This process occurs with every cycle, and like the wheels of an old-fashioned clock, the cycles are always ending and starting. It is easy to see how cycles end and begin when they last 24 hours or 365 days, but as a planet, we are dealing also with very long cycles of even one billion years. During the time period from the beginning of 2008 to the end of 2012, all the cycles, including the billion year cycle, lined up. It was like the wheels of the clock returned to the same place as when the clock started, and so mankind has been facing a time of extreme changes. During this time period, the plan for world peace was introduced and so even world peace is possible.
What made it possible was that every person on the planet has been exposed to the Universal Law of Cause and Effect, and that over half the population of the planet prayed for peace to come. That allows the spiritual hierarchy to come in and help us. Many people received spiritual gifts, including the people who attended our prayer circle. We were given prophecies about this time period, and they were posted online at www.suzeranda.org.
Then, in May and June of 1999--the end of the millennium cycle--Seth, a seventh dimensional teacher--came to me and told me he wanted to start a new book, and for three weeks or so, every night we worked on a chapter. The book is called "A Manual for Peace." In his previous cycle, he wrote books with channel Jane Roberts about how we create our own reality, and now he returned to take the teachings to the next level, about how to create the life you want.
He and the past kings, queens and presidents are returning to help mankind make our ascension to the fourth dimension. More letting go of the old and coming into the new. During their lifetimes, everyone created by default rather than intent, and so they are returning to undo the damage they have done. This allows them to rise to the higher level.
The independent members of our organization belong to a soul group, which means that we have all reincarnated as a group over and over again since the beginning of the billion year cycle. Our purpose is to enable the Earth to make its ascension. By doing so, under Universal Law, we make our own ascension, too.
Seth is responsible for introducing the fifty innovative project ideas, and teaching his students about the planning process. Together, Seth and I will turn them over to the 200 independent members to create, but everyone must stand on the principles of the organization, and be based on the planning process. Then, as they create their projects, they will take them to the next level by offering their projects to the people and the world leaders.
Letting go of the old and coming into the new is not easy, and so those who are willing to assume responsibility for a project, have been facing resistance from those people who rely on the old for their security and support.
During this last billion year cycle, we didn't understand where true power comes from and so we resorted to playing power games, and when we grabbed for power, we lost it. Now, we are learning what works and what doesn't work, and moving forward in our progress.
This has been a time of profound fear for the future, and even the Lightbearers have been facing this severe spiritual test, of letting go of the old and coming into the new. We are coming out of the Illusion that we can get the life we want by relying on what never had the chance to help us get the life we want. What comes next it that we must assume responsibility for creating our own lives by standing on the principles of the cooperation of nature, and that is even more difficult because as the old collapses, no one knows who to trust.
Mankind relied on war, but you cannot bring peace by waging war. So, if waging war doesn't work, what will work? We turn Universal Law to a tool to help us get the life we want, and rather than wresting what we want and need from others, to get what we want we must enable others to get the life they want.
How do we know if what we are doing is working? We listen to the Lightbearers, who are the watchdogs of the organization. People are being squeezed to let go of the old and to come into the new. If your plan is in no one's best interest, you will face the backlashes. If it is innovative and in everyone's best interest, you will face resistance from those who depend on the old for their security and support, but when given a chance to explain how the plan benefits everyone, the resistance will end.
We start with our plan for world peace. The plan for the international government starts with letting go of the power games that the world leaders play to gain power and prestige. The games are oppressive to the people. Rather than to wage wars, the solution is that disputes between nations will be settled in a legitimate international court system rather than the battlefield, and the monies wasted on war will go to the people instead.
We start with the overview conflict, the worst case scenario, of a global genocide. The world's leaders don't know how to stop genocides, and so they must look to the people who have experienced a genocide and can speak from personal experience, who can offer the root cause of the genocide and a plan that demonstrates it is possible to end a genocide and demonstrate that it works.
Crises occur on every level, and so if you resolve it on the individual and the organization level, the same solution can be applied on the international level. Genocides between cultures function the same way as character defamation on the individual level and even romantic attachments that turn into hostile divorces within families. The genocide ends when someone says Stop, and the person who is being defamed is defended.
As a planet, then, we start with the preemptive strike on Iraq, which is a character defamation campaign against Saddam Hussein, and it triggered the global genocide.
People know oppression when they see it. The games are bad, not the people. Time to let them become part of our past. There is no room for the games in our future.
Our first year's government proposals go to nations that fell into crisis due to a sense of judgment. The Bible says, "Judge not 'lest ye be judged." Do unto others as you would have them do to you.
