If the governments open the economy too soon, the number of cases will surge, and too late, the economies will go into depressions or even collapse entirely. The problem is it is part of an even larger dilemma because of the times in which we live. The pandemic came about as a result of the schism that is tearing apart the planet.
The solution to every dilemma is to do what is in everyone's best interest.

God, the Creator of us all, doesn't work with anyone whose plans don't stand on the principles of Universal Law. It is not a matter of judgment. It is that even God is subject to Universal Law, and even God cannot prevent the backlashes from breaking Universal Law.
