education, based on the highest good for all, and fulfilling their purpose in life, and that the people in the prisons of the world are treated fairly and humanely.

• We are working to educate the peoples of the world to be empowered, to accept responsibility for what they have created in the past, and how to heal the problems created by this, such as nuclear waste.

Open letter to all Americans

Dear Friends of Peace,

As you may know, our organization has been dealing with a hostile takeover bid, and many people have been drawn into crisis. Because the same crises occur on every level, it is possible to solve the crisis on the individual level and apply the same solution internationally, so we have called for a genocide watch on our organization to demonstrate the potential of our plan to end genocides on every level. While what is occurring is horrifying and oppressive, this is also allowing us to advise the government on how to end the global genocide.

What unites us is the fact that everyone is being oppressed. If the world leaders don’t know how to end a genocide and is relying on us, and the world leaders are watching our every move through the genocide watch I called for, then the counterpoint of that is conflict resolution. It is time for peace to come.

Anyone who attempts to continue on with any form of conflict is harming himself or herself more than the victims.  The victims who have passed away have made their ascension to the higher levels, and the perpetrators of the crimes have gone down in power.

How can I say this? Because this is what occurred with the preemptive strike against Iraq. The United States waged war against innocent people and we ended up losing our power base.

People equate ideas, such as military strength and power, but the strongest army in the world was driven out of Iraq by home-made explosive devices, and a Coalition of the Willing nations was not able to subdue the uprising against them.

This does not bode well for a military response against ISIS. Their tactics are to start “forest fires” and we will always be in a reactive mode. You cannot win a war that is always in the reactive mode, and where there is no centralized command. You cannot defend yourself from prejudice and ulterior motives, and this is how covert and overt actions against someone work.

The problem we are facing as a nation is that the present structure is not working to solve the problems, but it actually makes the crisis worse.

The UN Charter has five main flaws, which actually encourage the games to be played.

1.      It does not treat all nations equally. This leads to war.
2.     It bases a nations power on its behavior rather than inalienable rights, which leads to control of other nations by covert and overt actions.
3.     A nation may not have a voice in matters of grave concern, which leads to terrorism.
4.  A nation that does not have a voice also has no recourse to change what is unfair, also leading to terrorism.
5. A nation does not have to be a signatory of the international courts, so disputes between nations are not resolved, so the anger continues to build against oppressive nations.

These flaws lead to oppression and destabilization. Attempts to reform the UN have failed. No nation in power will ever agree to let go of its power unless it is forced to, and that time is now.

The first requirement for conflict resolution is that everyone must be considered equal. That the games are oppressive and that everyone is playing the games and everyone is being oppressed has created the sense of equality.

The next requirement is that everyone must assume responsibility for their actions, and then come up with a plan that everyone agrees to.

That is the plan for the international government, starting with the proposal that disputes between nations be handled in a legitimate international court system rather than the battlefield. That is our Exit Strategy for Iraq.

Why should the people suffer?

Why not be civilized internationally as well as within each nation?

How many nations go to war within their own country to settle disputes?

The basis for the international legal system won’t be Sharia Law. It will be Universal Law, because that is already in effect, and every person on the planet in some way has been exposed to these teachings. It is the fairest form of law that is possible. All the major religions of the world base their teachings Universal Law.

For the United States to step out of the conflict we are in with ISIS, we must stand on the principles of Universal Law.

To get peace, we must give peace.

The perpetrators of the crimes against humanity are fighting the Universe, and can’t win.

The Exit Strategy for Iraq calls for putting—originally, Saddam Hussein—now his lieutenants, into power temporarily, to end the conflict in Iraq and to help Iraq transition into being an equal member of the proposed international government. It grants Iraq full sovereignty. While that is taking place, the proposal calls for the United States to start to transition, also.

That leads us to our next proposal, which is the Constitutional Amendment proposal, which is actually the first proposal. The Exit Strategy is also a US proposal, one that plugs the drain to the Middle East on the US economy. While the Iraqi people are making their transition to full sovereignty, all Americans will be working to amend our Constitution to create the additional layer of government.

There is a great deal to do within the United States to prepare for full participation in the proposed international government, and it will take lots of time and effort on the parts of every American. While we are doing this, our organization will tackle the upcoming proposals, including rebuilding Iraq.

Dear President Obama

Our organization is working to introduce a plan for an international government based on the US Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations support the plan for the international government.

The climate change march and upcoming UN summit are in the news. Many people are standing in protest that the world’s leaders are not doing enough, and worse, the real efforts to end the climate change crisis won’t begin for another year.  Mankind can’t wait that long.

The world is a closed ecosystem, and what occurs in one location in some way affects the entire system. This is a global issue, and the existing structure has proven it can’t solve the problem.

This is another dilemma, and the solution is once again the proposed international government, which takes politics out the solution, and puts the solution into the hands of the experts from all the nations on the planet. Many of the crises we are facing as a planet can be more easily resolved by turning them over to others who have the capacity to deal with the issue, because they are already dealing with the issue successfully. They have a plan, but no voice.

While the proposals must come slowly and in perfect order, building a solid foundation for the international government, our proposal to Kuwait leads to the creation of an international Department of the Environment.
Why Kuwait? They rely on the United Nations for their security, and they are dealing with the damage done by the oil well fires that occurred during the Gulf War.

The proposals and planning can be found on our website at http://www.oneworldgov.org

Dear President Obama: A genocide is like fighting the allegorical devil

Our organization is working to create an international government based on the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature. As of today, people in 76 nations, including Muslim nations, support the plan for the international government.

The games of illusion associated with genocides and slavery are heinous. Genocides are deplorable. My organization has been dealing with a hostile takeover bid in the form of a character defamation campaign, as I have told you before, and it is an individual form of genocide. I can speak from my own experience on this crisis.

It is like dealing with the allegorical  devil. He twists things and corrupts them. You must figure out how to outsmart him and it is very difficult to do because he knows how to outsmart you already. He has been doing it for a long time.

The devil already controls everyone you consider to be your ally. You have no allies. You have no friends. If he offered them something and they accepted it, he controls them.  He can move faster than you because he needs no one's permission to move. To them, what they are doing seems totally logical. The problem is that by accepting his gift, they got what they wanted on a far higher level, but he didn't have the right or capacity to give it to them, and so it backed them into the corner with nowhere to go. It is like they are mentally ill, and becoming more and more illogical. It was offered on speculation for their involvement with his plot.

As you battle ISIS--or whoever controls ISIS--you will discover that you will soon be backed into a corner, too.

The solution to any dilemma is to do what is in everyone's best interest. You are playing a new game that functions on a far higher level than you did before, and it is confusing to the devil. You are outsmarting him. As you hold onto the plan for the international government, you can walk forward with a sense of confidence.

At first, no one else will see the solution the way you do. Those who think globally will see it first. Those who function for their own interests will be the last to come in, but they will cause the greatest turmoil because they will continue to force their own agenda. They won't see its potential until they see how it benefits them. If they can't see it, they may not survive the crisis they are in as the watch their own grand opportunity that was offered to them pass them by.

The United States is the first to come in because we are the overview nation, a melting pot of nations, and because the Iraq War went against the intent of the UN Charter, and we are working to undo the damage we have done. This is where true power comes from.

Yours for peace,
